I have been an Insight customer for about a year now I have been extremely happy with the service The technicians have always arrived on the date scheduled and have been very helpful with my questions and concerns Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend to others

I ordinarily do not like the idea of spraying pesticides in my home, but my son had a bad infestation of carpenter ants in his room and was at his wits endMy wife and I had been discussing what to do about it, and one of Insight's sales reps, ***, happened to be signing up customers in our neighborhoodShe explained that, due to the many ice dams that had formed on houses this winter, many ants were invading homes through the attic due to the wet woodWe did in fact have ice dams, so it seemed like a sensible explanationWe were planning to be away the following week, so it also seemed like a good time to do the sprayingOur technician, [redacted] was friendly and more than happy to answer questionsHe took his time doing his work and seemed to be very conscienciousHe also took care of a wasp nestIt is too early to say how successful the treatment has been, but Insight assured us that they would return up to two times in the event that the ants were not fully eliminated

Insight pest control came to our house this spring when ants particularly become active Within one month the ants were gone and have not been seen since in that area [redacted] , the tech that came to our house most of the time, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions Insight sent out a tech when we had a problem and promptly remedied the situation We have not seen bees or wasps in the eave area at all We are very pleased with the results If we were not, the review would read differently for sure Thank you Insight for the safe ingredients you use [redacted] ***

This is the second treatment since I started with Insight I was impressed when they first treated the house, but was more impressed on the second visit They granted my request to do another round of interior spot treatment because I said I still found a couple of insects after the first treatment This time, the technician meticulously sprayed on literally all corners of the house interior including the basement And he did this while answering any questions I have as he went throughout the house
