Review: My property was contacted by this company at some point asking who the maintenance manager was. We do not have a maintenance manager only a maintenance man that maintains the property on occasion so my front desk batched the salesman through. Apparently a salesman from this company authorized a sale to him when he is not authorized to even make purchases at the property. The company never collected any type of tax id # from us, w9 form, 1099 form, nothing to set up an account with them. They STILL sent product to our property addressed to the hotel. Now they expect us to pay for it. They are not interested in paying for a return themselves. They want us to pay for it. Additionally they want us to pay a restocking fee for something that was never ordered. Obviously, I know all this because I contacted them. They insist they have done everything by the book and expect to be paid. That will not be happening. My offer was for them to send me a return label to get the product back. They said no. So I will properly dispose of it.Desired Settlement: Void the charge for the product since it was never wanted to begin with.

Never contact our business again for any sales or billing reason.

A company like this should be shut down for unethical business practices. Meaning.. sending out a product that was never asked for and then trying to bill for it hoping a check would just be written from the financial department. I feel bad for some businesses especially small business people.

Sales person called my cell phone. I asked why I was receiving a sales pitch on a cell phone. He said he wasn't selling anything but was offering for me to try his product for free. I accepted the offer. I was shocked when a bill arrived, but having used the product which was not as great as he suggested, and being honorable, I paid the bill. Next week four more gallons of the product arrived, never ordered, never discussed. A bill for $199.80 arrived for those four unordered gallons. I called to explain the product was not ordered, ever, and both the original sales person and the manager were coarse, insisted I had to pay, sounded like gangsters, had no customer service finesse, and were shockingly impudent. I said I would return the four gallons which would last me 500 years with my small sidewalk. C.O.D. The cost of shipping would be $65.92. They said they would not accept the delivery or pay for the shipping. What a racket!!!! We would like to know of anyone else that would like to take action against this scheme.

Review: Industrial Chem Labs continues to send product to our hotel that was never ordered. We call to offer to send back the product, and they refuse and verify that they are closing our account. In another month, we receive another order and another invoice. The last order from Invoice # [redacted] was refused when the carrier showed up and the invoice not paid.Desired Settlement: We do not wish to do business with Industrial Chem Labs and would like them to cease all orders to our hotel. In addition, we would like Invoice [redacted] cancelled.

Review: This company sends out excess of a product that was never even ordered.

Then sends a bill for over $200.00.

Total scam.Desired Settlement: Don't send out chemicals that have NOT been ordered

Labs & Services Inc (ICL) has reviewed the above mentioned complaint and can provide the following: On June **, 2015 Mr. P[redacted] of ICL spoke with [redacted] regarding the Sewer Cleaner prior to it leaving out facility. Butch R[redacted] has spoken with the complainant and has agreed to authorize a [redacted] call tag.
