Very pleased with insight pest solutions. From the salesman [redacted] to the Tech [redacted] who came out to service our home. Both very professional, friendly and very thorough!

I have had good experiences with the technicians and the services they perform really seem to work. We used to see a lot of spiders and I have not seen any for quite a while. They are always polite, friendly and helpful. I like that they only spray outside after the initial visit. I think the cost is reasonable. [redacted]

[redacted] always does an excellent service. He is polite professional and very thorough! It is a pleasure dealing with such a fine man.

[redacted] showed up at my home surprisingly early on a a Saturday morning, (8AM), but he was courteous, professional and efficient in his work. He applied the service around the entire home and I was very satisfied with his efforts for this quarterly treatment.

Sales guy [redacted] came to our home Friday 6/3/16 to pitch the company and services. After briefly pitching his company from an iPad, he explained the services were one time $99.99 and done service. Stated he was going to be in the neighborhood again 6/4/16 for other neighbors so we opted to sign up for the 'one-time service" Once the technician got here...he pulled out his long handled brush and started dusting the house...literally dusting the outside of my home...perhaps this was a light cleaning before chemical treatment was applied??? Not in the least, it was merely a dusting LOL.. He was almost completed then stated he'd do this again upon his "multiple" visits??? What? I'd not even head of this...much to my dismay the contract that I'd signed...."DIDN'T KNOW I'D SIGNED ONE" stated a multi visit plan...4 visits...$99.99 each time...so what was one and done was just the start...Technician also explained the "sales guys" are somewhat "discrete" about how they sell their services.....I asked him to leave my property...Called the company straight away for a refund...They've stated they have not charged our card....we'll see....This company's sales tactics are a joke...

We have had Insight Pest Solutions for several years now. Our most recent visit was Aug 24, 2015 and [redacted] was our Licensed Applicator. As always, I found the service he provided to be friendly and courteous. [redacted] answered my questions and provided inside as well as outside service at our request. Thanks for the reliable service 4 times each year. It is good to have a house that is bug free inside and no nesting of bees around the windows and eaves. Keep up the good work!

I am very pleased with the thoroughness of insight pest control service. The price was reasonable and the staff including [redacted] and [redacted] were extremely professional. They did their best to educate me on what services were being performed and why. Our technician Denzel did a great job and left no stone unturned. I will definitely be recommending insight to everyone who builds in the neighborhood!

Had our first service call today with Insight. Our technician [redacted] was great. He went over everything that was going to be performed at our home, asked about any concerns and if we had any questions. He and his assistant did our home inside and out very quickly, yet thorough. I highly recommend them.

First time customer...representative was on-time as scheduled. Friendly, courteous and hit all of the areas the sales rep told us they would. Rating a 10 right now solely based on customer service and first impressions...will update review after the 1st few treatments to assess effectiveness

[redacted] is a fantastically professional and even mannered bug guy. He didn't act like he had somewhere else to be like many do. He made sure everything was where it needed to be for best results and gave some tips on being proactive in the basement with bugs.

We would be happy to have him back!

Service Technician [redacted] arrived on time, he was cordial and very accommodating. I discussed some areas of concern and he promptly treated the areas. I had a few questions and he was very knowledgeable in answering them.

I'm not one for a lot of words and not many are needed here. [redacted] was AWESOME! From the very first conversation letting me know that he was on his way to the parting words at the door. Very cordial and upbeat. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

[redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable about the seasonal behavior of the insects we are dealing with right now (boxelders and wasps). He also made sure to ask if we have any pest concerns beyond the normal seasonal maintenance that we would like addressed during his service visit.

Moved in this house in Oct, 15. Found in about a week that thousands and thousands of Ants was a one big serious problem. there were bold lines of them everywhere in the house. Tried many off-the-shelf solutions, nothing worked. Almost made my wife cry. Till one day I saw an insight truck, called them right away, the most courteous tech was here next day, did a serious inspection of the house, answered all my questions, even questions pertaining to wildlife, could have easily said doesnt come under pest control but he did not, he answered. Cause of suffering from ants problem for more than 4-5 months, I could not believe all he said. But surprisingly, whatever he did in that hour took only 10 days to bring the number of ants to almost half, again a tech visited in 2 weeks and after that treatment, we could see ants only once in a while. Today a really nice tech Mr. [redacted] visited us again and am sure the 5-6 ants we notice in a day aren't gonna b here anymore. Their solutions really work and they answer your questions very nicely, are very courteous and take care of the problem. In about 25 days, I have from tens of thousands of ants to none in our house.

We were home when he arrived - he gave a very good explanation re: spiders and we told we were happy to be seeing fewer spiders. He explained that with all the other bugs being killed spiders had less food. [redacted] was our Insight Representative - he was very polite and informative.
