I have used Insight Pest Solutions for about two years nowThe technicians are prompt, courteous, and willing to do whatever it takes to solve any pest issue I haveThey automatically schedule their visits every three monthsIf, within the three months, an issue arises (in my case, the occasional sugar ant trail through the kitchen), the technician will come out as often as needed to fix the problemEach time, for me, it was only an extra treatment, and the ants were goneMy kids had fun counting all of the ants that magically appeared in the strangest places after the technician baited the areasBy morning...no more ants [redacted] has been my technician for at least the last monthsHe has gone above and beyond to patiently explain what he is doing inside the house (which will only be done if you ask; otherwise, Insight only treats the exteriorThis is not an issue...just ask, but you need to be home to let them in) I am completely satisfied with Insight Pest Solutions and would highly recommend the companyI must say that I was very leary at first, because it was a cold call knocking at my doorI took the information and their pricing, checked them out on line, and called to set up my initial spraying I do have to mention that my backyard has a large ant population, and I have tried different solutions to remedy the issueNothing has worked, but [redacted] explained that though they extinguish the living population, new ants do return...it's what they doThese treatments from Insight stop those ants from penetrating the house barrierThey do not get inRemember, nothing is 100%I do get some stragglers that make it, but if it is an uncomfortable amount, call them, and they will return to spray again I know their product worksI called on another occasion due to dozens of ants wandering around my porchIt was interesting to note, that though they were on my porch, none made it close to the foundation of the houseAt the same time, I was having a bee issue which was causing mass hysteria with my small children trying to get into the houseOnce Mike arrived the next day, both issues were neutralized I've taken up too much of your time already, so the decision is yours

We were home when he arrived - he gave a very good explanation re: spiders and we told we were happy to be seeing fewer spiders He explained that with all the other bugs being killed spiders had less food [redacted] was our Insight Representative - he was very polite and informative

I have had good experiences with the technicians and the services they perform really seem to work We used to see a lot of spiders and I have not seen any for quite a while They are always polite, friendly and helpful I like that they only spray outside after the initial visit I think the cost is reasonable***
