The [redacted] lights in the stairs are low voltage and are powered by a low voltage transformer plugged into an exterior outlet, they are not hard wired, so there is no tie in to their electrical panel.  However, we are happy to come out and set a walk through with the electrician and...

I am rejecting this response because: The repair was supposed to have been done months ago. This will go on indefinitely if the business does not commit to fixing the electrical (with a certified electrician) and paver issues with a scheduled date.

We have agreed to take no further action against Deckorators Design and Build LLC, with reference to the contract we signed with them 10 months ago.Thank you for your assistance in helping to resolve this matter.

Jon P[redacted] has spoken to [redacted] on January 7th and we offered to start her project this week.  [redacted] has asked us to postpone the start of her project for a few weeks until the weather improves. We have agreed to push her back to a later installation date.
