We are happy with our service We had a problem with ants throughout our house and have had a significant decrease since beginning their service Every time they come out the address any issues we have both inside and outside the home The technicians are always friendly and respectful

I entered an agreement with insight pest solutions in august of with sales rep door to door.we agreed upon service which I recieved first service for $do to a referral, 2nd treatment was to be for $then the next were to be $...services are a quarterly service which the contract that was signed did not state as such and when the sales person was at my home went to change the contract to state such agreement he stated his ipad went down That's #1!!! Red flag ..first service that was performed was done inside and outside my homeThe tech only used a spray can to treat under my sinks..nothing else was treated in the home on that dayAnd putside trement was done only I didnt see him do anything except remove webbingThe second service I only received a tag on my door stating they performed the service which was outside my home..again never saw anyone here treating anything...prior to the 3rd service I received a call stating they would be out to teat my home which I confirmed I would be there for them to treat yet no one ever came to my door nor did I ever see any technician on my property as I was in fact home all dayDuring this time I had calls from insight pest solutions stating I owed for for 1st visit which I didn't as I paid with a check when sales rep was here and check was clearedWhen I got a second call they said I owed plus for 1st service which was again incorrectI asked for management team which then the amount's were finally corrected as they saw in the notations of the sales repHowever a new contract was not provided to me..then on the 3rd call I got you owe something...which was again not right and now price was higher than agreementThen I informed rep that I wanted to discontinue services as they are not providing full service and charging wrong amounts!!!! She stated I had to carry out the full contract which was for the full yearEven though the rep when he was here stated I could cancel the contract after days...which it has been....now I am held to a contract they have not even been up to par holding up their end..I then asked for my home on the inside to be treated as they didn't perform that service on the 2nd or 3rd servicesince I have to pay for the rest of the contract to which I'm being held to yet they haven't held up their end of it!! I am very angry and very unsatisfied customerI was ripped off !! Never was I provided a corrected contract to sign!!!!! My advise would be not to go with insight pest solutionsrun they are a rip off
