I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The man I spoke with on the phone today said they would send me a return tag AND void the invoice. His response only states he will send the return tag. I also requested he send me an e-mail verifying theses statements in writing since they told me the product was a free sample and then charged me for it. I have not received an email yet. I will not consider this matter resolved until the product has been returned and the invoice voided and that I have proof of both so that I will have no need for further contact with this company.
