We have had [redacted] as a technician twice now, he is so nice and seems to do a very good job. I called them to come back to the house because I was seeing spiders in our basement, they came out the next day and he did more than I asked for. I asked just to have our basement sprayed but he went around the outside and got rid of all the spider webs near our windows and sprayed in all our bathrooms and entrances also. He is always in a great mood and seems to enjoy meeting customers.
