Intelligent Design repaired my plumbing in my manufactured home. The estimator did an excellent job and was very helpful.
The two technicians were very clean, polite and professional. They repaired what was on the estimate. They we're helpful in suggesting what might be needed to resolve the other issues that were needed to fix the waterflow problems. I called the estimator back and he was very prompt in getting back with me on estimating these issues.

Needed a new water heater-old one 20 + yr. old. [redacted] from ID, who has serviced my HVAC unit for 2 years recommend I use his company's plumbing service. We scheduled an appointment with [redacted] The same type of tank type heater was not available any where in the country without a 4 to 6 week wait, so [redacted] suggested we go with a tankless heater. The original one they put n was defective from the factory & [redacted] made several after hour visits to our home to try to fix it. He upgraded us to the next size at no charge. And we're off to the races. I am very satisfied with [redacted] & ID & their professionalism.

The heating check went great. [redacted] was informative and did a great job getting my heater ready for winter. The check was thorough and was completed quickly and as scheduled. Thank you.

When we moved to Green Valley we requested an inspection of the home's plumbing, air conditioning and heating. We were impressed with their thoroughness and decided to sign up for their home owners plan. When arriving home after our vacation, we noticed that the water heater was dripping. We called for assistance. They came out immediately, did another thorough analysis, explaining each step, and finally told us that we needed a new water heater. It was installed the same day. This excellent service was performed without us having to mention that we had two guests visiting us. We feel more than confident referring this company to anyone in the Tucson and areas surrounding.

Had Intelligent replace a 15 yr old Trane system. Their sales person, [redacted] came to the house and spent a good deal of time optimizing what he felt would be the best system for us. We decided on Lennox and had the system installed a week later. [redacted] and [redacted] were the installers and were very careful and certainly seemed to be very conscientious about their work. Overall installation was first rate and system is functioning as described. Time will tell relative to the potential energy savings.

I have used Intelligent Design on several occasions and each time have been very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and expertise of the service personnel. The plumbing service was exceptional and the plumber took extra care to leave the work place clean, treated me with respect and made sure that I was pleased with the job before leaving.

The team at Intelligent Design explained everything there was needed to know. The design specialist that came out was very nice, professional and went over all the different options we had. We agreed on a time and date, and the installers showed up on time! They were clean, courteous, thorough, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with everything that Intelligent Design did!

He was prompt and courteous. He answered all my questions about my water heaters and their condition as he flushed them. He was careful and cleaned up after he finished.

He then proceeded to do the work we were looking for (clearing slow drains), completing it quickly and thoroughly and making sure I was satisfied at each step of the way. He found issues that could crop up for us later and gave very useful suggestions for how we could deal with them. His attitude was courteous and professional at all times, and we were completely satisfied.

The rep who came by to do our yearly plumbing review was great. He went over the house carefully and discussed any potential problem areas. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. We were referred to Intelligent Design by my parents, who had an awesome experience from start to finish with their A/C planning and install. My dad is very particular with whom he hires and did a comprehensive search to find the best company out there and found ID to be the one with the highest satisfaction and ratings. Our 17 year A/C was on the fritz and we wanted to make sure we got a handle on it before the heat wave hit. We were able to get an appointment immediately and were very pleased with the thorough and efficient service we received from planning to installing. We were able to get our A/C installed in less than 3 days and it is extremely cold and quiet! Our electric bills have been reduced and we now have a comfortable house now that the 100 degree temps have hit Tucson. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their HVAC or even if you need a tune-up, their techs cannot be beat in customer service!

The workmen were professional and polite, the work was completed in an extraordinary manner. and cleanup was thorough. Every question I had was addressed and answered to my satisfaction. I love this company. I'm 66yrs old and I take care of all the household issues since my husband has dementia. We recently had our water heater checked out and, just like before, the man who came was very professional and showed me what he was doing and why and explained everything. There was no pressure at all to buy anything. Everybody I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They really seem to have the customers best interest in mind. Installed a great Heat pump system after we lost ours on New Years Eve. The new unit was installed and ducts sealed within a couple of days. Great service!
