Review: One of the Reps with Industrial Chem Labs contacted us back in August of 2014 and informed us that they would like to send us an odor control product and that we could try it out for free. We received an invoice and we called to see why. The Rep informed us that if we didn't like the product we didn't have to pay for it. We tried sending the product back and he told us that we couldn't send it back because they were not accepting it back. On or about the end of April 2015 or beginning of May 2015 the Rep called stating he was sending out more of this same product, that he had spoken with the Manager and she said that he could send it. After speaking with my Manager, she stated that she hadn't talk to this Rep and so we BOTH called him back. We told him that we didn't order the product and NOT to send it. He put us on hold for about 10 minutes and came back to the phone saying he didn't see an order and that he would check again and make sure that it wasn't sent out. They sent it anyway and when the Leasing Consultant went to check the mail there was an invoice in the mailbox. We IMMEDIATELY called the Rep to inquire about the invoice and the product. I told him that when we spoke on the phone we told him not to send that product to us and he argued that wasn't the conversation that we had and that we said it was okay to send it. It wasn't a good conversation at all. We are waiting to speak to the Manager over the company. We were told that he would be back in the office within the next hour or hour and a half. The Rep has been informed that we are NOT going to pay this invoice because we didn't order any of this product.Desired Settlement: We would like for them to take this product back, disregard this invoice they have sent and not send us anything else nor contact us ever again.

Review: We received an unauthorized package and unauthorized charges to our property [redacted] located at [redacted]. A representative contacted our property supervisor at this location, with failed sales attempts he offered to send her a free sample to try the product. Upon receiving the “sample” she received 2 gallons of product and an invoice from Chem Labs. We have made attempts to contact the company in regard to this error and were unable to receive resolution. The representative from Chem Labs mentioned they do not accept returns. A Return occurs when an agreement is made to purchase a product and the customer tries to receive refund for said product. However, in this case we did not order the product, we are not requesting a return, we are refusing the product and the charges as it was not an agreed upon sale.Desired Settlement: Unopened product to be picked up (refusal of product accepted), and proposed charges to be deleted with no further collection action, or contact

Review: [redacted] contacted my employer via phone and was asking for my company to do a free trial (sample)of his product to see if we like his product to contact him and we can set something up further. I have received the product and a couple days later I received an invoice for $110.07 that was due. [redacted] never once stated that we were going to get billed it was suppose to be a try out thing to see if the product works. I have been contacting the office and they have been giving me the run around saying all sales are final and there is no [redacted] it is ran by a board, but he never said it was going to cost for the sample. I really do feel like this company scammed us into believing it was a free trial.Desired Settlement: I would like them to waive the balance to $0 or I can return the product at their expense.

Review: A gentlemen from this company called October [redacted] and spoke with one of my employees. She told him that she is not authorized to make any purchases. He kept getting pushy and she stated again she could not authorize anything. He said how about we just send you a free sample of the drain cleaner. She said NO and he said ok we will send that out and the call ended. That same day I called back to their office and tried to talk to them regarding calling my [redacted] and doing this. He told me he had no record of calling my [redacted]. The following [redacted] he called and talked to a different employee stating that the order was shipped she told him NO, he said it is no charge till November she told him NO again he said, Well it is already on the truck. We received the item about a week later. I called them immediately they told me they will get back to me (this was after the conversation got pretty heated between my maintenance department and them). No call back AGAIN. So I called the next 3 days in a row. FINALLY I talked to a supervisor who was just as rude as the salesman, They went as far as letting me know that my employees are liars. I asked to listen to the tape that she stated she ordered the product they did not have it. He told me I would be getting return paperwork in the next 24 hours never received anything. Called again they are always out to lunch. Then I received a bill from them. The number on the invoice does not work. I continue to call and get no where with them. I called again today at [redacted], they are out to lunch...the whole office is. The box is in my office unopened.Desired Settlement: I would like them to take the product I did not order back and void invoice#[redacted]. This product was not ordered and I should not pay for it.

Review: [redacted] with Industrial Chem Lab located at [redacted] called our office in late December and requesting to speak with our maintenance technician. At that time he obtained the technicians name. On January *. 2014 he called back and spoke with [redacted], our technician about issues he may be having with the property and discussed products that he could sell. [redacted] stated to [redacted] that he does not place any orders and [redacted] would need to contact myself directly. On January **, 2014 UPS dropped off a 25lb package from Industrial Chem Lab. I signed for the package not knowing who it was from. I spoke with the maintenance tech and was advised of the conversation he has with [redacted]. We called [redacted] on the phone together and [redacted] begin to lie and say [redacted] ordered the material. [redacted] spoke repeating the conversation he had with [redacted] was advised by [redacted] to speak with management regarding placing the order. We reiterated to [redacted] that the product was not ordered from our property and we would like him to schedule it being picked by up. He indicated it will not be returned. He said we can return it but we have to pay and I told him again, we didnt order the product and that we would contact the Revdex.com. 6-7 years ago we ordered from this same company and discontinued using them because they are unethical. This is not the first time they have shipped without you placing an order.Desired Settlement: We would like for [redacted] with Industrial Chem Lab to issue a Call Tage ID for UPS to pick this package up and return to the sender. We did not order it and we do not want to keep it and are not willing to pay for it. Secondly we would like our company information deleted from their file.

Review: The company claims that we have product that was already purchased and that they need to ship it out to us. Then after receiving the product, the company sends us a bill. Tried to resolve and got hung up on. This is the second time they send us product that was apparently already paid for and tried to bill us for. I don't have the specifics for the first time happened earlier in the year.

This time I talked with [redacted] and he SPECIFICALLY said we did NOT owe any thing for this product and this would complete the order. Called last week (Friday) talked to [redacted], but computers were down for the day (really?) called today (mon 10/**) during normal working hours, talked to receptionist and after hearing the situation forwarded the call to [redacted] (apparently), after 5 minutes they hung up. We are done working w/this company.Desired Settlement: Either a billing adjustment reflecting that NO MONIES are due or Option #2: we will just send it back at their expense AGAIN.

Review: I am a new manager at this property. I received a package from fedx and signed for it like I always do. When I realized we did not order the products I called the company and informed them that there must be some type of error because the person that they had down as ordering the product has not been employed by our company for 3 months although they are saying that he ordered the products 2 weeks ago. They then said that someone from the office ordered the product but I work by myself and did not order it. I told her that I was sending the box back un-opened and at that time I was told that all sales are final and we still needed to pay for the products that we never opened nor ordered. The [redacted] then became very rude and wanted my bosses number to call him and let him know that I was being rude to them while representing the property. I googled this company and everyone has the exact same complaints that I do except I never spoke with anyone and told them they could send me a "free sample".Desired Settlement: remove our company from there mailing list and stop sending products to our company saying that and employee who has been gone for 3 months ordered the products 2 weeks ago. I never ordered the products and refuse to pay for something that I did not order. I would like for them to take there products back and remove us from there call list.

Review: Charlie E[redacted] gave a cold call to the school and tried to sell weed control product to my head custodian. He declined and said we could not use the product. The salesperson then offered to break open the larger sizes and he can mix up a smaller sample size to try out and if you are not satisfied return the product. My head custodian never agreed to this but the product was sent with out a P.O. or authorization. I called the company and told them we did not order the product nor could we use the product. Myself and my head custodian spoke to Charlie E[redacted] in September, but could not come to an agreement. The phone call ended with my request to send a return label and we will send back the product, but he refused. A few months past and on December [redacted] I spoke to the supervisor Mitchell E[redacted] and he said he would not send a return label and we would have to pay for shipping. I told him we were not paying for shipping and that we did not want the product in the first place. We are a school and we cannot make purchases outside of chemicals we keep in the school on our MDSS book. I explained to him we will not pay for the items and will not pay for shipping. Mr. E[redacted] would like to speak to my head custodian and I agreed at first, but then I read the reviews online and called back and told him I would not honor that request. He told me not to believe what I read on line, but I explained to him I read multiple data points. When you tell Mr. E[redacted] this he said the people that are upset just do not want to pay for the product. The phone call ended poorly and Mr. E[redacted] would not agree to sending a shipping label. In the end this is no different then their other complaints, it is a scam. The call and promise something and they do not take no for an answer and send product without consent. Once the individual or business has the product they bill and will not pay for the product to be sent back.Desired Settlement: To return the product and have Chem. Labs & Services Inc to pay for the shipping. The product was never ordered and the product needs returned. This company should not operate with their current sales tactics.

I resolved the matter of ID [redacted]. I returned the package as C.O.D. This company is based on shark salesmen and send product without authorization. I attached pictures so there is no question about the condition of the product. If they do not accept the package and if it is returned the product will be discarded. Review: In early 2015, a Rep named "JC" phoned one of our properties and asked for the name of the Maintenance Manager. When JC received the name of the rep, JC then spoke with the rep who offered to send "free samples". This offer was declined. Invoices began to arrive monthly for $600, with no product ever being sent or received. After months, the invoices ceased. In Sep, 2015, the exact same thing occurred at a second property we manage. This time the invoices are $128.51, and also from "JC". On 10/*/15, I phoned to speak with a Manager and also tell them to stop sending invoices. The initial interaction with the Receptionist was rude, at best. I asked to speak with the Manager, and she insisted she had a Supervisor named Jack. Rude is an understatement for her behavior, but one would expect criminals to act this way so I understand the defensive nature with the scam this company is pulling. After holding for 20 minutes listening to computerized sounds designed to force me to hang up, a person who identified themselves as the General Manager, named Tim P[redacted], came on the phone. Immediately, he would not let me state why I was calling, and after 30 seconds of me speaking, whistled into the phone and said, "[redacted]". He stated that I n[redacted]ed to place these Maintenance Managers on a three way call with him right now since they did agree to product and product was apparently sent. His tone and demeanor was aggressive instantly, again to be expected. None of our properties agr[redacted] to anything with Industrial Chem Labs, and none of our properties received anything. When I mentioned to Mr. P[redacted] that the NY Revdex.com had 272 complaints in the last 12 months for the same thing, he threatened me. Mr. P[redacted] stated that if I did not pay, he would come and harm me and get the money. At this threat, I hung up the phone. The threat is humorous, and in no way do I believe Mr. P[redacted] would have the time or resources to carry out his threats. The entire conversation with Mr. P[redacted] was only 2 minutes in length.Desired Settlement: 1. Cessation of this illegal and threatening activity. 2. No additional contact, ever, from Industrial Chem Labs to any of our Wyndham managed properties. 3. Immediate clearing of any and all invoices associated with our properties. 4. Investigation of the company by the NY Consumer Affairs Division.

They are supposed to have [redacted] pick up the item at their expense. This has not happened yet. When it does happen, I will let you know that the issue has been resolved.

I was solicited to try some concrete cleaner for a stain no risk we pay for the order after it works. Sample did not work and now after four calls the sales Rep Bob R. and supervisor will not send a shipping lable or have the sample picked up. Bob explained that it was "out of his scope" to offer a free sample and he was sorry. The "best he could do" was take off the shipping charges that he personally would pay. We received another Invoice less the shipping charges for $ 99.90 marked as the first "ALL SALES ARE FINAL." This kind of sales tactic is not acceptable or ethical.Desired Settlement: A shipping label to send back the risk free sample or scheduled pick up within 30 days and an invoice with a zero balance after received. No more solicitation from Industrial Chem Labs.

Review: Chem Labs keeps calling my business trying to get me to "claim" free maintenance supplies. I have researched this company and found out that they send you the free supplies and then they bill you for them, too. I have asked that they stop calling but they have not done so. Since this is a business phone number, I cannot put it on the do not call list. I want a file opened up on them in our state so other people do not fall victim to their scam.Desired Settlement: I want my business removed from their calling list. I do not have time to deal with their scammy phone calls numerous times a day.

Review: The very fast talking, high pressure phone salesman talked me into a 2gal trial offer of concentrated room deoderizer. He claimed it broke down molecules for 15 days. I recieved the product and nowhere on the labeling does it mention the word concentrate or molecule breakdown. It reads "Ready to Use" When I told him I could pick up similar products locally for less than $50 per gal, inc shipping [redacted] got very loud and defensive. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and got [redacted] who was as loud and rude as his sales rep [redacted]. I simply asked to have the product picked up, because I was not 100% satasified with the product or "customer service and satisifaction" they pride themselves on. All sales are final nomatter what, so buyer beware. This company is full of fast talking scam artists.Desired Settlement: Send a call tag and pick up your product.

Review: An employee of our company got a phone call from Industrial Chem Labs regarding a product they wanted us to try. He repeatedly told them that he does not do the ordering for this chemical and that they needed to contact our housekeeping department. ICL never contacted our housekeeping department and proceeded to send out the product they had told our [redacted] about. Nobody opened the box as nobody knew who it was for and then a few days later, we receive an invoice for $106.26. I, the [redacted], called them to tell them that we would be sending this product back as we had never ordered it, and they proceeded to be extremely rude to me; demanding to talk to my superior, telling me if I send the product back, they will send it right back to me at double the shipping, that we are not allowed to send it back, etc. My [redacted] called the company directly and informed them that we will not be paying the invoice AND that we will not pay to have it shipped back; however, [redacted] agreed to return to sender as we had not opened the box. Now, today, we received another invoice from them with the shipping costs removed which makes it a total of $79.90. We won't be paying this invoice, of course, because we never ordered the product in the first place. I also informed [redacted] and [redacted] that this company is scamming businesses and that they should be on the look out for any deliveries from this company. I told them that we will never accept any packages from this company at our facility.Desired Settlement: I want them to zero out this invoice and immediately remove our company from their list completely. They obviously do not listen to what people are saying on the phone and are trying to scam people and bully people into paying invoices that they do not owe for products they did not order.

Review: A representative from Industrial Chem Labs contacted my office and offered to send a catalog of their products. After obtaining our mailing information, the representative shipped some sort of cleaner and has billed me for something we did not order. I have contacted the company multiple times to return the item and stated it was never ordered by us. They have refused to take the item back and void the invoice and keep threatening to send us to collections.

It is very clear that this unethical sales practices is being used by these company daily as numerous reports against them have been filed.Desired Settlement: Void the bill for the product that was NEVER ordered by us and DO NOT CONTACT OUR OFFICE AGAIN!

Review: The company called offering a sample and instead of a sample we received two gallon. We never wanted the product but was pressured into a sample and then 8 gallons were supposedly shipped to us. We never received anything further than the 2 original gallons. Our accounts payable paid a portion of the bill before anyone knew about the other items. We contacted the company they said they could not accept returns and that we still owed 479.00 more on an item we didn't want in the first place. All we want is our money and for them to take this product which we can't even use.Desired Settlement: I want this product out of our shop.

I've spoken to a representative there and informed him that the item was not ordered. We require PO's for everything that comes in and the [redacted] here is not authorized to place orders like that. Review: Late June I received a call from a sales man from Industrial Chem. He was trying to sell these product samples. He told me that he had worked with our company. After looking up in our database it showed they were not a vendor. While still on the phone with him I told him this and that I had to get him as an approved vendor before I ordered anything. I later spoke to my manager and found out our company doesn't work with theirs due to issues of unwanted shipments and invoices. I then proceeded to call, email and fax them stating I do not want any products shipped to us. The man who I spoke to said he would take care of this. Yet I received a shipment while I was gone last week. I called their customer line again and spoke to Jim who had called me. He told me I had okayed the package, which I did not. He also told me to write return to sender on it and give it back to a driver. [redacted] told me they wouldn't accept it.Desired Settlement: I would like a prepaid shipping label to return the unwanted product and also don't want to receive any invoices for the product that I am returning.

Review: This is my second time I have problems with this company.

The first time I was contacted by phone by a sales rep, who said that he could send me a 2 gallons of their chemical and that if did not like how it worked that I did not have to pay for it. After 3 months I received an invoice and was forced to pay. When they contacted me about the payment I asked them never to contact me again.

Over a year after the firs incident, my assistant was contacted and asked if she would like 2 more gallons of the same product, and she said she was not interested.

A week later, Industrial Chem Labs mailed us an unwanted chemical(item) that we had told them we did not want. After explaining to the [redacted] what had happened and telling him I could mail them back their chemicals since I will not be using it he responded "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". I was also told by the [redacted] that it did not mater if we had not requested the item, we were responsible for the charge because we had signed for the delivery. I received an item I did not ordered and was charged for it.Desired Settlement: I would of liked to mail them their product back ( I was willing to pay shipping costs). I have no use for the product and did not order it, therefore I should not be paying for items I did not order.
