Have a terrible rat infestation [redacted] came over, checked over every inch of the area to locate points of entryDiscussed the plan to murder these bums so I can move on with my life [redacted] gave great explanations to the entire process and further teaching on how to clear these bs He was very professional and answered every question about how to keep em out also Boom5/stars!

My experience with INSIGHT pest control is exceptional The technician was on time which is very important to me I couldn't be more pleased with my technician [redacted] ***He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the program and thorough in the application of the product

[redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable about the seasonal behavior of the insects we are dealing with right now (boxelders and wasps)He also made sure to ask if we have any pest concerns beyond the seasonal maintenance that we would like addressed during his service visit

[redacted] went above and beyond this week I asked what I could do this winter about stink bugs He said not to worry about it and treated the outside of the house and the mulch I always appreciate having my house free of spider webs too! Thank you!

Overall service was excellent from start to finish The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous

[redacted] the young man who came to ask if we were would like to have our home done, was a wonderful young man, very respectful and took time to explain everything that would be done [redacted] the technician who came back later that same day was just as wonderful, took his time explained to us what he was doing and even cleaned the spider webs off our front porch, which I had been asking my husband to do! I would highly recommend, Insight Pest Solutions a great team!!!!!!!!

From the minute that a sales person knocked on my door to my first appointment with [redacted] , my experience with Insight has been over and above customer service These guys have it down! I don't buy from my front porch but something happened, I was impressed with the person on my door step Then [redacted] showed up for my appointment and this was one awesome guy He thoroughly explained what he would be doing and how long it would take He handed me an iPad to watch a very short but extremely well produced video that was recorded by the CEO This CEO was so well spoken that I actually watched and listened to the video which just reiterated who they were and what their process was, but it was compelling [redacted] walked through my house and very quickly figured out my own personality and mirrored it very well in that he joked right back at me when I joked with him This technician was so outgoing and pleasant that I would hire him myself as a sales person Great experience!

I am impressed with this business The techs knew what they were doing and answered all my questions thoroughly Israel is the young man I spoke with and he was extremely nice and personable They have a quick and efficient method and I have confidence in their system I definitely recommend this company

After a rough start in the neighborhood due to a sales rep who I must say did a poor job and a lot of lying from door to door (his name was ***) Insight did my condo and did a great job On the second visit I scheduled the appointment so I would be home and the service agent who did the job was a wonderful, very polite man (who represents the company so much better than [redacted] did I'm happy and pleased with the service and will continue to use Insight Pest Solutions If it hadn't been for ***, I'm sure other condo owners would have stayed with Insight and let their condo be treated Hopefully I can turn around some of the distaste he left in the condo area I'm impressed and very impressed with the lovely man who did the treatment the last time Plan on giving him an online "tip" at Insight so that they know how great a representative they have for the company Real shame they entrusted the sales the the guy they did I'm sure they no longer employ him after all the complaints from my neighbors Keep up the great job Insight!!

Insight Pest Solutions is such a blessing to my family We used to have spiders and water bugs inside our home because our house is up against wet lands Since using Insight we no longer have that problemIt is very rare to see any bugs in our home now If we do all we have to do is call them and they come to re-spray for FREE We just have them come out at the beginning of each season and pay then The in between treatments (which we rarely have) are FREE [redacted] is usually my technician and he goes that extra mile making sure we are happy He even educates us on different types of bugs and what to watch out for They even provide a FREE termite inspection once per year They are wonderful I highly recommend them!
