We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint by Mr. [redacted]. We appreciate your assistance in bringing our customer’s concern to our attention. We do not advertise our promotional offers. We do not want to mislead or misrepresent our products so we do state in the...

documentation provided to each customer, that no one should rely upon the representations of anyone outside our organization as to the specifics of our offers. We are a third party company, completely separate from the company that presented to Mr. [redacted]. We are diligent in providing full and complete Terms and Conditions at several touch points so that consumers can make well informed, educated decisions about participating in our exciting offers. Per Terms and Conditions we outline the fees and requirements. Our certificates are time sensitive. We invite customers to call in with any questions. Our offers, like any other promotional offers, come with restrictions and must be adhered to in order to take advantage of the promotion. Mr. [redacted] sent in a $4.95 (check#[redacted]) non refundable deposit to us and that activated his account. By signing and sending in the certificate they showed us they understood that the $4.95 deposit is non refundable. As of right now Mr. [redacted] is active in our system and we are awaiting his travel request form. We have sent 5 emails between the dates 4/19/14 and 5/19/14. We have yet to hear from Mr. [redacted].We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused Mr. [redacted]. If we may be of further assistance to him regarding this matter, he may contact us by calling the Customer Service Department at ###-###-####. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Relations Manager

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH IIG. Their brochure is worded so that you believe if you pay the taxes on you 3 day 2 night trip the cost of the room is covered. We followed the guidelines in the brochure to the letter, not making any changes. When IIG sent an email about the trip there were room charges that appeared to be full rates and they stated that this was a discounted travel offer. They stated, "If your travel request is outside of the terms and conditions of your promotional offer then a surcharge has been applied to the governmental taxes/fees and service fees charged by our travel agency." They use this statement freely. After dealing with them on four occasions I as for the $50 deposit to be refunded. I was told I would receive an email giving the instructions needed to get the refund. Have to mail a letter and was told that it would take 8 weeks to process.

Dear Ms. [redacted]:We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint from Mrs. [redacted] and are grateful for the opportunity to address her concern. Our promotional offers, like any promotional offer, do come with rules and restrictions.  We provide all of the Terms...

and Conditions so that everyone has full information and can make informed decisions when completed documentation. Per the provided Terms and Conditions for the air product see the statements below:“A $50 per person refundable deposit in U.S. dollars, in the form of a money order or cashier's check will be required when selecting your preferred dates of travel, via certified mail. If you do not have internet access, you may complete and sign the enclosed Form and return to IT, [redacted] along with your refundable deposit. All documentation and deposit must be received within 30 days of the issue date of offer. Failure to follow all registration requirements, terms of offer and deposit not being received in the time frame specified renders offer & certificate void without exception.”The [redacted]’s did send in a personal check, which is not allowed, and it was therefore returned to them.  The issue date of the product was 12/10/13 and the documentation sent was not received in our office until 01/13/14. The product is now null and void per the Terms and Conditions.Thank you again for providing the forum to respond to this complaint. Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Relations Manager

Reference All Expense paid 4 day/3 night trip to [redacted] - All Inclusive
After following and complying with all guidelines in the small print to obtain an all expense paid trip, this company advised that we would be responsible for government taxes and fees. When we received the quotation, the "government taxes and fees" costs far exceeded the market price for the resort and flight offered during the exact time frame of travel. The same type of travel can be purchased online through any reputable travel website for less than what the company wanted to charge as government taxes and fees. It is my belief that this company is attempting to profit from selling trips at travel market costs under the guise of "government taxes and fees." Had this information been disclosed prior to sending the $100 refundable(not yet refunded) deposit, we would not have moved forward with doing business with this company.
I would like the $100 refundable deposit mailed back to my residence.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After sitting through a 90 minute+ presentation, filling out numerous forms, getting a cashiers' check, and mailing via certified mail, I do not want to start the process over again with a new form.  This would require another cashiers' check, more certified mail, and more time.  Then I am at the mercy of this company to hope I didn't make any errors because the whole process is not customer friendly. I feel I have put in way more time than initially promised for two round trip airline tickets.
The only way I see this resolved is for the company to show good customer relations and send us two round trip airline vouchers WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED.
I have invested all the time AND RISK that I am willing to spend with this business practice.  Thank you for your time and consideration.

Almost fell for it but after reading the reviews of this company. I won't go near them. The Revdex.com should be ashamed of themselves giving them an A-. Just because the company responds saying they will fix the problem, doesn't fix the problem. Maybe the Revdex.com should fix the program that rates this company, no normal person would give them an A-

We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint by [redacted].  We appreciate your assistance in bringing our customer’s concern to our attention.
In looking into [redacted]’s complaint, we were instantly concerned about how this was...

handled and pulled the recording of the call.  We found that the call could have been handled more delicately and have coached the representative on this.  However, it is also very clear that [redacted] did handle this promotion outside of the terms and conditions.  Since our processes are automated, her packaged was voided when she did send in the incorrect deposit amount and she was also refunded this amount which we did not keep for her flight package (check number 8128 for $50 sent on 7/3/2014).

I also note in her request for resolution that she wants the $4.95 refunded which we will gladly accommodate, however I am not aware of any promotional offer that we provide $300 per person for airfare.
We also need to point out that we are a third party company, completely separate from the company that gave the promotional offer to [redacted].  We are diligent in providing complete Terms
and Conditions at several touch points so that consumers can make well informed, educated decisions about participating in our exciting offers.
The only resolution that we can provide [redacted], is if she wants to pursue her airfare promotion, we will be glad to resend her a Travel Request form in which she will need to complete and resend a correct deposit.  All while following the terms and conditions of the promotion.  She can call us at ###-###-####, I have marked her account to allow for this.

Sincerely,

Dear [redacted],
We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint by [redacted]. We appreciate your assistance in bringing our customer’s concern to our attention.
[redacted] requested her refund of $100.00 on 03/28/2014. Her refund check of $100.00 (check[redacted]) was sent out on 03/31/2014.  Once a refund of a clients deposit has been requested clients cannot be traveled. The deposit is to hold a spot for the client to travel. Our offers are one time offers and once they request the deposit back, their reserved spot cannot be reissued.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused [redacted]. If we may be of further assistance to her regarding this matter, she may contact us by calling the Customer Service Department at [redacted]. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

They promise "free " airline tickets and/or other travel services for a deposit of $100. They then ask you to submit 3 preferred travel dates at 30 days apart and to different locations. When they tell you your travel dates are confirmed they send you a "quoted" price. I requested a flight to Atlanta , GA from SLC, UT for 11/21 to 11/24/14 and sent them a $100 deposit. I also requested 2 alternate dates in September and October. They refused the Sept. and Oct. dates as "unavailable" and then sent me a "quote" for the Atlanta trip. The cost they quoted me was "$744" and that is after the $100 deposit is applied to the cost, so in reality the trip would cost me $844. I can book the same flight at the same time for $100 under that price. They told me I would only have to pay taxes and fees and if The flight I found was the one they choose it would cost $165 in fees for two people, so in reality it should've only cost me $65.
They would not explain the difference in price only that "we use a different vendor than you " and "we can refund your money". We decided to request our money back and was told it would take "8 weeks to process"; which is also bogus. I asked why it would take so long and they stated "we have so much mail to process".
THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM BUSINESS!!!! THEY TRY AND LOOK LEGIT BUT THEY ARE NOT!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!
