time of sign up with Instant Checkmate.

I used this service to find out specific information about a person that I know has a criminal record. All I got was a recent address, a claim that there were no criminal records, and a suggestion to pay even more money to get more information. There was no real information on any of the people I looked up. In addition, I was charged after canceling my subscription. Not worth it. Does not seem like a legitimate service to me. I will be watching my statements from now on to make sure this does not happen again.
