I have to say in a world we live in with ups and downs the trust factor is always #1 on my list. Having refinanced with Intelliloan and now stream lining with them I can honestly say Larry Honn was there every step of the way. Although across the country it actually made it better. 6pm in Boston is only 3pm in California that allowed my wife and I to settle down after work, eat and make phone calls and check emails. Larry picked up just about every time and if he didn't he got back to us withing an hour. We are empty nesters and utilized the equity in our house to make it our palace! We could not have done it with out Larry and Intelliloan. All the members of his team helped make the process fearless and comfortable. Kudos Larry!

Toby explained the process of my refi very well, was knowledgeable and made it all easy, explaining along the way. When he told me that after paying on time for 6 months, they would look at dropping 1 percentage point and it would not cost me a thing, I was very skeptical. After 6 months I was about to call, expecting to have to fight for that offer, but before I could, Toby called me!!! Unheard off!! I first refinanced with Intelliloan in 2017--under their 3 year rate guarantee, I was contacted in early March 2019 to pursue the refinance option again at a lower percentage rate! This process was so fast! My husband and I were able to provide a current mortgage statement and a current utility bill and that got the ball rolling. Daryl and his team (Rachel and Taryn) were helpful and informative, talked us through options, and communicated the process in a quick, yet effective manner.
