I would like to get a refund for my subscription...I payed for the platinum pack subscription ($234.95) Saturday April , 2020, they are not responding to emails in a good manner and I would like to cancel my account and revive my refund before the 7 day period

I was signed up for the platinum membership subscription but after a couple of hours I decided that it wasn’t for me so I tried to cancel my subscription and email iml but they failed to email me back about my refund and I cancelled before the 7 days were up.

Two days ago I bought a platinum member ship from IML for $234.95 and I found that the program wasn't what It was presented as so I cancelled my subscription and emailed IML and the subscription has been cancelled but I haven't gotten a refund yet or an email back from IML and looking at the reviews I figured I wasn't going to so Im seeking help from the Revdex.com.

I already emailed them about my refund because I deleted my account within the 7 days I joined and they said it would take 10-15 business days for my $234.95 to be back in my account and i’ve waited longer than that with no money refunded back into my account still. I emailed them again about it but they never replied.

They stated that the refund was processed on 4//20 which is false. This is the third time they told me my refund has been processed and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve been waiting a little over a month for my money.

This business is not what I was interested in as someone got me to join for their own personal gain. I requested a refund the very next day and they responded after about 3 emails over a week. They told me they’d give me refund within 10-15 days it’s been over 15 days and I’ve sent multiple emails and they’ve yet to respond.
I’m going to have to take further action if not refunded it says on the site full within if issued within 7 days of purchase.

Hello My name is *** My problem here is I am new to forex. I have no job. Can’t even get one right now because Covid19. I knew there was a monthly fee but I was told it gets waived after I hit P150, now I’m getting told I have to pay the monthly if I want to get the benefits of P150. I have been loosing money in trades back to back. I don’t have money to pay the monthly. So I was false advertised and I’m really mad about this.

The only program that we have which covers the free monthly fee is the 2 and it's free and this is only applicable for customer only members without an IBO. In order to benefit from P150, you need to maintain the payment for IBO.

I originally signed up for an account on March , 2020. After my account was activated I saw in the account that I had a platinum package for my monthly plan but for the initial plan I had HFFX. I contacted the company via email approximately 3 times about this matter and have yet to receive a response. However today when I logged onto my account is stated that platinum account was inactive and I was still listed as an HFFX user. I didn’t want the account to be changed to inactive.

I have requested a refund of my IM Academy platinum account that I have only had for one day. I have emailed multiple times with no response or help provided. The imarketslive website provides a refund policy that garuntees a refund within 7 days, as well as customer satisfaction, which I have received none of.

I purchased the Platinum package and I wasn’t satisfied with what I purchased. I’ve emailed this company multiple times in the past 2 days since I purchased the product and have not received any kind of response. They clearly stated we would be able to receive a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. This will become a legal matter if not solved.

I signed up for the Elite package on 03//2020. I was unsatisfied with their services and have sent them multiple emails requesting a refund. I have not received a response and based on the reviews I’ve read, I more than likely will not get one.

I purchased the Imarket live account on 3//20 and I realized that’s not what I wanted to do after a day so I cancelled my account and emailed them I haven’t received a email from them and I also emailed them 6 times no response I think it is crazy and rosy is now 3//20.

I paid the IML membership on 02//2020 but then I email then on 02//2020 to requested a refund since I was in the 7 day guarantee. On 02//2020 they canceled my account and I was told it would take 10-15 business days to process my refund.

So once the 15 business day was reached I contacted IML but no one replied me. It’s 03//2020 and I have yet to receive my refund.

I’m reporting this issue as a complaint being that I email them 4 times and no one has responded to me in one month now and I still don’t have my refund. I will further this complaint legally if I don’t receive my funds ASAP. I have been patient enough to wait and take the excuses of the reps long enough and this is unacceptable. My lawyer is filling a lawsuit against IML.

I have emailed the support of the company four times to get a refund after not being satisfied with what I paid for. The website guarantees a 7 days no questions asked refund and they have yet to email me back. I was told by my “mentor” I wouldn’t be given back a refund since he purchased the bitcoin for me to buy the product. This was not communicated to me during the purchase and upon researching myself found that this was not true since many other customers have received a full refund even when they paid through bitcoin.

In the first email I received it stated no refund for bitcoin is allowed ever, but upon researching and explaining to IM Support this information they have decided to email once more but now with a date ( January , 2020) of when they have stopped doing bitcoin refunds. Attached is the proof of another customer who received a bitcoin refund on the date of January , 2020 and it was a bitcoin transaction that was completed by this person. Along with this is a photo from their website attached with the only screen I dealt with upon joining this academy. The bitcoin payment was bought through one of their mentors from their company after he told me they did not accept my card. In the photo, it is shown with the option of using "coin payments" which I selected to double check, and no where does it state "no refund for bitcoin purchasing". I even selected the refund policy once the option was selected and it takes me to is the company policy of having a 7 day guarantee refund policy. ]]

I cancelled this membership within the 7 day time frame. The young lady that told me about this buisness completely led me on to believe that I her to go through this web service in order to participate in the Forex market which was a complete lie. And after I signed up, I attempted several times to get in touch with this young lady and she would respond hours if not a day or so later. Also it states on the website that the individual who signs you up for this website, should inform you about your 3 days to cancel. This young lady didn't mention any of this to me.

The very next day I requested a refund and waited the 48 hours it would take for a reply,as stipulated on their websites customer service section . It’s been 5 days since my refund request and I’ve heard nothing from the company. The phone numbers were fake and they never replied to any of me emails.
