monthly installments at the rate you selected.
You may cancel your membership, including any trial

speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. Any cancellation request
will cancel your upcoming bill.  Our
number one goal at Instant Checkmate is customer satisfaction. If you are ever
not satisfied with our services, feel free to call one of our excellent
customer support staff between the hours of 5am and 10pm PST (7 days a week),
or between 6am and 2pm PST on holidays, and we will work to resolve your issue.
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis with the ultimate goal of complete

I have received the $68.58 but have yet to receive the additional $22.86. I will wait, as they said it may take a few days yet. Just wondering why they couldn't resolve this when I first called in stead of having to go this route. Thank you very much, I will let you know as soon as I receive the last $22.86.

I signed up for the trial membership that is $1. I got the information I needed. I called not even one day later (within the trial period) to cancel, like it said to do. The agent canceled my account and I didn't think anything else of it, until 5 minutes ago when they charged my account for a full membership.
