Review: On 1/13/15 salesman of Internet local listings called us and offered help getting our company on the top of google and other browsers search engines. They promised that within 3-4 weeks we will see our companys website on the top of selected search engines in the selected areas (zip codes). I told them specifically that our business address ([redacted]) doesn't need to be pushed since the main service area is about 15 miles south of that address and until now I always had problems with internet marketing targeting the areas where we actually the business. He said that we can either do radius or hand pick the zip codes for this marketing campaign. They asked me to provide zip codes for this project. I gave them 15-16 zip codes of the towns where we serve our customers and also told them to use our website, where service area is clearly stated. They promised to start right away and charge us $220 for the set up fee. Now over a month later when I saw no improvements on the search engines I called them to find out what's going on. The technical support guy told me that our selected area of [redacted] is being pushed on all engines. When I asked him about other zip codes, he replied that I only signed up for 1 zip code ([redacted]) and unless i'm willing to pay more that will be the only zip code pushed.
We demand the refund of $220 for non delivery of promised service and cancellation of 3 month agreementDesired Settlement: Refund of $220 and cancellation of 3 month contract.

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused you and would also like to express our complete interest in providing each of our clients with the best customer service possible. We take all comments and concerns very seriously and thoroughly investigate everything so that we may continuously improve our client care. We spoke with [redacted] on February 13, one month after signing up, and he requested information about his account to which we provided him with knowledge that he was already ranking for one keyword at that time. We also informed him that this was a great position for the business to hold on the front page so quickly and that there should be further improvement by the time the account reached the 59 day guarantee. We also offered to provide [redacted] with the log in information so that he could check out his business rankings personally.
Review: This company is a total fraud. They take your money and guarantee they will perform in 45 days or your money back. They do nothing but con you into paying an additional month. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. IF YOU GIVE THEM A DIME AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS THAT ARE REAL YOU WILL REGRET IT.Desired Settlement: CLOSE THESE THIEVES DOWN

Review: The services rendered did not meet expectations, based on the verbal sales.Sales efforts was to prioritize business via google searches. The net effect was only providing first page search, which was present prior to the program.I believe the selling agent misrepresented their services.Would not recommend this company and to cancel the program, their contract required to sign a document confirming all service were rendered adequately. My reco is to invest in local efforts for accurate business information.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of expenses.

Internet Local Listings takes pride in the fact that we reinforce every sale to ensure that our clients fully understand our services and what we provide them with. Before payment for a sale is ever ran, our sales representatives take the them to go through a 10-step pre-sale verification to ensure that clients know exactly what we offer and answer any remaining questions that the client may have. After payment is ran, our clients are transferred directly to our pinning coordinators, where they are given verbal terms and conditions that are approved to be recorded per the client. We listened to this recording to ensure quality and accuracy in the conversation held with this client and found that the script provided to ensure accuracy was followed exactly. This verbal conversation goes through every step of our process and thoroughly explains, again, what services we provide to our clients: work to get their businesses listed on the front pages of Google Local to provide the placement needed to be found by clients searching for key terms related to our clients' offered services and products in their local area. The only guarantee that Internet Local Listings promises to our clients is that they will be able to be found on the front page of Google Local for two or more keywords within 59 days: if they cannot be found within 59 days of having a live Google Places listing, we offer a push in billing until they are ranking. Our guarantee can be found on our website at http://www.internetlocallistingsinc.com/marketing-strategies-guarantee/ and was also explained to the client upon signing up. We provided the client with first page placement, as stated by the client, and therefore, upheld our only guarantee to the client. At this point, the client has been cancelled out of our services and the business relationship between Internet Local Listings and The [redacted] has ended. Since we have a recorded conversation of the client agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and a recorded understanding that he had full knowledge of our offered services and 59-day guarantee and have provided the client with all work necessary to provide front page placement, the service that was paid for, we do not find it necessary to provide a refund as all paid-for services have been rendered. In ending, the client had full understanding of our guarantee and offered services and agreed to pay for front page placement on Google and has received the work and services paid for.
Review: An automated robot named "[redacted]" contacted me at my business informing me that she was the area's "local google specialist" as I had already been speaking with google, who also contacted me when I opened my business, I assumed that this was someone from google calling me back. Then, a representative named [redacted] told me he was my google representative and could set up my account immediately. The company never explained that he was not actually from google, and wanted to charge my credit card more than $200 for his "service" of making my google listing better. After he sent a contract from his company that was not google (obviously). I requested a refund of my money which was not processed. The company is still contacting me with the same scheme and despite being asked to be removed from their list they continue to call me daily. Every time I actually get an actual person on the phone when I tell them who I am they hang up on me. They are leading small business owners to believe they are google and scamming people out of money and also harassing me with phone calls and disrupting my business. The bosses are cowards who refuse to speak to me on the phone or refund my money.Desired Settlement: I'd like my initial free to be refunded and I'd like this company to never call my store again. I'd also like them to make it clear that they are NOT google to costumers and to stop misrepresenting themselves as a $350B tech company.

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that you may have experienced due to our phone calls. We pride ourselves on providing second to none customer service to all of our potential clients and current clients and take these reports seriously. Review: On June 16, 2015, I received an automated sales call at my business stating that a local Google rep wanted to speak to me about the availability of a front page listing for my business. I indicated that I was interested in the offer and was connected to [redacted]. At that time, I was busy with a customer and asked for [redacted] to call me back later. When [redacted] called later that day, I was busy with another customer and my husband and co-owner of the business spoke to [redacted]. He was asked to provide our credit card information very early in the conversation. My husband indicated to me that the offer sounded too good to be true and put me on the phone with [redacted] to get my opinion. After speaking to [redacted] for a few moments, I quickly realized that we would not be interested in their service and told [redacted] to not charge my credit card or to proceed with any sort of contract or work on my behalf. He said something that did not indicate that that was what he was going to do and proceeded to transfer me to "the marketing department" where I spoke with [redacted]. I immediately told [redacted] that I was not interested in their product and asked to not be transferred any further or have my credit card charged. [redacted] apologized and stated that he would not charge my credit card and would send me an e-mail to that effect. I thanked him and hung up the phone. I checked my e-mail and did not receive an e-mail from Internet Local Listings confirming that my card was not going to be charged. I checked my credit card account online and found that the transaction had already taken place despite the fact that I had told both representatives of the company that I had spoken with that I am not interested in their product within minutes of my credit card number being given, albeit prematurely.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund in the amount of $199.99 immediately.

Internet Local Listings would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused for Ms. [redacted]. The charge was refunded on June 16, 2015 and was noted as "Completed" through the merchant account that we processed the initial payment and refund through on June 17, 2015. The attached file clearly shows the refund was made to Ms. [redacted] - we apologize for the size of it but we need to protect other sensitive information and cannot show the entire processing center.
Review: The company has been contacting me daily for the last three weeks with robocalls that represent themselves as representing [redacted] and that they can get my business on the first page of local services.
First of all I am not, nor have I ever been a business, nor is my phone listed as a business phone. I am retired and 70 years old. I have attempted to talk with a human, but once the human answers the robo call and I start to tell them that I am not a business they immediately hang up. I am listed on the do not call registry and have filed a complaint for repeated calls and for robocalls.
I recognize that business to business calls are not covered under the do not call registry, however just because IO have an email address that is personal and ends in .com and not gmail or some other service does not mean that I have a business.
I consider that these calls are harrassment and feel that they should be stopped, I have filled out their do not call form but that has just confirmed that I am alive and possibly stupid enough to fall for their specious line that they represent [redacted].Desired Settlement: No further calls. I guess that if the calls keep coming my only other solution would be the district attorney in Santa Anna or the Atty General for California.

Response:
Internet Local Listings has taken every precaution available to ensure that clients that do not wish to be reached by telephone are placed on our own do not call list. The national do not call list does not apply to businesses and this is why we were able to obtain your telephone number. In cases where we do happen to call someone who does not want to be called back, we verify the phone number, business owners name and a couple of other points of information to ensure that we have placed the proper phone number on our do not call list. In regards to the harassment that apparently followed the request to be placed on our do not call list, we sincerely apologize for calling you fifty times in a twenty minute span, if that is possible, and are looking into this matter. If our phone system did call you fifty times in twenty minutes, it was most likely a glitch in our phone system when we attempted to place you on our do not call list because placing fifty phone calls in twenty minutes doesn't seem possible, especially with the floor management that we have monitoring our sales force. However, we are investigating this matter and will do whatever it takes to ensure that we rectify this situation and do not intend for it to happen again. We would like to also point out that there are thousands of companies in the same line of business as us that do push out phone calls to millions of business owners across the United States and it is quite possible that the voice mail threat and negative reviews resulted from one of these other companies. As with all issues brought to our attention in this complaint, we have thoroughly investigated this matter and have done in-depth searches through the computer history files, phone recorded files, etc. of not only the salesperson in question, but of each and every member of our sales team to ensure that there were no voice mails or reviews left of that nature. While we understand that there may have been ways of erasing any traces of the incident, we have spoken with every individual and made sure that they understand that we have no tolerance for any acts of this kind and are strictly monitoring them. In closing, Internet Local Listings would like to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding or misrepresentation that has come of our company in this situation and would like to assure Mr. [redacted] that we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all of our potential and current clients, even when they're requesting to be placed on our do not call list.

not only do I have my phone records, showing all the calls to my business, I also have the voicemail saved from this company, threatening to change my google listing to another business.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Response:
To further express our apologies for any misunderstanding that may have occurred during the phone conversations and after, we have thoroughly investigated this case and have taken any and all measures necessary to prevent anything like this from happening. In our findings, we did not find that any of our employees used work property (i.e. computers, phones, internet, etc.) to carry out the alleged threats and bad reviews. During work hours, our employees carry professional conversations and duties at all times and are closely monitored via recordings, listening to live phone calls and screen sharing - We have listened to all recorded phone calls attached the phone number(s) in question and did not hear any threats or conversation outside of our professional scripts. We have also never received a complaint of this nature about any of our sales representatives and are, therefor, very shocked that we have received such a complaint and have taken it very seriously as stated in this response as well as the last.
Internet Local Listings would like to, again, apologize for any misunderstandings that have arisen from this situation and ensure Mr. [redacted] that we have always, and continue to, take every precaution necessary to ensure professionalism and proper communication to any and all prospective and current clients.
At this point, we feel as though we have done everything necessary and possible to professionally resolve this complaint.
Review: I signed up with them a couple of months ago to do SEO work on my website and last month at the renewal date They charged my Bank account twice. I contacted them and they said it was just a glitch and they would refund a payment later that day I noticed a refund on my account along with another charge that was three . I contacted them again and they said it would take 3-5 business days to get a refund. This month they did exactly the same thing ... Charged me on sat 18th with a approval...then again the next night again with an approval and when I called them on it again they charged me a third time and refunded once. I went to my bank and got them to remove one of the remaining charges and I canceled the service and apparently got the rest of Octobers deductions. I was told by their rep that I would be on the first page of Google with all ten Key words I provided to them within two to three weeks. to this date I am not there on any . I ask them early on to send me a report of the work that had been done on my site. Their response was none was available. I would like a full refund of all monies paid to them since the start witch comes to two more payments witch total another 159.00Desired Settlement: REFUND ALONG WITH A RECORDED COMPLAINT OF THIS ACTION

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconveniences these issues may have caused you. We have worked hard to provide all of our clients with an excellent experience and try our best to avoid technical errors like these. We do experience some billing errors because we use different merchant accounts to process payments and since we do not have full control over these merchant accounts, we experience some technical difficulties when payments are changed but have no issues reversing and/or refunding any money that is charged that should not be charged.
Review: Internet Local Listings has charged our medical practice for months and months from our credit card without our knowledge and has been advertising for a dfferent doctor but has been charging us. It has hurt our practice tremedously.Desired Settlement: To get refunded all the charges they have taken from our credit card and to have no further contact from Internet Local Listings.

Internet Local Listings would like to start out by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue has caused for Ms. [redacted]. We took a thorough look at Ms. [redacted]'s account, which was started on March 13,2014 and found that a contract was signed (please see attached document) and that several payments were processed. The client also spoke with representatives from Internet Local Listings on several occasions in regards to her account and after entering a Failed Payment account status, spoke with a representative on May 20, 2014 to provide correct payment information to ensure that the account remained Active. The client again reached out in an email on February 19, 2015 and February 24, 2015 to which we called her back and spoke with her about her inquiries (please see attached image of emails).
Review: I have spent many painful hours on the phone with [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted], NOTHING has been done since my initial phone call when I signed the contracts and this company started billing me. I requested that the photos be updated 3/24 on the website that ILL built for our company, the website was only operational after I informed them that it wasn't working at the beginning of May 2015! At one point it directed internet searches to a BLOG, I run construction company! I was guaranteed at my 30 day call, that my concerns would be resolved or my service would be credited. I cancelled my service with ILL however, they are still threaten to bill me an additional $199.99!
During the call I made at my 30 day mark, I explained that ILL was not providing the service that I thought I was paying for. Even though I had contacted ILL ([redacted]) with my Google verification code, she never activated it. [redacted] guaranteed that my services would be update & he apologized for the delay. During this call, I told [redacted] to just STOP my service and refund my money. He then told me that “it didn’t work that way” He did get some things fixed (supposedly) but my company website never showed up on the front page of ANY internet search engine!
Still at day 56, the website was NOT operational and I could NOT find my business on the internet! I called to see if my service was cancelled? Will I be billed again? I haven’t seen a credit! The service representatives were rude and not helpful at all!!!
Still after $600 & the threat to be billed an additional $199.99 I’m NO where to be found on Google, or any search engine!!! I know the “key words” that I provided to ILL, on May 18th [redacted] re-wrote my companies "key words" because someone inside ILL had changed our companies "key words" AT NO TIME WAS MY BUSINESS found on the internet! If I can’t find my company on the internet how can I expect a customer to find my company? What did I pay for?Desired Settlement: I need to have someone contact me and explain what I paid for... I never saw any results for the $600 I have spent to date PLUS the customer service rep [redacted] along with the supervisor [redacted] are telling me that a I will be billed again! This is unacceptable since I have bent over backwards to work with ILL and my companies website was never on the first page of Google, Yahoo or Bing! ILL reps sent me snap shots of THEIR website on the first page of a couple of webpages however, even when I used their EXACT phrases I did NOT get the same result! I know what was sold to me and ILL didn't deliver!!! I spent countless man hours along with $600 & a threat of another $199.99 for NOTHING, except rude customer service and a lot of headaches!

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that Ms. [redacted] has experienced in the duration of her time as a client with us. We take everything that our clients send us very seriously and are sure to thoroughly look into each account to ensure that we provided the client with the products, services and second-to-none client care that we strive for each day. In researching this account, we found that the client signed the contract sent to her (please refer to attached document) acknowledging the products and services that would be provided and all of the terms stated in the contract itself.
Review: I paid to advertise in a certain zip code area. I was told by the sales agent it was possible. This started in February 2014, I was not getting any sales, so I called up to find out was was going on, and was told the area I paid to be in was not available. I canceled immediately, called the bank and canceled my card for future billing issues. Disgusting on how they can get away with this. Fraudulent advertising. I stopped in May 2014.Desired Settlement: Only thing would be a refund.

Response:
At Internet Local Listings, we have taken great measure to ensure that our clients are not promised or told things that they will not receive from our services. These measures include scripts that must be followed, two questionnaires to ensure that the potential client understands what they are purchasing before becoming a client and a quality control team that listens to phone calls to ensure that our sales staff is maintaining a professional level of integrity at all times.
While we do tell our clients that we may be able to get them ranking in a zip code that is located closely to their business address, we also express that it may take up to six months to see results for ranking in locations outside of their immediate area. Not only did we verbally communicate this to Mr. [redacted], we also sent him our Terms and Conditions that clearly state what our guarantee is and where he can expect to see results (location-wise). These Terms and Conditions are sent for the clients protection and to ensure that they fully understand everything that we offer. These same Terms and Conditions were agreed to, signed and returned to us by Mr. [redacted], leading us to believe that he has a full understanding of what we offer and what we provide to our clients. Upon signing these Terms and Conditions, Mr. [redacted] acknowledged that his business was guaranteed to be ranking for the exact city that it is located in and that it might rank outside of that city after six-plus months of service but this is not guaranteed.
As far as not seeing a return on investment, Internet Local Listings never promises an ROI for our services and do not state that there will be a noticeable difference in the amount of customers that choose to use our clients' businesses. Our guarantee is that your business will be ranking on the front page of Google Local so it can be found by your potential clients and our guarantee was fulfilled as [redacted] LLC, Mr. [redacted]'s business, can be seen on the front page of Google Local for sewage treatment, septic system service and more keywords. We attempted to explain this to him on May 13 when he spoke with one of our customer service representatives, [redacted]. Again, our quality assurance team was listening to the phone call and informed us that the client would not listen to [redacted] and refused to have a conversation without cursing. All of our customer service representatives are trained to end a conversation with a client if they are being yelled and/or cursed at and [redacted] was forced to end the conversation after Mr. [redacted] yelled profanities at him. At this point, [redacted] cancelled the client to avoid any further issues.
A refund will not be warranted to Mr. [redacted] as Internet Local Listings has worked on his account since the day that he started business with us and fulfilled our promises and guarantee, clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions signed by Mr. [redacted]. Furthermore, we have only received $519.97 since [redacted], LLC became a client of Internet Local Listings - not the stated $835 and would like to clear that up because we would never charge a client more than what is owed.
Review: This company sought out my business which is a clinical psychology practice in London Ontario Canada. After working with an employee to create an advertising site which in itself was arduous in that the work was incompetent, when finally finished the site never appeared on the web. After numerous phone calls in month two, three and four of the process I was finally told that they could not provide the service in Canada though it is advertised that they could do so. When I asked for my $400 paid up front they refused ...blaming me for not communicating earlier. In addition the final person I spoke to, [redacted] was rude and unpleasant and unable to hear the truths about the process that had been misleading and inadequate.Desired Settlement: Admission of wrong doing and money back.

Internet Local Listings would like to first apologize for any misunderstanding that had occurred during the time of our business relationship with Ms. [redacted]. In an effort to provide the best service possible to each of our clients, phone recordings are kept to thoroughly investigate instances of any nature and our quality control department listened to all phone calls between Ms. [redacted] and representatives from our customer service department and nothing was heard stating that Internet Local Listings could not provide the service for Canada. If services for Canadian businesses weren't possible, we would not offer our services to any businesses in Canada.
Review: I was contacted thinking they were Google reps. Gave the deposit amount of $150 plus 2 installments of $99.
They promised me a front page listing on Google within 59 days. That would have brought us to 3-13-15. There was nothing on Google . I called their number to complain and stop any further debits. The person taking my call that day said she would have an e-mail sent to that would show status of my account. Nothing has been received to date. It is Monday 3-17-15 and I have called 4 times with no answer, but I did leave a voice message stating the nature of my call. It is evening now and reading some of the reviews about this company, I realized I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: I believe because they could not deliver the product that of course a full refund is due.

At this time [redacted], one of our Client Representatives from our Technical Support team has already spoken with Mr. [redacted] and sent him an email that included screenshots of 3 of his keywords ranking on the front page of Google. Review: This company contacted me using robocalls for over a year. My number was clearly on the national do not call registry. I attempted to end the calls but they would not stop. Whenever I asked their sales people for the name of the company so that I could submit a request to halt the calls they would hang up. It took me the entire year to finally get somebody on the phone who would give me a phone number. Through that I was able to find this listing, the website, and finally submit a request to get my number pulled from their records. Though I have received no confirmation that they will actually stop. They made it nearly impossible to stop the calls and should be rated as low as possible by the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop their shady robocalls to people and simplify the process of being pulled from their marketing. I do not wish to be notified or contacted, I'm hoping the Revdex.com can address.

Review: I was impressed initially with the sales pitch. After signing on, it took three contacts for me to receive my contract. I paid $600 for three months' service. The sales pitch indicated that after the initial three months, I was told by the sales rep "there was no obligation" I paid August, which was after the initial three months' time they said they required to allow for my site to be searchable by my trade. I also took a look at the site, which was rife with grammatical and syntactic errors. I could not find my site on google, which was the whole point to the purchase. I received a call a week back from them, with no descriptive message, so I called that number, to cancel. They indicated that I owed $199 back payment. Which would have been for September. The date was September 18. I asked that I be immediately cancelled from their services. I asked that since I did not come up on searches and was not happy with the site, that I be released from the $199 obligation. They said had I called 7 days ago, they could have helped me. But not now. It was too late according to my contract.
I asked if they could extend this to me given that I was not happy with the service, and already had paid out $800. $600 initial 3 months, $199 4th month.
They would not do anything for me. No partial payment, which I would have been fine to cover despite seeing no return on investment in any way. I understand a contract is a contract, but I felt the business misleads the customer on the phone indicating loosely, that there would be no obligation after 3 months, then include in the fine print on the contract, that to some degree, there is obligation, with respect to timing. Given that I signed it, I get it - I owe something. But they lacked any willingness to compromise.Desired Settlement: I have already paid into the service $800
I did not see any sort of return. I am requesting that I not be responsible for another $199 they indicate I owe. I feel they are asking for money for a service that doesn't work, and I have already paid enough.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: On January 29, 2014, I agreed to hire services of Local, an internet advertising company. Their claims were deceptive and led me to believe that they were part of [redacted].When I saw no results, within 15 days I called to cancel my agreement which I was assured was month-to-month and could be cancelled at anytime. I was initially charged $159.00 and was told my month-to-month fees would be 99.99Instead of refunding me for terminating services, Local claims that I owe them additional 199.98. My Local client ID is [redacted].Their practices need to be investigated. I am a CPA/MBA by background and believe they may be involved in inter-state fraud.Desired Settlement: Resolve Billing Dispute

Internet Local Listings would like to first present the above link - The Terms and Conditions that Mr. [redacted] signed upon becoming a client of ours. These Terms and Conditions clearly display our logo and name on the first page and state "Thank you for partnering with Internet Local Listings!" before divulging any further information. We have included this to ensure that our clients are well-informed that while we do offer first page placement on [redacted], we are not [redacted] as we can understand how this might cause some confusion.
Furthermore, the Terms and Conditions go on to explain that while ranking may occur in as little as 2-4 weeks, it can also take up to 60 days.
"PLEASE be advised that [redacted] Optimization may happen in as little as 2-4 weeks from when your business is verified but can also take up to 60 days." - pg 2.
This explains why Mr. [redacted] did not see instant results after signing up with Internet Local Listings. The business listing was verified on January 30, leaving only 14 days for Internet Local Listings to get [redacted] (Mr. [redacted]'s business) ranking on the front pages [redacted], which, as explain above, is not part of our guarantee. [redacted] was live and listed on [redacted] on January 30, 2014 but may have not been ranking. The client called in on February 18, 2014 to inquire about their account, our records show that our customer service representative thoroughly explained the process to Mr. [redacted] again and directed to him to the Terms and Conditions that he signed, explaining that it would take some more time.
Page 3 of the Terms and Conditions contains all information about Billing and Cancellation and states, "You must give at least 7 days notice of cancellation prior to your due billing – if you do not give us 7 days notice, you will be held responsible for the following month’s due payment." Our customer service and billing department are available five days a week to ensure that any clients that have issues are taken care of as soon as possible. Mr. [redacted] did not call in to cancel his services within a month of services so Internet Local Listings continued to bill him for the work that we were providing.

Mr. [redacted] did not call in to cancel his service with us so Internet Local Listings continued to bill him for the work that we were continuing to provide. We've listened to phone records and read through all email correspondence with Mr. [redacted] and there was never a request to cancel services with Internet Local Listings. Also included in this section of our Terms and Conditions is all information about our failed payments and collections department - since Mr. [redacted] has not formerly cancelled with our company, his business relationship with us has entered a state of Failed Payments since we have continued to work on his account and his business is, in fact, ranking.
At this time, we ask that Mr. [redacted] call in to speak with our billing department to work out an agreement concerning his past failed payments as we have continued to work on his account. If there is any further question, please refer to the attached Terms and Conditions that Mr. [redacted] signed. These can also be found in his email inbox as he has a copy of them as well.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When I signed up, I was told that I can terminate anytime the relationship by just a phone call if I am not satisfied. And, I made a timely request to terminate the relationship. Nowhere in the conversation, I was told that you require a seven days notice. I have informed them repeatedly that I was dissatisfied with their service and have terminated it. In fact, that agreement is a fraud. They make you sign it on the computer in less than 5 minutes and nobody reads the fine print, especially in light of their assurances. I relied on the telemarketer's assurances that the service could be terminated anytime if I am not satisfied. Their script uses [redacted] repeatedly making you believe that they are part of [redacted] but you do NOT have to pay for clicks.
My unfortunate conclusion is that they are a fraud. If a CPA/MBA can be taken for a ride, I wonder what are they doing with less educated users.

Mr. [redacted],
Review: Company repeatedly robocalls my business cell phone with greeting,"Hello rhis is [redacted], your Google local internet specialist. Press 1 now to be comnected... press 2 to be removed..."
Pressing 2 results in another robocall within 24 hours.
Hanging up and blocking results in a call from a different number.
Pressing 1 and demanding removal results in a human lying about robocalls!
This conduct is unethical and probably illegal.Desired Settlement: Stop calling me. This is your notice to cease and desist all communications, except for a letter pf apology and a promise of no further contact.
You have called me hundreds of times despite my repeared requests to take me off your lists.
Further contact may result in legal action.

Response:
Internet Local Listings would like to formally apologize for any issues that have been pressed upon [redacted] in regards to receiving phone calls concerning our internet marketing services. We take these issues very seriously and have thoroughly investigated the matter. At this point, this problem has been dealt with and handled accordingly. [redacted]'s phone number has been added to our Do Not Call List as of January 22, 2015 and we are actively searching for the phone call recordings to ensure that the agent responsible is reprimanded as we have a no-tolerance policy for these matters. As a precautionary measure, we would like to inform [redacted] that there are several companies that provide the same services as Internet Local Listings that could still be contacting the business number in question.
