Once the product is returned ICL will issue credit.

 Stan C[redacted] from Bruce Apartments was using our Sewer Cleaner. On Dec. *, 2015 Mr. R[redacted] of ICL spoke with Stan prior to the last shipment leaving our facility confirming the delivery and amount. From a customer service perspective ICL, Butch R[redacted] and Stan agreed to settlement this issue with a discount with a balance of $150.00. Stan will withdraw the complaint.
