first time ever refinancing on our home. They made it easy and stress free from the very beginning. All my questions were answered and never felt things were over my head during the process. soon after we refinanced they called me to tell me the rates dropped and with their guarantee helped me to get that lower rate. which was extremely easy and of no cost to me. Couldn't be happier with our experience. definitely would recommend them!

It has been a pleasure working with Larry H in processing my loan refinance. I like his friendly attitude and never loss his cool. This is the third time that Larry helped me with my loan refinance. If there is another time I will certainly go with him again. I will gladly recommend him to some of my friends and clients who will need his services.. God bless you Larry always.

I found it easy and comfortable to work with them. They were happy to help me when ever I called with a question. I would gladly tell my friends about Intelliloan. Darrel and Karen was a pleasure to with . Thank you for taking care of my refinance.

Marshell and Meghan were a pleasure to work with and made or refi as simple as possible, giving us the opportunity to add an updated kitchen to our house. Both Marshell and Meghan kept us up to date and communicated frequently as to the status of our loan in the process and addressed any questions and/or concerns that we had.

This was my second time working with them and they were wonderful on both accounts they were patient and very helpful in accomplishing what we set out to do I would highly recommend using this company to anyone looking to refinance or buy their new home. Again great people to work with. TT

I was put in contact with them after filling out request for home equity loan on lending tree. the first person David ***, asked some question of me over text and then called me and asked some questions. I was under the inpression I would be working with him as I was giving him personal information. He then said he could not help me but would transfer me to and agent that is licensed in AZ. He transferd me to another lady and she asked for my contact info if we got disconnected which I gave her. She would not answer my questions I had about pre apporval insisted that we run my credit and my wifes to do so. I wanted to ask some simple quilifing questions but she said credit would answer those. So I reluctly gave her my info and my wifes. Afetr running report and now asking the questions I wanted to ask before running credit it became clear she was not going to be able to help me. We then got disconneted and I had no number to call her back at. I awated her call back as she had asked for my number in case but it never came. Couple hours later I decided to ask David to have my creit reopts sent to me. They refused sayng that I did not ay for teh report so they cant sent it to me. This was never told to me or my wife up from and I would have never allowed them to run credit if I was unable to have a copy. I feel taken advantage of as onec they got what they needed and couldnt sell me anything they just moved on. All I asked for is a copy of MY credit repot.

We regret that the consumer did not have a satisfactory customer service experience. It is our goal to provide great customer service. The consumer inquired about a mortgage loan and provided authorization to run credit. No fee was charged for running credit. Unfortunately, it appears that the phone line was disconnected during the mortgage inquiry call. The loan officer called the consumer back; however, when the loan officer’s call went to voicemail, she was unable to leave a message due to the voicemail being full. The loan officer emailed the consumer to call her back to continue their call but the consumer did not. Our Sales Manager also reached out to the consumer, provided his number for the consumer call him, but the consumer indicated in an email that he did not wish to speak with him.

We are unable provide the consumer with a copy of the credit reports in connection with the consumer’s mortgage inquiry at this time. We would like to direct the consumer to the website where he may obtain an annual free credit report from the consumer reporting companies. The website is AnnualCreditReport.com. We hope this information is beneficial and we believe this should resolve this matter.

In the process of applying for a investment property loan with inteliloan during the process of the application I was told that the loan had been approved and the rate was locked for 30 days, and I questioned several times if the loan was approved prior to me spending the moneys on an appraisal report and I was told again and again and it was approved and didn't have to worried about spending the money unless the home was appraised at lower amount. the home appraised at $210,000 more than enough money I was trying to borrow after several days I received a letter claiming that the loan number was withdrawn or has been cancelled. without an explanation as to why?... I think it's very unprofessional and I should have been told prior to me spending $ 510.00 when I call the loan officer they told me they would call back and let me know why it was denied I was never called back I had to call and ask why at that time the answer was ratio to income wasn't there I know is there I have income from my retirement I am fully employed and income from my rentals. and have over $20,000 in savings. this company made me waste $510.00 on the appraisal and I want this back because of their incompetence and unprofessional mistakes.

Mr. submitted an application and based on the information he initially provided the application moved to the next stage which included ordering an appraisal. Appraisal was ordered on 7/17/18 and received on 8/7/18. It was not until Mr. provided his tax returns on 8/10/18 that it was determined he did not qualify for the loan due to insufficient income. The appraisal was completed. We are not able to refund Mr. appraisal money as the appraisal invoice was paid to the appraiser. A letter was sent to Mr. notifying him of the cancellation.

Our experience from day 1 was horrible but the main reason I am submitting a negative review is because they attempted to not fund our loan after 3 day waiting period which here in Florida is illegal. They told us on many occasions that they did hundreds of loans in Florida yet they tried to not fund our loan. Their reason for not funding was because our first mortgage had not sent in the original Release of Mortgage. No bank will send an original Release until they have received payment. So we contacted our first mortgage and they contacted Intelliloan and explained to them that legally they have to fund the loan after 3 days or we can sue them and that no original Release will be sent until they wire funds to pay off the first mortgage. We also contacted the President of Intelliloan but he came up with some crazy excuse. We’ve reported them to Lending Tree also. They obviously do not understand common business practice or laws in other states so they should not be lending money in other states. They should be investigated. Thank you for your time.

I would like to file a complaint against Intelliloan. I was trying to get a refinance loan recently and it was denied, because my home deed revealed that I had a hidden loan. It was a modification loan and I explained that to the loan officer at Intellioan. I also provided the loan modification paperwork. He said everything looked good and proceeded to process my loan application. Intelliloan asked me for my appraisal fee of $450.00. The loan officer at Intelliloan could not get the loan approved and now I am having problems getting my appraisal fee refunded.

Intelliloan Response

On 10/2/2017, Metropolitan Home Mortgage, Inc. DBA Intelliloan had refunded the $450 appraisal deposit to the Consumer’s Visa card. We have a written confirmation of this refund. Consumer should allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund transaction to be settled and to show up on the card. We believe this matter is resolved, but should the Consumer need further assistance on this matter, Consumer may reach out to our Accounting department. Thank you.
