 Butch R[redacted] from Industrial Chem Labs contacted me on September ** and said he would zero out the invoice and provide a [redacted] return label.  His response to the Revdex.com does not indicate he will zero out the invoice.  It also states that the [redacted] return label would be received within 3 to 5 business days.  Today is September ** and it still has not been received.

Butch R[redacted] briefly spoken with the Christi. Christi stated they returned the product and hung up on him. As of today ICL has not received the product.  Please have the complainant provide a tracking number to properly resolve this matter.

[Your Answer Here][redacted] NEVER spoke with ANYONE from the Town prior to sending the product.  I was contacted by someone from Industrial Chem Labs and the person stated that he would issue a call tag for the product and issue a "zero" balance for the invoice, but nothing as of yet.

Considering the Call Tag was just issued today [redacted] will arrive in 3-5 business days. When ICL is in receipt of the goods a credit will be issued and a zero balance invoice will be emailed. Debra

ICL just received the product back at our facility on 11/*/2016. A credit has been issued and emailed a confirmation  to [redacted] at Campus Palms. ICL has considered this matter resolved.   Thank You,  Debra H[redacted]

Unfortunately, the customer refuses the call tag.  Butch R[redacted] spoke to [redacted] who changed her mind and refuses to return the product.  At this point ICL has written off the amount and closed the account.
