Hello I purchased my membership subscription on April , 2020.Since I got the product all I got was tons of recruitment zoom! I cancel my subscription on April , 2020 within my 7 days to cancel the product and till this days I have not got my refund of $321.00 dollars. I want my money back!

I purchased a package worth $235 a few days ago. I don't need the service anymore because I don't find it useful. At first, I tried to make a payment with my card but my bank did not allow me to, so I paid with Bitcoin. When I went to their refund policy it clearly states that Bitcoin payments are final, however, they don't mention that when you make the payment. I have emailed them and waited nearly 3 hours to chat with a representative and they said nothing could be done. I want a refund. I don't necessarily need the money back in Bitcoin, neither do I need a full refund. I'm willing to get at least $200. Given the current situation I can't afford to lose that money and they just don't seem to care.

I payed $234.95 for a subscription and cancelled it on the fourth day, sent multiple emails and I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my refund and still haven’t got it.

I signed up with someone I knew from school for this program received my money set up accounts. I advised this person I no longer want to be apart of the company on May *, 2020 I have text messages and emails if that needs to be sent in. I advised him I will go ahead and terminate my account he let me know to put in support ticket for refund which I did and I also emailed them at *** which led me to another site to file a ticket at ***. I received a response today saying they do not have my account which they wouldnt because it's been canceled. I would like for my full refund to be credited back.

On May *, 2020, I purchased the Elite Package subscription for $324.94. After purchasing I browsed through the website to explore its qualities and ended up not being satisfied with the services. The next day, May *, 2020, I contacted the customer service email and received an automatic response saying a ticket was required in order for a response to be received on my end. I have been trying to create the ticket but it isn't working. Overall, I would like to be refunded the full amount of my purchase of the elite package which is $324.94.

DO NOT “invest” Definitely a pyramid scheme. Stole over $400 from me. So sad and now when times are so hard due to the pandemic. They do not respond to customer service emails. They just send the same email over and over and it says to check their “frequently asked questions” page for answers. I hope an actual person responsible for them sees this and does whats right.

I purchased a digital product from IM Live and attempted many times to get a refund within the allotted time. I wasn't satisfied with the product and I've tried everything to get a refund. I emailed them but their email according to Gmail is not "active", I tried calling and no one picks up the phone, I tried their support and that hasn't lead to anything either. I followed steps on their account to deactivate the product before the 7 days are up and the money still has not been refunded. I now reached out to their Instagram account and nothing came of it. I still have not received my refund when I followed every step according to the company to do so. This was my last resort.

On March, , 2020, I purchased the Platinum package for $234.95. Plus, each month going forward, I would be charged $174.95. On April , 2020, the same day the monthly fee was automatically deducted from my account, I emailed the company to cancel my subscription because I was dissatisfied with the service, and I requested a refund for the monthly amount, which is $174.95. I did not get a response, so I emailed again on April *** and April ***. Still receiving no response, I emailed and sent a letter via certified mail on April , 2020. I not only reiterated that I wanted to cancel my subscription and receive a refund of my monthly fee, but I also revoked the authorization to automatically debit my account for the monthly fee. I also went to my account with this company online and clicked cancel under my membership. To this day, I have not received a response regarding this request. Yet, this company has continued to email me about live sessions with their "traders." Not only that, but this morning, I discovered that they not only charged me the monthly subscription fee of $174.95, but I was also charged an "international transaction fee" of 5.95. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with the company.

I just got in to iml and after two days I realized it's not really interesting anymore and im trying to get a refund. I sent an email to iml support and just got an auto email about filing a ticket I did that and suppose to talk to support in lie chat. I did that 3 times! and each time the queue would say im number 5 then they will cut me out. Im like whats going on and then ill do it again making another ticket and then ill be number 46 or something higher. making it harder and harder to talk to anyone or reach anyone. I just want a full refund and yet I can even talk to anyone about anything please help

I signed up to "invest" in iMarkets live under the impression the longer I leave my money in the business the better the chance my finances will grow, but that I could withdraw my investment at any time. They make it impossible to get your money back and Im out over $400.00. That is a lot of money to a now homeless(due to cov19) college student. I need to be refunded ASAP. I've been pursuant in being paid my commissions totaling to $955 from the weekly periods, as a Platinum 600 and Platinum 1000, 9//2019-9//2019 ($150), 9//2019-9//2019 ($250), 10/*/2019-10/*/2019 ($310), 10/*/2019-10//2019 ($245). I haven't been paid a single one of these checks and am just looking to be compensated for my work during that time period.

I decided to join IM Academy since some of my friends were in it, but then I found out it was a whole pyramid scheme/scam and I do not support it at all. I filed for a refund before a week past which is in the time that was acceptable. I wrote back to them asking for a refund and even after a few days, they never got back to me. They would also reject cards and would force to pay in other choices such as coin payments. The mentors above me then asked to do it through their verified cash app.

I purchased the platinum package with I-markets live and ended up needing to cancel my account. I made sure that I cancelled my subscription before the first 7 dayside usage so that I could at least receive my full refund. However, when I cancelled it, I was never notified about being refunded, so I tried reaching out to the I markets live support e-mail about 3 times and never got a response. It is now almost 2 weeks later and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone so that I can get my refund. I followed their policy by cancelling before the first 7 days was up, so I would just like to get my money back as soon as possible. Thank you!

I started my subscription on April *** and I just canceled today (April ***) I wasn’t satisfied with the service and I just wanted my money back . They gave a 7 day refund policy but I have no way of contacting them. I called and got no answer and I emailed them and they told me I have to submit a ticket in back office but my account is closed so I can’t do that. Please help!
