I have absolutely nothing but fantastic things to say about my experience with Intelliloan. The representative, Larry H, did a fantastic job from start to finish in the facilitation and the speed of the transaction and Jessie F for the quick turn around of the loan documents and the signing process. I first contacted Intelliloan after watching a t.v. ad for refinancing with no closing costs. After preliminaries I was introduced to Kelvin B and I can't believe how lucky was I to go through this process with him. From first contact to final closing was less than 3 weeks. I started refinance with intelliloan on 2/25 and it was completed by 3/16 beside small glitches( like not answering your call and returning your call next day) every thing was smooth and fast, my loan officer Kelvin B. was excellent, very nice and of course very busy, that is why I referred all my family to him for refinancing, Alexa my loan processor also was very nice and process was painless,the rate was excellent, best in the market .
