We found the sales and service technicians to be polite and professional The service technician showed up on time , introduced himself and explained the pest treatment process he was about to use on our home He carefully toured our home both inside and outside and informed us of the time expected to provide this service He was thorough and answered questions I had on spiders and carpenter ants while performing the treatment He was a nice young man who took his job seriously Before leaving, he explained what he did and when to expect the next service visit He gave us his business card and said if we had any questions or trouble with insects to give him a call I call that CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dishonest statement made by sales person - we were told mosquito reduction was inclulded in the annual service but it turned out it was not includedMosquito is one of the most important reason we bought the serviceWe can't cancel the service either because of the $penalty

We have been extremely satisfied with Insight since AugOur new home was in a new housing development where the home sights were constantly being excavated and the results were "spiders" constantly seeking shelter Since our first treatment, I can count on one hand the number of spiders we have had "in" our home The huge black ones still seek our garage, but when we find them, they are curled up in a ball...dead We are treated around the entire exterior and always make an appointment when we are home so that they can spray around the "interior" base of our garage and put out the glue traps inside by both sides by t.he garage door and both sides of the door into our homeThe technicians have always been very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and courteous Our new technician today, *** *** was again a great representative for Insight He came to the door to introduce himself, did a very thorough treatment, then came back to discuss what he had done and asked if he could be of additional assistance I hope to see him next time!!

I have been a customer of Insight Pest Control for approximately a year and a half I am pleased with the service The past few visits, my technician has been *** He is an excellent technician and has gone above and beyond the call of duty I recentlyfound a few hornets in my home, which obviously, concerned me I called Insight Pest Control on Wednesday 4/6/ My appointment was scheduled for Thursday 4/7/ They arrived within the time frame I was slotted for *** came out, inspected my home and my attic (which he did not have to do) Eased my concerns and answered every question that was asked He was very knowledgable regarding the insects as well as the plan I have with them I would definitely recommend them to others and hope to continue to have Keith as the technician He is always extremely polite Thank you!
