I am rejecting this response because: it is the same message that I have been given over and over again for the past several months followed by no communication until I reach out. It is obvious there are issues, but I have yet to receive a phone call or meeting request to actually review the job progress, the issue(s) at hand, and their plan to address completing my project. They continue to avoid the subject and any interaction with me. To me, this indicates that there is no intention to resolve this issue any time soon

The contractor's response is the same I've been hearing since early March when we demanded our refundThe contractor continues to give vague promises about refunding our deposit "as soon as possible"This complaint will remain in place until the contractor actually returns our deposit
