With much trepidation, we decided to enroll with Insight for year *** introduced us to the plan with a very thorough explanation and *** *** our technician was equally thorough and prompt as well He arrived on the scheduled time and did a fine job We would recommend the service so far

Door to door sales, OK , nothing wrong with thatSales rep told us he had signed up several neighbors (by name) and therefore could offer a discount rate since they would be in the areaMakes senseWe signed up for one year of "comprehensive spraying and control of the perimeter of the house." In particular we were concerned about carpenter bees that have been an issue for some time
The first visit my wife was here forShe pointed out the carpenter bee issue and the service person did not seem to be concerned nor particularly aggressive in his techniqueWas more interested in spraying the perimeter of the house
The next visit lasted about minutes as the service man ran around the house "dusting" the house"No need to do more"
The next time the service tech showed up in the rainWe told him to come back laterNever did, but we were billed for it
The final visit the man showed up about 9:at night, Told him to come back in the day when he could see what he was doing never didAgain, we were billed for the call
Refused to pay for the last visits since nothing was doneCorrespondence sent to local office and corporate explaining situation with no responseBut the dunning letters just kept on comingExplanation to collections had no impact, just a referral to the contract we had signed to make paymentsThe fact that they did not perform the service was not a concern to them
In a conversation this spring I asked my neighbor (one of the ones who according to the sales rep had "signed up" how they felt about them? He new nothing of them, never heard of them and had used a competitor for yearsSo the sales rep lied about "other local customers" and never told us that we were signing up for one year of visits
OK, So I just paid the billThey have worn me down and I have other things to do then to continue to argue with a company that does not care about the service they DO NOT provide
Stay away from this company, unless you like sending money off for work that is not doneThey are a real rip off

*** did an excellent jobHe was punctual and thoroughHe surveyed the problem areas and offered some suggestions to eliminate the problem I was having and prevent future problems He treated the problem areas and told me he'd come back if the issue continuedSo far, it looks like the one application was successful

Great company to work with, friendly and professional every time we've called and worked with their techsThey've helped us with every problem we've had while also giving us tips as wellWe've called outside of our routine service visits but everything has been covered in our contract, which is greatI would gladly recommend Insight without hesitation

I contracted with Insight Pest Solutions last week to provide pest removal service for my houseThe tech *** arrived early today and asked if it was okay for him to provide service earlyHe was extremely courteous and asked for an overview of my pest problemsHe then explained what he was going to do and had me lock up the pets*** wore shoe covers the entire time he was in the house
When he finished he provided an explanation of how things went and provided contact information should I have the need to have them come back for a follow up visit
Time will tell how successful their service was in taking care of my pest p[problem but I must say I have a very good feeling about Insight Pest Solutions

During mu life of years, there have been very few companies I have been extremely unhappy with, this so called pest control company is the top of the short listWe have a cockroach problem and was assured that Insight would solve the problem for usWe removed everything from all the kitchen cupboards, the bathroom cupboards and expect resultsThe person from Insight took about seconds to put some miracle kill in one of the kitchen cupboards and got ready to leaveI asked "how about the bathrooms" His comment was we can do that also
He leftThe roach problem continued and I called themThey sent a young man out and he took at least minutes to do some spraying in the kitchen, nothing about the bathrooms
A year went by and I only saw someone spray, outside, onceWe had already signed a year contactLast month, after the contract had expired, I got a bill for $I called and told the lady that he contract had expired and we did not and had no intentions of renewingNow I am being hounded for the paymentI will pay the $but had better not hear from this company again or I will be visiting the Virginia Better Business Office in Richmond!!!

I chose Insight pest control as I was unhappy with the way the national company I had previously been using was scheduling their service calls down to the minute and spending only five or six minutes at my house Insight spent a lot more time, seemed to take a lot more care, and the company attitude as a whole seems to be totally different Their website is very comprehensive and they have a really good attitude to customer care and service The technician who came listened to my concerns and requests and was very pleasant, and not in a rush I would recommend Insight as a pest control company that still has a small company feel and cares about its customers and reputation
