The tech was very friendly and knowledgable about the product and how to adapt the applications to our concerns within our home When an area looked like it was missed, she very happily took care of it She knew the product well, and was professional and enthusiastic We felt confident that our expectations would be met; we would recommend her as well as the company

There seems to be some turnover with technicians so we did not have the same technician for each treatment All the technicians were polite and seemed knowledgeableOur most recent technician- ***- took the time to listen to us and asked questions to narrow down where we were seeing the most problemHe then treated specifically for the pest we were having the most trouble withPrior treatments required a second treatment- this time the problem appears to have been taken care of with the quarterly treatment

Technicians were ontime and helpful and curteous They were willing to do explain the service and go over costs again

We have been with insight pest control for about a year now, paid for their service, and now we are leaving We have paid for pest control service and the pest still keep coming, still had pest issuesContacted Insight over the phone and spoke with the technicians that came to the house, nothing changed and now they wanted me to pay more money for them to come out and solve the problemWhy continue to pay for services promised by Insight Pest Control if they can't control pestWe cancelled our service as of today, they want us to pay $to them, it will not happenDon't waste your time or money with their service

We signed up for a quarterly service plan with Insight about months agoToday, I found a snake (still alive) in one of the traps that were placed in our garageI called Insight (as I was too afraid to approach the snake myself!) and they had a VERY helpful, professional and knowledgable technician to our home in about an hour from when I calledI was EXTREMELY grateful!
