This was our second service appointment with Insight. Our technician, [redacted], was polite, professional and responsive to our needs. Specifically, [redacted] treated an area of the house that we identified as having an issue. Thus far, our experience with Insight has been unequivocally positive. The company is efficient and responsive to customer requests. We will continue to avail ourselves of Insight's services.

I have been very pleased with this company so far. An extremely friendly and professional young woman, [redacted], came to our door the other day and told us about this product. We were immediately interested as we live near a wooded area, but also needed a safe product for our animals and children. Today, [redacted] came to our door to complete our first application. He was again, very friendly, and was courteous to the needs of our family. He explained the work he had done when he was done. All of our questions were answered before we could even ask! A wonderful company!

I was not home when [redacted] tech of Insight Pest Solutions, took care of the outside of our home on [redacted] this week. We have been pleased with the work he has done here, as we have no ants, spiders, bugs of any kind since he has come. We are very happy with his arrival when he comes on the appointed day, does his work neatly and leaves his info on the door when he leaves.

Great service and professionalism for a very reasonable price!

The first thing that I noticed is that service providers put covers on their shoes, which is very appreciated and very thoughtful of them. They were very gentle and nice. Everything that they moved, they put bag right after they finish spraying. I very glad that we sign a contract with this company, at this point, hopefully the spray gonna work too.

We have been using Insight Pest Solutions for over a year and have been extremely pleased. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians have been courteous and very helpful. Our technician [redacted] really takes the time to understand our needs and issues as well as educates us. We would highly recommend Insight Pest Solutions.

The Insight representative ([redacted]) was courteous, thorough and very professional. Insight has done an excellent job keeping any pests out of our house.

This was the first of the quarterly pest and insect treatments I signed up to receive. I was given a 9:00 AM appointment by the salesperson. At 10:00, when the technician had not arrived, I called the office and was told there was a two-hour window for arrival. I was not told this by the salesperson. I received a call from the office at 10:30, indicating that the technician has encountered some technical difficulties and would arrive in about 25 minutes. The technician arrived five minutes later and apologized for being so late.

The technician was very professional, thorough and efficient. He explained all that he would be doing and answered all of the questions that I had. He went about his work quietly and asked several questions to get a better sense of pest/insect issues we might have.

Since this was my first time,so I don't have a point of comparison. The timeliness was irritating but the technician and service seemed very good.

We forgot our appointment due to our usual travel schedule for the month. The applicators were super nice and professional. They did a great job serviced the home and was sharing with us with how to prevent from future insects very professionally. My applicator and her teammate were fantastic!
