Review: My wife received a few phone calls from a man named [redacted] from Industrial Chem Labs trying to sell a product called the Eliminator. He said that it will kill weeds & that I would only have to spray once a year. She told me about it because she thought it would be a help to me. So I called him and asked him if it was a contact killer because I already use Round Up. He said again that it would kill the weeds for 1 year. He said he would send me 2 gallons to try against the Round Up. He led me to believe that it would be free if I'd try it. I had told him I had a 1 year supply of Round Up already. He talked me into trying it because it was so much better than what I have. I received a call from another person to verify the shipping address. When I got the shipment & read the bottle it states "A contact, non-selective vegetation killer for control of broadleaf weeds and grasses". In the general weed control area the label states "It becomes inactivated on contact with soil and is not absorbed through the roots." It kills most every type of plant life on contact." "Repeat application as necessary." No where does it say that it will kill for a year. Before I even open the box I got an invoice. My wife called & spoke with the manager ([redacted]). She asked him if this was a contact only weed killer & he said yes. She told him of our concerns that it was not what we thought we were getting plus we were getting an invoice & he switched her over to [redacted]. He became quite abrupt with her & told her that the man that called was to verify billing information. She told him she did not talk to anyone else & he accused her of lying. He said that it was not free to try & we couldn't send it back either. She talked with me later & the man had called me but he only was calling for the shipping address. After that I called to try to talk to [redacted] & he would not talk to me. I spoke with a lady she would try to put me through but he would not except my calls. I tried to speak with him 2 or 3 times. I still however am getting invoices. I feel I have been lied to and now he does not want to be held responsible.Desired Settlement: The bottles have not been opened. I would like an RMA # to return the product.

Review: I received a call from Sean L[redacted] over 6 months ago. Talking about some products that he can sell me that I will be so glad I got. I told him I wasn't interested. Several times. He agreed to send me a little bit so I could try it. A few months later I got more, then an invoice came. I call Sean to find out what the deal was. He said that I had agreed to get this product and some other details I'm sure are false. Since I didn't keep a good record of our conversation and months had passed I thought to myself, maybe I did agree.

Another couple of months later I got even more! (this product doesn't even work!!!) and another bill. I second guessed myself again! Paying the invoice and accepting the product. Sean called me to find out how everything was going and I told him I was unhappy with the product and didn't want any more. He made me feel like I wasn't using the product correctly and to call him the next time I had issues.

Well, today we are using this drain cleaner and it's not working. I "[redacted]" this company (a little too late, unfortunately) and found HORRIBLE reviews. Why I didn't do this sooner, I do not know, it is uncharacteristic of me. I don't usually trust anyone.

I called Industrial Chem Labs to speak with Sean or his supervisor - both are busy and will get my message. Ha!Desired Settlement: I would like to return any product that I have left and receive a refund for everything that I was billed for and paid.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

I work at an apartment community and received a call from Ray T[redacted] who wanted to urgently speak to our maintenance supervisor. When I offered to help he wanted to know Juan would like a 5 gal or a 10 gal. I said let me call him and ask, he then changed the convo about how great their product is and how he has been speaking to our maintenance about this great product. I asked him if Juan had ordered anything and he completely dodged the question. He then asked is he could send us 2 gal and a catalog stating that if we liked it we could get back with him. I again asked him if our maintenance ordered anything and he said well I will send you these samples with a catalog and if you like it then get back with me. Now they are trying to bill us for something we never ordered. When I called Ray T[redacted] he was now very rude (not overly nice like the 1st time I spoke to him) telling me he told me it was $79.99 which is a LIE. I spoke then to Jack Walker who said he will send me an email but from the reviews I'm sure the email will be a bill which we will not pay because all of our phone calls are recorded and we never ordered anything. I have given the package back to [redacted] to return to sender even though they did not want me to do so. Do not get scammed by these thieves.

Review: A rep had called an agent of mine pitching their product as a sample. The incident occured earlier this year and once the product arrived under this agent name I questioned him. He states that the sales caller forced him to take this "free sample" and that nothing would be charged. Once I called the company numerous times saying that the box was unopned and I want to return it, however the rude gentleman who also threatned me over the phone said that they do not accept returns and that I would have to pay the invoice. After recieving another invoice today I looked this compnay up to only find numerous complaints on Revdex.com similar to mine. Usually I am not the one to go to Revdex.com and make a case out of this however people who deal with this company n[redacted] to know how I was treated and how they go about pitching their products.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the product with a full refund with no restocking fee.

Industrial Chem. Labs & Services Inc (ICL) has reviewed the above mentioned complaint and can provide the following: On August **,2015, Mr. L[redacted] of ICL spoke with [redacted] regarding our Carpet Cleaner. Butch R[redacted] and [redacted] agreed that [redacted] is returning the product at his expense and will withdraw this complaint.

Review: A 25 lb container of Sewer Cleaner was delivered to one of our Medicaid Group Homes. Because of the danger of having our residents access it we called our maintenance manager to take possession of the container & lock it up.

Shipment was addressed directly to Plaza Oval Group Home in Casselberry FL with the name Louanna and an 800 phone number. We have no one named Louanna at the location & I noticed that the 800 phone number is the same as for the shipper of the item, Industrial Chem Labs & Service.

I called Industrial Chem Labs & was transferred several times, spending a long time on hold. A man finally got on & called me Louanna. I said I was not Louanna & as I was saying there was no Louanna at the home he interrupted & said yes there was. I told him we did not order this item & that they needed to pick it up. He said he would not, Louanna ordered it & we would pay for it. I said we would not, there was no Louanna & he starting telling me the exact time & date this Louanna person supposedly ordered it so I asked him to prove it since I had no Louanna. He sidestepped that request & just insisted I check the name of my employees. I again requested it be picked up, intending to tell him it was causing a safety hazard in our group home but he tried to bully me into saying I would pay for it. He actually said I WOULD pay for it. I told him I had the Revdex.com website up showing their F rating with all the other complaints along with several other websites full of complaints so I would add to the list. He starting telling me again we ordered it & we would pay so I hung up on him. I will not be shouted at or bullied by anyone, especially a shyster outfit like this.Desired Settlement: I want someone to come & pick up this 25 lbs of caustic chemicals or send us a return ship label. It is a safety hazard in our group home. If they cannot or will not pick the item up in the next 2 weeks I will have it disposed of through our hazardous waste vendor. We will not pay for the item or pay for return shipping because we did not order it. We must be in compliance with our AHCA/Medicaid inspection protocols & this item would be considered a safety & health hazard to our residents. Any costs incurred for it's removal we will absorb if we must to get it out of our location before end of October.

Industrial Chem Labs & Services Inc (ICL) can provide the following. Full credit was issued on Sept. ** 2015 when the product was received back with our Call Tag. I have emailed a copy of this zero invoice to the customer again today. ICL considers this matter closed.

Review: April **, 2015

On March **, 2015, I received a call from [redacted], a representative from Industrial Chem Labs. He asked me who usually handled the orders for the prep room and I told him that I did. He asked me if we used disinfectants and I said yes, that we used products from [redacted]. He went on to tell me about a 4 or 5 gallon (can’t remember size) disinfectant that they offered for over $ 200.00 and I told him that I already had enough on hand and I WAS NOT interested. He then kept on trying to sell the product to me and I still said that I did not need any. He then said “is it OK if I send out to you some complimentary disinfectant for you to try and if you like it you just keep us in mind when you need to order more.” I then said “if it is complimentary than that is fine”. He then proceeded to tell me that he would call the warehouse and have them break down the larger disinfectant into 2 gallons to send to me. The call then ended and I went into the break room at the funeral home and told my fellow employees about the conversation and how we would be receiving two free gallons to try out. We all thought that that was a large amount, but I would have never agreed to have them sent to me if they weren’t complimentary, because I had told him 3 to 4 times I was not interested and had enough on hand.

After receiving the invoice, I call Industrial Chem Labs and was told the girls weren’t in yet and someone would call me back. I never received a call back that day, so I called again and one of the girls answered and told me I had to speak to my representative about it. I was then connected to [redacted] and I asked him why I received a bill when they were supposed to be complimentary and he said they weren’t and he was doing me a favor by breaking it down to 2 gallons instead of the larger one. I told him I would have never agreed to send them to me if I did not think they were complimentary. I said I had no problem returning them to the company; I just need a return shipping label sent to me. He then said “That’s above my pay grade you will have to speak to a [redacted], but they are in meeting to 3 p.m. so I will have one of them call you back.” I said ok and hung up. I never received a call back, so I called the next morning and explained again the situation to someone who then connected me to a [redacted]. I was told by [redacted]) that we could send it back and pay the shipping and a restocking fee. I said I would not pay to restock something that I did not want or pay the shipping. He then proceeded to tell me that if I paid to ship it back they would forget about the restocking fee. I still said no to paying the shipping charges because it was supposed to be complimentary and I refuse to pay for something I did not order. All I was asking for was a return shipping label so I could return their product and it has turned into giant pain in the rear. All this company had to do was send me the label and all would have been fine, but now they have put a sour taste in my mouth and I WILL NEVER order from them and I plan on telling all my other funeral and medical associates to never do business with them either. So they have lost a ton of business all over a return shipping label.

[redacted] is an employee of mine. I was present for the conversation with [redacted] with Chem Labs. I have been in contact 3 times with [redacted], "[redacted]'s boss" [redacted] informs me I owe the bill of $152.56. I refuse to pay the bill due to the product was a complimentary item. My business is on the Do Not Call Registry List. My request to [redacted] is that he needs to send a return slip, so I can send the product back. He refuses to do so. The product will wait here until the issue is resolved. I feel that I'm a victim o "bait & hook"

Please call me at ###-###-####.

Review: I received a call from Industrial Chem Labs at my business and spoke to a man who was trying to sell me various products from their business. I told him I do not order things from people who call me on the phone about products and didn't feel comfortable about any of it. He then asked me for my address so he could ship me out a free sample and I told him I was not going to give him my address. He then told me the address and said the small free sample would be on the way. I hung up and didn't think anything of it until a few days later a 2 1/2? gallon size bucket of sewer cleaner arrived followed by an invoice for $146.21 a few days later. I have made several phone calls to the company and they did not return my calls. My husband also called there and they finally talked to him and said our only option was to pay to return it at our own expense. I called them again today 3/** and spoke to 2 very rude people and the [redacted] told me I was a liar and that I did order their product and that he listens to every phone call that is made. He refused to even have a conversation about their unethical business practices and said he is a good business man and he didn't have time to deal with me. He stated I had three options, 1) pay out of pocket to ship back the item I didn't order 2) pay the invoice of $146.21 or 3) have them send my bill to collections. I brought up all the complaints on the Revdex.com site and he denied they were there and that they didn't do anything wrong and that I in fact ordered this product. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on something I didn't order and that shouldn't have been shipped to me in the first place!Desired Settlement: I want the company to pay to ship it back to themselves, I didn't order it and should not have to pay the $24 out of my pocket to have to ship it back. These people should be out of business, they are scamming people left and right and wasting people's time trying to deal with them!

Sincerely,

Review: [redacted] received a call a few months back from Industrial Chem Labs asking if we wanted a free sample of a sewer cleaner. We denied the offer since we did not need the product, and because "free" samples must be returned. To our surprise, about a month later, we received a package from Industrial Chem Labs - a bucket of liquid sewer chemicals. Also to our surprise, there was no instructions for returning the "free" sample. No sticker, no pre-paid postage bag/box, nothing. Unable to return the package, we tried contacting the company by phone several times. The 1-800 number simply rang and rang. No voicemail, no directory - nothing. At that time we checked Revdex.com for their company and found there were a tremendous amounts of complaints about the same type of thing we were experiencing. Since we could not get in touch, we sent them a letter which they received on 1-*-15, asking how to return the unwanted chemicals. We finally received a follow up call but the person knew nothing of our letter and told us we can't return the package unless we pay for the shipping and a restocking fee. We called again today, and spoke with a different man who was very insulting in his language, and was yelling at our [redacted] This is a small, family business and I believe Industrial Chem Labs has targeted [redacted] to make a crooked profit. The owner has beyond excellent credit, and would never do anything to lower his score. My fear is that companies like this target small business owners knowing they'll come up with the cash to protect their financial reputation, even though the money requested is not rightfully theirs.Desired Settlement: We at [redacted] want Industrial Chem Labs to void the invoice billed to us, for the chemicals we did not order. Secondly, we want either a) Industrial Chem Labs to send proper shipping material to us with pre-paid postage so we can return the chemicals, or, b) Send us information on proper disposal (since no MSDS sheet or information of any type was sent with the chemicals

Ultimately we want this product out of our office ASAP, and we want the invoice cleared on the end of Industrial Chem Labs. Lastly, we do not wish for Industrial Chem Labs or any of their affiliates to contact for future business ever again. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: To start off, I was hired for our business in October 2014 and in April 2014 when we received our first box from this company, the other employees who have been with our business for 30+ years said that we did not want to do business with this company. They had done business with them previously and had major problems with them. They warned me that we would probably be receiving merchandise out of the blue that was not ordered and be billed for it. Well, around April **, 2014, this company called our [redacted], who had only been employed by us for a year and has since retired, trying to sale T.S. Eliminator, a weed killer. Our former employee said to send him 6 gallons of the product for us to try. The company did send us 6 gallons and on May *, 2014 we received the bill for the 6 gallons. We paid the bill by check on May *, 2014. No problems. Well, maybe 1-2 weeks after receiving our original order of 6 gallons, I received a call from [redacted], sales rep for this company. He said he had just spoke with our former employee who told [redacted] that he has since retired and he needed to call our office. During my conversation with [redacted] he told me that the second box of our order was accidently left on the shipping dock and that it would be sent out to us and that he just wanted to let us know that it was on its way. I told him that we did not want the second box, that we had only ordered 6 gallons, not 12 gallons. He said no you did order 12 and the box was on its way. I told him we did not want it and to stop the shipment. Well, on June *, 2014 we received a box with 6 gallons of the same T.S. Eliminator. On June * I spoke with our Mayor and he said to contact our former employee to confirm how much he ordered and to call the company and tell them we were not paying for it since we didn’t order it. I called and spoke to [redacted] on June *, 2014. He was polite to begin with but when I told him we had not ordered this and we were not paying for it and we were going to ship it back he became angry with me. He informed me in a rude manner that they do not accept returns and we would have to pay for it since we ordered it. I reminded him of the call that I had with him earlier in May about the box being left on the shipping dock, which he denied, and got even more frustrated with me. He informed me that our former employee had ordered 12 gallons of the eliminator and this was the second part of that shipment and we would be paying for it. I asked him multiple times about sending it back and he would tell me that they did not accept returns.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to accept a refund of the second box that was shipped to us and credit our account for this, leaving us owing nothing. I would also like for this company to NEVER contact our business or any employee of this business again. We are not interested in any of their merchandise.

Sincerely,

Review: I received a call from Industrial Chem Labs salesman and agreed to receive a sample shipment of two gallons of weed killer Eliminator. I received a package but due to the weather I never opened the package. I received invoice on March [redacted] 2014. I paid that invoice the same day. A few days on later on April *, 2014 their salesman called to find out if I liked the product, I told him I had not even been able to use it due to the weather. He then goes on to let me know that half my shipment was left on the dock and apologizes for the mix up. I say its ok, I had not even open the box to know how many was in it. A few days later when I returned to work I found a large box with four gallons in it and in the mail was an invoice for those four gallons. I then open the first box and found it contained two gallons and two gallons was all I ordered.

I only ordered and paid for two gallons of weed killer.

I called the sales person and he was not very helpful saying that I agreed to more than two gallon and that he told me more was on the way. I told him that I only agreed to two gallon and I had received them and paid for them. I needed a label to return the other four and he said that was not possible. I asked to speak to someone above him who could make this happen.

The next day I called and spoke to [redacted] who informed me that they never sell just two gallons and that I was mistaken and they never send return labels. He informed me that all sales were finial.

I agreed to purchase two gallons and I paid for them. I believed that the second shipment was a forgotten second gallon I had not received. I never agreed to purchase six gallons.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me a return label for the four gallons and credit my account for their return, then send me an invoice that states $0.00 Balance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Because I did not authorize the last four gallons sent to me only the two gallons I feel that the cost of shipping the four gallons back should be paid for by Industrial Chem Labs. I did not want or order more than the two gallons and I should not have to pay to send them back. Industrial Chem Labs can email me a return label for the four gallons.

UPS picked them up today Monday, May **, 2014

Review: We have purchased from this company last year. We received and paid for that shipment. Since then, the company has sent unsolicited shipments. Those were refused, but still billed to us (October 2013; invoice [redacted]). I inadvertently sent the payment to them without receiving product ($279.80) after a second billing. This week, we again were sent a bill for a shipment which was refused (invoice [redacted]). We have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list. We also have NEVER sent a purchase order for any of this product. We feel the company is being predatory in sending material that was never ordered. We want nothing more to do with this company, and want to be removed from all contact and shipments. We have paid this company $769.97 and only received part of an order.Desired Settlement: We do not want to recieve unsolicited materials and billing from this company. We want to be removed from their contact and shipment list!

We are not in Milwaukee, WI. No one by the name of [redacted] or [redacted] is with our company. This shipment was never shipped. It was refused via Roadway Shipping before it ever reached our town. This is typical of this company. We do not owe anything. The shipment was never received. They are using another customer's invoice and shipment as if it were ours!

Sincerely,

Review: My first encounter with them happened about 11/10 months ago. A Jim called me from Industrial Chem Labs returning my call about some cleaning products I had requested information about. I was a new employee and had just answered my 5th phone call since employment and can assure you I wasn't pricing out bids for cleaning materials as I had a whole job role to learn first; ie managing apartments and leases. I questioned further and he proceed to explain that we had just talked last week and he was calling me back. I told him to discontinue calling me and mentioned something about hell to pay if he contacted our company again- I saw what it was a scam.

Fast forward to the new year and some foul sewage smells from our ladies restroom and lack of exhaust fan. A Jim contacted the company again- this time a [redacted], the [redacted]. She agreed to purchase one bottle of their cherry sewage odor control. He convenience her of two as any good sales person might. We received the order. Paid. And decided on a different route due to the product's ineffectiveness.

Two months later we signed for a box of what we thought was maintenance parts- it turned out to be a box of more cleaning product from Industrial Chem Labs. The [redacted] tried to call, email and contact them regarding this and the person was always 'out'. Or the 'girls were out'. Or the shipping guy was out.

That's when I came into play. I've finally gotten a hold of the 'gentleman' (a term I will use sparingly when talking about him) who initially sold the order to [redacted]. He explained it was the second half of our order that you can't actually order one gallon and I could always refer to the website for pricing and details.

I've poured over this website on my own personal time on both a mobile device and a desk top incase the information was lost in transition of formats. Atlas. Nothing.

I called back the next day, price shopping under a false identity and the idea of a closed [redacted] turning into a new local pub. The receptionist said we had never done business together (obviously with a made up company). She kindly transferred me to the next representative. Jim. Again. Rather than the normal Jim C[redacted] this was a Jim C[redacted]- same accent. Same mannerisms. Same man. Different name. He instantly remembered my bosses and said how we receive product all the time to look at pricing and he would gladly send me just ONE gallon of product for the low price of $39.99. I confirmed "You can order by the gallon and not multiple or drums?". "Yes".

I followed up again as [redacted]. He offered if we paid for the shipping back to [redacted] he would wave 5% of the 25% restocking fee. A deal he normally wouldn't offer to other people. Why should we pay for shipping of a box that weighs over 80 pounds for items we never ordered? It's almost as if this Jim is sending out items on purpose in order to make a profit if not on the sale but just the restocking fee alone as a back up resort.

I've looked all over online. This isn't the first time this company has done this. [redacted], and others, all have accounts of Jim calling employees and sending a shipment of items without permission then charging for the unrequested items. It's appalling that a 'business' like this can constantly scam companies.Desired Settlement: I would like Industrial Chem Labs to send a shipping label, take their items back, without charging us for a restocking fee as we DID NOT ORDER the items, and discontinue contacting and scamming us and any other business as well.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is only semi satisfactory. While the items have been retrieved by [redacted] I highly recommend the Revdex.com looking into their other numerous complaints and maybe Industrial Chem Labs creating a new system of ordering. Rather than a verbal agreement over the phone, I recommend an actual sign off on items- it would eliminate any of those bad reviews, and ensure an incident like this doesn't happen again by allowing both your company and the ordering party to be responsible.

Sincerely,

Review: I received a call, which was taken by my assistant. It was from a sales rep for this company who arranged to send a "sample" of one of their products. We received a 25 lb bucket of the product, and then approx. 10 days later, an invoice for $110.61 for this "sample"Desired Settlement: It would be nice if they stopped using the misleading word "sample" and make it clear that they are selling you a product, and will be billing you for it.

Review: We received a phone call from this company regarding a product that was not needed. The sales person spoke with our part time maintenance worker and was told that he was not authorized to purchase or order any products. We still received a 25lb box of a sewer cleaner that we did not order. We also received an invoice in the mail that is for $143.61. I went to the companies webpage to contact customer service. The link on their site for an email message does not work. I received 2 separate email responses stating that "delivery to the following recipients has been delayed".Desired Settlement: I would like the company to make arrangements to pick the product up and credit the invoice amount. I would also like to be removed from getting any further phone calls from this company.

[redacted] Industrial Chem. Labs & Services Inc (ICL) has reviewed the above mentioned complaint and can provide the following: On Jan.**, 2015, [redacted] of ICL spoke with [redacted] regarding our Sewer Cleaner. The price, quantity and terms were discussed. Our representatives never state "Free Sample". [redacted] has spoken with the complainant and [redacted] ahs agreed to pay the bill and withdraw his complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Our company received a call from [redacted] from Industrial Chem Labs. [redacted] spoke to our [redacted] and told her he was going to send our company free samples of a chemical that would clear sewer drains. [redacted] stated that we could use the free samples and if we decided that we liked it, we could then call and order more. Our [redacted] asked [redacted], "Is this absolutely free?" [redacted] stated, "Yes, once you see how well it works, you will want to order it". Today Friday, September **, 2014 we received a box via [redacted] containing the sewer cleaner chemical. I then went online to look up how to use the chemical. This is when I seen 81 complaints stating that the company will call and say they are sending you free samples and then will bill you for the sample. I immediately had [redacted] call [redacted] at Industrial Chem Labs to make sure that this product was a free sample and that we would not receive a bill for such. [redacted] then stated, "nothing is for free, that someone in our company authorized the order". At this point [redacted] stated that we did not order this and we would not pay for anything. [redacted] or [redacted] then wanted to speak to the person in charge. I answered the phone and told [redacted] that we did not order anything and we were not going to pay for anything. [redacted] stated that someone ordered the product. I then told [redacted] that I have seen the reviews and I could tell him word for word what he was going to say next. [redacted] asked what? I then proceeded to read the reviews and told him that he was going to try to say another person ordered the product and that sales are final and that we would receive another container in a week and he would try to bill us for that also. [redacted] then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like to see Industrial Chem Labs stop using this sales tactic. I would like them to apologize to us along with every other company they have scammed. I also do not want to receive any invoices or any further contact from this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The response statement from the company Industrial Chem Labs is a false statement. [redacted] NEVER ag[redacted] to pay for any product. The salesman [redacted] did state the sample was free. After some research this "sales" tactic has been used by this company on numerous occasions, (at least 81 times). We have called [redacted] on September **, 2014 and asked to have the free sample picked up and returned. To date the samples have not been picked up. The sample has been sitting in our office since the day it was received (9-**-14). We also received an invoice dated 9-**-14, invoice number [redacted] in the amount of $93.66. I have attached a copy of said invoice. This invoice has been denied for payment. I believe Industrial Chem Labs is a company that is using fraudulent sales tactics.

This is the same thing they have told us over and over again. [redacted] said it was a sample with no cost.

I have never had this issue before and I believe my son over them. If there is a recording of their telephone conversation

I will not pay for the product so if they want it they can send me a return authorization and I will ship

it back at their expense.

Industrial Chem Labs & Services Inc (ICL) has reviewed the above mentioned complaint and can provide the following resolution. Due to the dates involved ICL is writing off this balance. Therefore customer can use the product for its intended purpose.

Sincerely,

Review: In April the salesman, [redacted] who works for Industrial Chemical Labs & Services, spoke with one of my regular front desk agents at our property. [redacted] made them think that Industrial Chemical Labs & Services (ICLS) was a company that regularly does business with our hotel and that he was holding product for delivery per instruction from someone at our corporate office pending pricing confirmation. The front desk associate not knowing any better then told him it was fine and to send the product. Upon receiving the product we then knew that it was ICLS getting over on the desk clerk. Allegedly [redacted] then explained that all of the product did not all send in April because it was "left on the shipping docks" and that there was more to the order and we had only been invoiced for what had been sent. Since the property already opened the box and the product we paid for the invoice that had been issued. I spoke with [redacted] now in AUGUST after receiving more of this product to my suprise. Now he's saying we owe them another $239 dollars for the "accidentally unsent" product that we didn't want in the first place ordered through someone who doesn't even have the authorization to make purchases. Rather than apologizing for the confusion and admitting that it was their error in not confirming that she was actually someone who could do the purchasing, he then began to argue with me on the phone that he needed to speak with [redacted] (the front desk agent) since she was the one who he made the order with. If this "order" was left on a shipping dock by "accident" why would it take 3 months to be sent out? When I asked to speak with a supervisor [redacted] stated [redacted] was his supervisor and wouldn't be in until Monday 8/*/13 at 8:30 am eastern time. This whole process is a scam this is not how good standing businesses operate. I need to speak with someone who can actually resolve a problem instead of argue with me.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to stop from "accidentally" leaving any other product on the docks and then charging us for them. Also I would like them to issue a call tag to pick up the unopened box and product and not charge us for it. I do not want to see another invoice from this company.

Thank you very much helping in the matter of getting this resolved. We did have UPS stop and pick up the product. I am sorry that ICLS had the confusion in regards to who may and may not make purchases for the property; I hope in future sales calls they verify, properly, the appropriate person to speak with.
