My technician arrived about minutes ahead of scheduleHe did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and what I could look forward to in the upcoming monthsHe was courteous and efficientHe even worked around my dog who was busy exploring what was going onI wanted to let others know that he went above my expectations and completed his services quicker than I expectedHe even removed a hornets nest at the peak of our roof that I thought he would not be able to reach without any further costs.I would highly recommend giving this company a try!

Moved in this house in Oct, Found in about a week that thousands and thousands of Ants was a one big serious problemthere were bold lines of them everywhere in the houseTried many off-the-shelf solutions, nothing workedAlmost made my wife cryTill one day I saw an insight truck, called them right away, the most courteous tech was here next day, did a serious inspection of the house, answered all my questions, even questions pertaining to wildlife, could have easily said doesnt come under pest control but he did not, he answeredCause of suffering from ants problem for more than 4-months, I could not believe all he saidBut surprisingly, whatever he did in that hour took only days to bring the number of ants to almost half, again a tech visited in weeks and after that treatment, we could see ants only once in a whileToday a really nice tech Mr [redacted] visited us again and am sure the 5-ants we notice in a day aren't gonna b here anymoreTheir solutions really work and they answer your questions very nicely, are very courteous and take care of the problemIn about days, I have from tens of thousands of ants to none in our house

We went with Insight Pest Solutions because of a positive review from a friendWe love that they are kid and pet friendlyOur Insight Representative, [redacted] , was very informative, friendly and able to answer all of our questionsWe have had a positive experience so far and will stay with Insight as long as the treatments work as well as we've heard form other customers

Appointment scheduled for noon was on time A little early which was great! The technician [redacted] was friendly, professional,and treated interior and exteriorI pointed out problem areas and they we're taken care of

The technician showed up on time and provided me with a quick video on his tablet explaining the services Insight is providing for me, and asked if I had any questions He was very professional and took the time to ensure I understood all of the services he was providing and if I had any problem areas that needed extra attention He did an excellent job in treating my house

We signed a contract with this company for pest control servicesThe initial treatment resolved the wasp's for approximately weekWe requested a second treatment, with the same resultWe decided the service was not effective and we also are in the process of moving to a condominium, where the grounds are managed privately for all pest control issuesWhen we contacted Insight Pest Solutions to request the money back guarantee, and inform them of our moving, they said if we cancel we would have to pay the $discount for cancelling, they also stated they would not honor the guarantee because there were not repeat visits after initial visit before the next quarterly visit and the money back quarantee only refunds the previous payment and does't end the serviceThey truly misrepresented this service agreement using misleading advertising.What a poor experience, absolutetly disgusted with this organizationBuyer beware
