I have been waiting for my refund because the selected dates submitted have not be able to be accomodated for 2+ years I have mailed written request for a refund and the week window has come and gone All I want is my $refundable deposit which according to your guidelines is possible because I have the right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida StatutesI have been offered gift cards, etc as an exchange for a return of my deposit and I am simply not interested in anything but getting the money back I sent to IGG in good faith

I went to a presentation in *** *** ** with my spouse I was told I would get complimentary airline tickets free with the exception of taxes plus a night Cruise I started filling the paperwork out and found out it's offers and can't combine the cruise and air I now sent in the dates of our travel must be different places days at least apart I find it ironic that when I finally get through on the phone the rep is the same female and I wonder if it's it just she answering the phone since the wait is so long I now got an eamil telling me to send in my payment deposit Confused, I called *** back and said to her, why am I sending you money if we are not sure you are honoring us dates She couldn't give me any "like" costs for my travel dates selected including fees, service charge etc She now asks for a certified bank check or money order, which I would not want to ever send since it's good as cash and not traceable I am one who has bought the *** *** at least a half dozen times in the past What do you people out there think? Anything positive of IIG Promotions in Lake Havasu City, AZ? Has anyone sent in their $in money order or certified check?

Do not do business with this company!!!! I received a "voucher" for travel from this companyWhen I finally got a date that was acceptable to them, the price they gave me was only $less than if I booked it myself on ***Every time I had to deal with them, I had to wait on hold for at least an hourTwice, after waiting on hold for an hour, I got disconnectedThey said they were having trouble with their phonesThis company should be ashamed of themselves!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is in contradiction to what I was told by DebbieSo are they admitting that the first check was never sent? Or do they think the check is lost, and I don't have to wait weeks before it's reissued as Debbie claimed? It will be satisfactory to me when I actually receive the check, I have heard the promises for months and will only believe it when I see it. I will wait until Feb 3rd for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Thank you for bringing this to our attention We have checked on your $deposit and it shows that it was executed, however we did not assume this to be the end of the story and found that your deposit had been executed, but it was never printed for mailing due to a print issue on the

I haven't got the checkI called several times and heard the same that the check was mailed a few days agoLast time I spoke with *** on 7/29/and she assured that check was mailed on 7/24/2015. So how the same check could be mailed on 7/1/a week later and than on 7/24/2015? And surprise-- none of them was delivered on my addressIt looks like that this company is trying not only to lie to the customer, but misleading the Revdex.com also. I already reported to Arizona *** *** office and they are ready to open investigation on this company business practicies.

This company has made excuses for not sending me my deposit for over a yearThey will repeatedly come up with reasons why they don't payI have documented over a dozen calls to this business in the last months alone! They are a total scam

want to misrepresent our products so we do state in the documentation provided to each customer, no one should rely upon the representations of anyone outside our organization as to the specifics of our offers We also need to point out that we are a third party company, completely separate from the company that gave the promotional offer to Hugo We are diligent in providing complete Terms and Conditions at several touch points so that consumers can make well informed, educated decisions about participating in our exciting offers.All of *** request for travel landed during holiday periods and during peak season which the booking agent discussed with him According to the terms and conditions, the promotional travel is not available during these dates, however we will provide discounted travel Unfortunately, what we get charged for flights by the airlines outside of the promotions windows may not always be the best We are not able regulate airline costs outside of our allotments. Upon receiving his quote, as is listed here, on 5/15/*** sent in an email requesting his refund to be returned At that point, we began processing his refund then which takes 6-weeks *** Refund has been processed per his email request and he should have it by the end of next week

On April 5, my wife and I attended an Open House at your location We received certificate #*** On April 2, I was notified by phone by Infinity Travel of Lake Havasu City, AZ, that the document I furnished for the airline trip was not the original supplied by *** but was a copy and to call them and discuss the problem (I have the phone call recorded) I did not call because I sent the original the *** gave me I submitted my Flyaway Registration Form on 4/11/and enclosed the $deposit required by the form On June16, I received a letter from Infinity Travel specifying that for reasons, my certificate was being cancelled The were, my requested dates are past the expiration date of the certificate (I could find nothing in the terms and conditions about that) and that they received payment at the incorrect step As I noted above, $was required for registration On 6/I called their corporate number, ###-###-#### and used option #and was put on hold at 1:00pm After about minutes I was informed I was "first in line" and after minutes I hung up because the call was not picked up I then called their number, ###-###-####, at 2:00pm and was on hold for minutes and then I gave up I called the number today, 6/at 10:10am, and the call was answered in minutes I outlined my complaints above and notified them I would call ***, the Revdex.com, the *** *** ***, the *** *** ***, the *** and put an entry on *** about the incident I also notified them of the wait time issue and mentioned that it seems to be a ploy to get customer not to call or complain I also mentioned that it was my feeling that they did not want to give away the free airline travel

We reissued Mr *** check on May 19thThe new check number is ***As of May 23rd the check has not been cashedCustomer service will contact him to let him know that a check was reissued on May 19th and he should be receiving it any day. Thank you.Alex C***
