Loan Officer Kelvin B and Loan Processor Dalia G were great to work with during our refi. Both were very communicative throughout the process, were professional, and were able to close and fund our loan in only 3 weeks. This is especially impressive considering the excessive workload they are managing with best mortgage rates available in the industry.

I saw Intelliloan advertising on TV. Their advertised rate wasn't available (only for > $300k, and my refinance was smaller), but their next best rate was still significantly better than I saw on ***.
I've read some negative reviews about Intelliloan online and approached this carefully and with a bit of suspicion, and would recommend everyone else do the same, and not to commit any money or personal information until you have a clear statement of the terms available. I had a simple refinance and good credit, and the process went smoothly in about 3 weeks. I'm now saving $300/month.
I worked with Kelvin B and was very pleased with him. He was straightforward and responded promptly to my questions and made the process pretty easy. He delivered what he promised. Overall, it took about 2 hours on the phone, 2 hours gathering documents, and an hour with a notary who brought closing papers to my home to sign.

I saw the commercial for Intelliloan and called the number because the rates were comparatively low. I ended up speaking with Kevin S And he ran some loan scenarios for me. One of the scenarios worked out for me so we lock the rate that day and I was already giving them my documents through their secure online portal before we even hung up the phone. We really only had to communicate a few times and the rest was the typical waiting game for the banks and underwriters and all that good stuff. even better news, Kevin called me a couple weeks into the process and told me they were able to lock an even lower rate for me. they set up a notary for me and my wife, signed docs, and the loan funded without issues.

Jasmine was easy to work with, and professional. I will recommend Intelliloan to others in the future.

Kelvin Bragg, Jr, - What can I not say about Kelvin!?! I can't begin to tell you how it was a great pleasure to work with a Loan Specialist who was professional and respectful throughout the process. I tend to asked tons of questions that may be burdensome to some people, but Kelvin was very patient and attentive to my needs and concerns. He made an effort to ensure I was well informed and gifted me with a wealth of knowledge that allowed me to be versed in refinancing home loans.
