Intelliloan is by far the best company around. My wife and I were in a bad way a few years ago and started thinking about filing bankruptcy. However, one phone call to the awesome team at Intelliloan not only reversed that but allowed us to do a cash out refi, lowering our interest rate by a point and a half, but also allowed us to pay off most of our other debt, and this also boosted our credit.

Fast forward about a year and we once again reached out and did a no cash refi and were able to lower our interest rate by another two and a half percent AND knocked off almost $300 a month off our mortgage. We will be using them again and highly recommend these fine folks for all of your financing needs.

Intelliloan agents will say whatever it takes to close a deal even if they are lying. When presented with written evidence from one of their agents citing the lie, rather that standing by what was said, the new agent will continue lies just to get a refinance. Don't trust them.
