We had an exceptional experience, with Metropolitan Home Mortgage dba Intelliloan. We (my wife and I) needed to refinance an FHA loan which had run its course and no longer needed the mortgage insurance premium. The team did a great job of moving our paperwork through the process and answering questions along the way. Kelvin B spearheaded the effort and we were able to secure the no cost loan at the advertised interest rate. The electronic signatures portal allowed us all the time we needed to actually read through the documents and the whole process was done in just over 2 weeks, start to finish.
