to explain what we have provided and how the account is progressing[redacted] is currently ranking for 2 keywords: courier services and courier services near me when searching from Hialeah, FL (please see attached screen shots. We have to change the area that we search from because we are located in California). The website has also been created and includes content created for the client. It can be seen at  http://destinyscs.com/ . We are more than happy to upload personal photos and make changes to the content at the clients request. The Google My Business page that we created is also doing very well with over 1,000 insights (please see attached screen shot). We would like to resolve this issue in the best manner possible and ask to receive a returned phone call back from the client so that we can address any concerns. Please call us at [redacted] ext. Upon receiving any notices of this nature, we are sure to thoroughly look into the account in question to assure that we are handling it properly. Upon signing up for...

services, it was made clear to Mr. [redacted] (the client who is the owner of the account) that payments were expected monthly for services rendered. After one of the owed payments failed, Mr. [redacted] informed us that we would receive a check in the mail to pay for the past due balance. Upon receiving the check and attempting to deposit it, the check bounced and Internet Local Listings did not receive payment for the services already rendered. We attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] again but were unsuccessful in doing so until October, when the client called in again to cancel. Since we did not receive payment for the 4 months from June to October, we informed Mr. [redacted] that we were owed the payment for the 4 months in order to cancel services fully. Internet Local Listing was never paid for services rendered for those 4 months and the client was sent to collections, per company standards, in January of 2015. Unfortunately, this matter is now in the hands of the collection company and is no longer a part of the Accounts Receivable department at Internet Local Listings and has been sent to the collections agency to recover payments owed strictly for services rendered.

[redacted] I reject the response because it is false and contains inaccurate information. There were never any changes made to my website or any attempts to gain my input ever. I called several times and emailed them appropriate content to be added. This is not a legitimate business. It is a scam! I asked several times to have the website removed from the internet as it was completely and totally offensive. At no point did they make any changes to content.

Again, we understand the frustration in not getting the desired results from the products and services that we have provided you with and we are willing to continue to work for you, at no charge due to our fifty-nine, 59, day guarantee, until your business is found on the front page of Google in the local section. That being said, we would like to ensure that you understand  that we cannot guarantee that the listing will show up on the front pages in a specific time frame as it is ultimately up to Google's search algorithms and only Google has control over those. Please note that it is up to the client to request a push in billing for the guarantee each month. 
 
As previously stated, our goal for each and every one of our clients is to provide them with successful front page ranking and in order to make that goal, we provide all of the services and products needed to obtain it. That being said, we don't sell the front page placement but rather the products and services needed for it and these products and services were provided to the client for the 4 months of payment that we received: although the business is not on the front page of Google in the local section yet, it does not mean that the services and products paid for were not provided and in turn, a refund is not warranted.

We understand that [redacted] claims to have over 160 phone numbers and that it may be possible to have spoken with him regarding this matter on a different phone line. At this point, this problem has been dealt with and handled as best as possible with the information provided by [redacted]. This phone number has been added to our Do Not Call List as of January 9, 2014. Since we could not locate the provided phone number in our records, we cannot determine which agent supposedly received the email containing the list of 160+ phone numbers. We ask that [redacted] send the email to [email protected] to have these numbers added to our Do Not Call List. Whenever we receive any information from our clients, we are sure to look into it thoroughly to ensure that our accounts are handled properly by everyone that represents our company...

as we take pride in provided second-to-none customer service. In looking into this issue, we understand the confusion that may have occurred between the client and our Customer Service and Accounts Receivable department. Upon signing up for services, a Contract was sent to Mr. [redacted] to ensure that he understood everything that our products and services entailed and what our policies and procedures encompass. This Contract is sent out to all of our clients to ensure that each of our clients is aware of how accounts are handled from start to finish and what they can expect. In our contract, it states that only the primary name on the account, in this case Sean [redacted], can cancel the account or make major changes to it. This is for the protection of our clients as we have experienced issues in the past in which someone else will call in and make changes that are unauthorized by the account holder. On February 4, 2015 Mr. [redacted] wife called in to speak with someone about cancelling services and because she was not the primary account holder, we were unable to cancel services and explained to her that we needed to speak with her husband. At that point, a representative contact her husband, the account holder, and Mr. [redacted] agreed to continue services and stated that he would contact us on the 10th to decide if he wanted to continue service. On February 9, 2015, the clients wife called in again and attempted to cancel services and because we had already spoke with the account holder, Mr. [redacted], who stated he would contact us if he wanted to cancel, the account was not cancelled out. In conclusion, we were only staying in compliance with the signed Contract so as to ensure that both Internet Local Listings and the client understood the terms and how things were to be handled. Upon further review of the account, we do understand the confusion and frustration that this matter has brought to Mr. [redacted] and his wife and as a courtesy will not be sending the account to collections. We would like to resolve this issue and hope that in zeroing out any balance and not sending the account to the collections company, we can do so. We again apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that this has brought upon our client and ask that Mr. [redacted] understands that the account was handled in accordance with the signed Contract and it was not in our interest to cause any issues. Internet Local Listings works diligently to ensure that each person we speak with has their requests met; whether signing up for an account, requesting assistance or requesting to be added to our "Do Not Call List". In receiving this complaint, we would like to explain that we have a cell phone...

blocking software that we use when dialing out that scrubs each phone number to ensure that we do not call cellular devices. It seems as though Mrs. [redacted] may have been receiving phone calls from another SEO company as there are thousands across the United States that dial to the United States, Canada and more. That being said, we have added the phone number in question to our Do Not Call List using the number provided and have looked up the area code for the city that Mrs. [redacted] resides in: ###-###-####. 
If Mrs. [redacted] has multiple numbers that may be connected to previous business phone numbers, we are more than happy to accommodate Mrs. [redacted] in adding each of them to our Do Not Call List and will simply need to be informed of the phone numbers. 
As far as the conduct carried on when Mrs. [redacted] called in and pressed a number to be added to our Do Not Call List, it is possible that the wrong phone number was pressed as the person receiving the call must press 9 to be added to the list. If the wrong number was pressed, as seems to be the case in this situation, it was most likely a number connected to our sales staff at which point our sales representative was under the impression that Mrs. [redacted] may be interested in receiving services. After listening to the recorded phone calls, the first sales representative believed that Mrs. [redacted] wanted to sign up for our services and asked if she was the business owner, as is included in the first part of their script, when Mrs. [redacted] explained that she was not the business owner, the sales representative hung up the phone but stated that they did add the phone number to the Do Not Call List. In accordance with our strict policies and procedures to ensure that all peoples that we speak with are helped regardless of the issue, we have reprimanded the sales representative for their actions in this situation. 
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misconception of the situation at hand and would like to thoroughly ensure Mrs. [redacted] that it was not our intention for this situation to occur in this manner. We assure Mrs. [redacted] that the phone number has been added to the Do Not Call List and if there are other phone numbers that are being called from Internet Local Listings, we only ask that we receive a list of them so we are able to add them to our Do Not Call List as well.

The day the business call me and they stated that I said that I did not have a signed contract with them is not true. I never said that. I knew I had a contract for a starter package of three months and I stated from day 1 that I wanted to cancel the service after the first three months. I understand that they need to provide security with the credit card transactions, but unfortunately I did not have any other way to pay but the [redacted] credit card. After they reinstated the payments with [redacted] I paid the third month and they knew I wanted to cancel the service way before the seven days required. So my three months of started package are paid, I want the service canceled and do not want to hear from this service any more.If you go to two of the links they provided in the response, they show an error and a page not longer available. And if you go to Yelp.com our business has two reviews, one is about a business in Texas that is not ours (we are based in California and never worked in Texas) and the other is from a person we never provided service to.Also, all the calls we received after we started with this, were all solicitors calls. If looks like they collect your information to sell it. And the last thing, they misspelled the business name.

are unethical and borderline fraudulent. Harassment is illegal. Calling on a business over 15 times a day is not acceptable. The reason I am rejecting the response, is due to the fact this company will not accept responsibility for their repeated harassment. Placing blame on other companies is NOT acceptable. I have traced every call and 99.9% of my solicitations result from internet local listings. I have added all my phone numbers to the do not call list and expect all contacts to stop immediately. We have contacted our attorney in regards to bringing forth a class action lawsuit. There are over 75 responses online offering the same feedback as I have. The business practices put forth by this organization is terrible and quite frankly gives all web development companies a bad reputation. I will be certain to take the time to follow through on this. You called on the wrong person too many times. I can be the most persistent pain you have ever experienced. Look forward to bringing you down!]

Again, we would like to start our response by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused Mr. [redacted] and we have thoroughly investigated this report to ensure that all aspects of the Internet marketing campaign for Barbary Coast Upholstery Repair were taken care of accurately and in a timely manner. We are fully understanding that a lot of our clients may not be computer savvy and that is one of the reasons that we offer services - to be able to assist business owners who may not understand the techniques or the time that goes into running a successful Internet marketing campaign. The process of the campaign does take some time and we are sure to call the client at the 30 day mark to inform them of all that has been done for the business online. When we spoke to Mr. [redacted] at that time, we informaed him that his business was already showing up for 2 keywords on the front page; leather repair and vinyl repair. This meant that we had already met our guarantee of 2 keywords ranking on the first page of Google and/or Google Local within 59 days of the start of the account, again, as agreed to in the Contract signed by Mr. [redacted]. The 45 day guarantee is a part of our new packages that were offered starting February 1, which we spoke to Mr. [redacted] about as they seemed to meet his needs to rank in other areas for more keywords - This offer was denied by Mr. [redacted]. We are not in the business of "swindling" people and would like to point out that everything promised and agreed upon in the signed Contract between Mr. [redacted] and Internet Local Listings was provided to the client before the time of the guarantee was up and the client is ranking on the front page for 6 out of the 2 promised keywords. As previously stated, we are proud of the success that Mr. [redacted]'s business is experiencing online and wish that we could continue to provide service for his business. Attached for your reference, again, are the 6 screen shots of the front page placement for Barbary Coast Upholstery Repair as well as the contract signed by Mr. [redacted].

was signed by the client which is an agreement of all work provided  to the client as well as acknowledgement and agreement of the payments to be made by the client. Please find the contract attached to this response. The client did not make all necessary payments and entered a failed payment status at which point we contacted the client to ensure that the products and services could continue to be provided but the client refused to make the payments necessary to continue service. At that point, the client was closed out and the early termination fee was to be paid by the client, again in accordance with the signed contract, but was never made. This account was sent to collections at that point and is out of our hands. We will do our best to contact the collections company in an effort to encourage them to resolve this issue as leniently as possible and we will ensure that the client is offered an extremely negotiable fee. Thank you.

Internet Local Listings apologizes, again, for any inconvenience that this occurrence may cause the client and ask that the client be understanding of the fact that, as a company, we operate off of the signed agreements that are thoroughly explained in the contract (again attached for review) so as to keep a completely transparent business relationship with our clients. The contract explicitly states that the client will receive a push in billing, which the client did, until the business is ranking for 2 or more keywords on the front page of Google and Internet Local Listings ensured that this was applied for the client. The client is also ranking on the front page for residential moving, furniture moving and commercial moving - all keywords that were included in their marketing campaign in accordance with the clients chosen keywords (selected during the on-boarding process when Internet Local Listings obtained all business information) and keywords chosen by our experts. These actions are clearly stated in the contract on Page 1 as follows:  "Internet Local Listings marketing experts will select keywords in accordance with the client’s specific services and/or products and their website. Internet Local Listings may also change these keywords from time to time in order to drive more traffic to the client’s website." "The client may contact Internet Local Listings at any time to go over the progress of their keywords or to change or modify them. (See the “Guarantee” section)And email was also sent to Mr. [redacted] by one of our reps in December that included a list of the keywords that were being used for the Internet marketing campaign - At that point, Mr. [redacted] could have elected to change the keywords being used if he'd wanted to use different ones. As previously stated, Internet Local Listings takes all reports seriously and we are further investigating the issues with this account to ensure that we continue to better our service. Internet Local Listings does not relinquish log in information upon account cancellation as it is part of safe business practice however we are able to provide the Twitter log in information and did so for Mr. [redacted]. Below is the contact information for Google Support in which you can go through and verify your business listing. Internet Local Listings cannot claim a business listing unless the business owner approves it, verbally, over the phone with a representative from Google. Google Support phone number: [redacted]Contact Us - Google My Business SupportEither URL above will provide the client with the information needed to gain ownership of the Google My Business listing associated with the business.In closing, as Internet Local Listings has followed the guidelines of the signed business agreement, we have done all that was promised and agreed to, at this point, to carry out the relationship with the client.

I revieved two more calls yesterday and one more today (10-16-15 at 2:06pm). I spoke to the represenitive today and he said "oh, have you already spoke to someone here?". I responded yes and the call ended. They need to check again to ensure NO further calls are made to [redacted]. They have been asked multiple times to stop calling and this is harassment. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue. It is a shame that these steps are required.

[redacted], we apologize for not attaching the signed Contract in the last response and appreciate the chance to do so now. We have received the rejection to our response but having nothing typed by [redacted] makes it difficult to respond in the correct manner. As stated before, we welcome the chance to work with [redacted] at any time and have attempted contact several times between the date of this complaint and now and have been unsuccessful. A representative from our billing department has called and left voicemails in an attempt to work through this issue and provide [redacted] with the assistance that is needed. Thank you.
