We had [redacted] as our tech. He was very friendly. He asked questions in order to serve us better. He explained what he was going to do. He checked in with us and made sure he answered any questions we had. He was very thorough. While spraying he found a problem and took care of it. Very happy with Insight. As long as they come out on their scheduled times, we have no problems.

My experience with INSIGHT pest control is exceptional. The technician was on time which is very important to me. I couldn't be more pleased with my technician [redacted]. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the program and thorough in the application of the product. .

Mr. [redacted] is by far the best technician that has serviced my home for your company. His outstanding customer service, presentation, attention to detail and ability to begin and finish his call was phenomenal. Please do what you can to keep this individual happy as it's very hard to come across good, hardworking people.

[redacted] from Insight Pest Solutions was on time. He listened attentively to our problem and confidently performed his duties. He was knowledgeable about his job and went about it diligently. First application went well three to go.

We signed a contract with this company for pest control services. The initial treatment resolved the wasp's for approximately 1 week. We requested a second treatment, with the same result. We decided the service was not effective and we also are in the process of moving to a condominium, where the grounds are managed privately for all pest control issues. When we contacted Insight Pest Solutions to request the money back guarantee, and inform them of our moving, they said if we cancel we would have to pay the $124 discount for cancelling, they also stated they would not honor the guarantee because there were not 2 repeat visits after initial visit before the next quarterly visit and the money back quarantee only refunds the previous payment and does't end the service. They truly misrepresented this service agreement using misleading false advertising.What a poor experience, absolutetly disgusted with this organization. Buyer beware.

We signed up for a quarterly service plan with Insight about 2 months ago. Today, I found a snake (still alive) in one of the traps that were placed in our garage. I called Insight (as I was too afraid to approach the snake myself!) and they had a VERY helpful, professional and knowledgable technician to our home in about an hour from when I called. I was EXTREMELY grateful!

Outstanding service so far! [redacted] our technician, was right on time and possessed a thorough knowledge of pest control. He addressed all of our concerns and questions concisely and provided us with a comprehensive description of everything he was doing in regards to the actual spray and its effectiveness. We have not had any problems with pests since treatment was administered. He did a fine job and we are happy with the results.

The Insight technician called that he was running ahead of schedule and wondered if he could come earlier than planned. It was perfect for us as we were planning to leave close to the original arrival time.

[redacted] was courteous and friendly and performed his duties inside and out very efficiently and was done in a reasonable amount of time. We appreciated that the service call included de-webbing second story windows that we could not reach.
