customer’s concern to our attention. We provided Mrs. [redacted] with the full and complete Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer that she received. We do this so our clients can make well informed, educated decisions about the exciting promotional offers they would like to partake in. Our offers, like any other promotional offers, come with restrictions and must be adhered to in order to take advantage of the offer. We precisely state on our documentation that if the time restrictions are not met, then the offer becomes null and void. These restrictions allow us to accommodate the high volume of customers that we take on each month. We satisfy hundreds of travel request and offers each month, and we do realize that offers cannot work for everybody. Ms. [redacted] became void because she did not send in her Travel Request Form within the 21 day limit per Terms and Conditions. We have processed a full refund of Ms. [redacted]’s deposit of $100.00, please reference check# [redacted] sent out on April 23, 2014.We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused Ms. [redacted]. If we may be of further assistance to her regarding this matter, she may contact us by calling the Customer Service Department at [redacted]. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Relations Manager
I am so glad I went on line and read the complaints.. I was about to send my so call refundable deposit. I have communicated with these people for 3 different travel incentives and their customer service is unfriendly and poor. Don't offer any help whatsoever. I received 2 free airline tickets for a travel presentation my husband and I went to and wanted to coordinate it with a Hawaii trip we have planned for January.. They said they could not accommodate that at all. They said they couldn't "guarantee" the first or second choice.. so sounds like they won't guarantee any choices.. I also received a cruise for 2 and a 3 day 2 night getaway.. I don't think I'm "giving" them any of my money. Who plans vacations like this!! I don't know about you but it takes some time and effort to plan a vacation and if a company offers an incentive, you would think if you have something in mind they would offer help to accommodate it.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We apologize for the delay. Your check was cut on the 15th, and sent on the 16th, however we received it back a few days ago where, as a mistake, a batch was sent out without complete addresses. We sincerely apologize...
and know you do not want excuses. You should have your refund check in hand by no later than 1/11/2016. If you do not have it in hand, please call [redacted] and ask for Kyle. You should have it before this date though.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My husband and I sat through a time share talk for 2 1/2 hours because we were promised round trip airline tickets plus a 2 night stay in a hotel. Immediately there was a problem with the website and registering. Then we never got any emails. Revdex.com intervened successfully and the offer forms were mailed and received 2/7/14. I personally sent $100 money order as deposit on 2/8/14 along with $50 personal check for the hotel deposit.
We did not h ear anything until the letter of 2/27/14 which claimed we did not respect time limits.
I cannot reach them by phone or internet; the only address is a post office box.
The remedy I am seeking is this: give us what was promised to us: 2 r/t domestic tickets and 2 night hotel stay.
Please see if you can resolve this for us - much appreciated!

Subject: [redacted].
12/15/2013 – [redacted] and I attended a time share talk in Tarrytown NY and were promised 2 airline tickets and a 2 night stay in a hotel. That same day we mailed in the voucher #[redacted] along with a $4.95 personal check # [redacted] to Fly Away Vacations (a/k/a Infinity Incentive Group). We complied with all the instructions to the letter.
1/30/2014 I made a complaint # ID [redacted] with the Revdex.com against Infinity Incentive Group, Inc. Infinity ([redacted]) responded to the Revdex.com that we had received our offers on 1/7/14 – we never received them. Then
2/7/14 – Infinity sent email with the offers to which we responded immediately.
2/8/14 - we sent $100 money order as deposit for the flights and $50 personal check for the hotels.
2/27/14 Infinity mailed a letter to my husband, [redacted], along with $100 check, saying, “Your Travel
Request Form was not received within the time limit. Your certificate has been placed on hold. Not adhering to all terms and conditions makes your certificate null & void.
I believe this is consumer fraud. We complied with all conditions and expect to get our free flights and hotel stays.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We see that check number 13085 was Processed on August 21st. Even though customer service can only see that a check has been cut, the mailing of the check could have been a few days later. We cannot speak for the speediness of the...
mail, however this check as cut and processed at that time. We understand this is a few more days, but the process of canceling a check and resubmitting during a timeframe that your check could be delivered is fairly risky. In the even that you have not received your check by Sept 11th, please let us know by calling ###-###-####
You are correct in that we have signed documents concerning the terms and conditions. In this is the acknowledgement of availability as well as notes to being outside of the terms and conditions. Regardless, again, as per the terms and conditions you have agreed to in writing (where there is no reference to "free" or "complementary" or any such reference while addressing the costs), since your request for refund has been received and processing, we are no longer responsible for providing travel for you.
Anywhere there is a reference to providing you with travel at no cost or any sort of indication is what we would appreciate you providing. We know our documentation does not, its the marketing company we are concerned with in this case.
As in the previous response, your refund should be in hand by no later than 2/16/2016. If you have not received it by this date, please contact us at [redacted]
In my opinion this company is unreputable! I receive a coupon for a FREE 3 day 2 night hotel stay through IIG. I was required to send in a $50 deposit before they would even discuss possible travel dates. Then I was required to submit 3 travel dates and location at least 30 days apart and 90 days from when I submitted the request. Cue "jumping through hoops for nothing."
Even though I had my doubts, I sent them the $50 deposit and 3 travel dates and locations separated by 30 days.
I didn't receive anything from IIG until I called and complained. Then 2 weeks later less than 30 days from my initial travel dates I received an email. BTW, you can't respond to their emails. They are undeliverable addresses. Instead you must wait on hold for anywhere from 20 -90 minutes to talk to someone who. Most of the time you get someone who just walked off the street yesterday and has no idea how the company, the promotion or anything else in the world operates. I was lied to many times. I finally received my "FREE" offer which would cost me either $394 or $424 for the exact same hotel, same dates, same amenities. My "deal" was supposed to only cost me taxes! I checked out the hotel and found I could book the same exact dates for less than the "FREE" deal I was offered. Bottom line- Do NOT believe anything this company tells you! Do not trust those Vacation Travel companies that offer these supposedly free travel packages. Save your money! Save your patience! I've requested a refund of my $50 deposit. We shall see if they will return it.

Almost fell for it but after reading the reviews of this company. I won't go near them. The Revdex.com should be ashamed of themselves giving them an A-. Just because the company responds saying they will fix the problem, doesn't fix the problem. Maybe the Revdex.com should fix the program that rates this company, no normal person would give them an A-
Dear Ms. [redacted]:We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint from Mrs. [redacted] and are grateful for the opportunity to address her concern. Our promotional offers, like any promotional offer, do come with rules and restrictions. We provide all of the Terms...
and Conditions so that everyone has full information and can make informed decisions when completed documentation. Per the provided Terms and Conditions for the air product see the statements below:“A $50 per person refundable deposit in U.S. dollars, in the form of a money order or cashier's check will be required when selecting your preferred dates of travel, via certified mail. If you do not have internet access, you may complete and sign the enclosed Form and return to IT, [redacted] along with your refundable deposit. All documentation and deposit must be received within 30 days of the issue date of offer. Failure to follow all registration requirements, terms of offer and deposit not being received in the time frame specified renders offer & certificate void without exception.”The [redacted]’s did send in a personal check, which is not allowed, and it was therefore returned to them. The issue date of the product was 12/10/13 and the documentation sent was not received in our office until 01/13/14. The product is now null and void per the Terms and Conditions.Thank you again for providing the forum to respond to this complaint. Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Relations Manager

Dear Ms. [redacted]:
We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint made by Ms. [redacted]. We are...
thankful for the forum to address her concerns.
Ms. [redacted] received her offers on January 7, 2014 via email to the email address that was provided on the form that she mailed into our office. (The email address that she gave on her complaint is not the same email that was written on the registration form.) We have been waiting for her to complete the process outlined in the emails.
As a courtesy we will call Ms. [redacted] to let her know that we are resending the emails to her.
Thank you again for the opportunity to resolve this matter.
Sincerely,
Customer Relations Manager
Thank you for your communication. Check number [redacted]or $200 was picked up on Monday 1/11/2016. As in the previous communication, if you have not received it by 1/28/2016, please let us know by calling [redacted]. Outside of that, we can only allow the check to be delivered at this point.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We reviewed the account and several calls. In this, we have submitted Debbie to have updated training, however we can also see where the communication was not quite possible as indicated in your comments. Also, we noted that of the...
$250 requested, It shows as the cashier check was returned. Since we cant verify due to the holiday, we are expediting your refund for all products. You should have your $250 refund in hand by no later than 1/5/2016. Most likely much sooner, however we extend to allow for post service overflow from holidays and time for the check to be cashed for verification purposes. If you have not received your refund by this date, please contact us at [redacted]
This is...
exactly what was told to me by Debbie @ IIG Promotions before, that the $50 check was sent on Friday 06/03/2016 that I should have the check in 7-8 days, just wait. 10 days passed, no check, the [redacted] phone number couldn't get thru, their voice recording message "unable to take calls under special circumstances and will be back on line in 1-2 hrs" for the last 10 days.Until I will receive my $50 cash back per [redacted] Bank, this is an issue. Now they are given a new date by June 28, 2016, if not call their phone # again but their phone can't get thru. How many disputes do I have to file before I can see my money back, they don't keep their promise so far and it has been for 3 months since March 16, 2016.

Dear [redacted],
We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint by [redacted]. We appreciate your assistance in bringing our customer’s concern to our attention.
[redacted] requested her refund of $100.00 on 03/28/2014. Her refund check of $100.00 (check[redacted]) was sent out on 03/31/2014. Once a refund of a clients deposit has been requested clients cannot be traveled. The deposit is to hold a spot for the client to travel. Our offers are one time offers and once they request the deposit back, their reserved spot cannot be reissued.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused [redacted]. If we may be of further assistance to her regarding this matter, she may contact us by calling the Customer Service Department at [redacted]. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Re: ID# [redacted]To Whom It May Concern,We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint by [redacted]. We do not advertise our promotional offers. We do not want to mislead or misrepresent our products so we do state in the documentation provided to each customer,...
that no one should rely upon the representations of anyone outside our organization as to the specifics of our offers. We are a third party company, completely separate from the company that presented to [redacted]. The company presented a free CERTIFICATE. The offer itself is not free, but since you attended their seminar they gave you a “free” certificate. We are diligent in providing full and complete Terms and Conditions at several touch points so that consumers can make well informed, educated decisions about participating in our exciting offers. Per Terms and Conditions we outline the fees and requirements. Our certificates are time sensitive. We invite customers to call in with any questions. Our offers, like any other promotional offers, come with restrictions and must be adhered to in order to take advantage of the promotion. Being a third party company we only receive a certain amount of allotment. When customers choose to go outside the Terms and Conditions it may result in their chosen date not being used or higher pricing. [redacted] indeed received the email on 3/20/2015 at 11:13 a.m. and another on 3/24/15 at 1:24 p.m. [redacted] also spoke to a customer service representative on 4/02/15 at 11:24 a.m. confirming a new flight date for 6/30/2015.We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused [redacted]. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Relations Manager
Revdex.com, I am not able to review the document attached to this complaint. I can however most likely determine based on our CRM notes, that this is a request for a refund. In this case, the...
refund request was submitted on 4/27/2015 for $100.00 verbally. We require a written communication from the customer with verification (customer ID) which this will count for as part of that process. The refund request is now in the hands of accounting. As per our policy, we inform customers it can take up to 6 weeks to receive your refund. You will most likely receive sooner and can call our customer service department at ###-###-####. The best times to call are in the late afternoons and toward the end of the week. This will ensure a lower hold time.
Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
To avoid any confusion since there was a returned check (check number [redacted] and a refund (check number [redacted] that has already been sent out, we will refund all remaining deposits. We will be expediting those refunds and you should have...
