Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Local internet listings contract implies that the client receives a high level of service during the first days that would, under circumstances, have their website on the first pageStatements such as: (paraphrased) some sites appear in as little as XX days; and often it may be to weeks (less than the days) imply that those that go over days are the exception rather than the ruleIn reviewing many of the other complaints filed with the Revdex.com it appears that over days may be the rule rather than the exceptionRegardless of what the contract says, the sales and marketing folks clearly indicate there is a high degree of probability the clients site will reach the first page in short orderFor a business that is struggling this often represents a "last ditch" effort to turn things around.When I received the email at the day mark stating that they had just received the contract and that I needed to be patient because they were just getting started I became rather upset and that's when I checked the Revdex.com siteMistake or not, their own statement clearly indicated to me that they had not fulfilled the obligation outlined in the contractBased on what I read on the Revdex.com site and in the Internet local listings email I made the business decision to cut my lossesI was in the red and couldn't afford to have ILL charge me for another month when their marketing strategy wasn't paying offBy the contract, there is advance notice required for cancellation and that's what I provided I'm requesting the refund based on non-performance, no results and their own admission that they were only beginning to take action at the day mark Regards, [redacted]

Internet Local Listings would like to start by saying that the goal that we have for all of our clients is to see their business on the front pages of Google in the local section and that is why we provide the products and services needed to gain front page presenceUnfortunately, for some of our clients, we are not able to meet our goal as quickly as we'd likeThere are many factors that could affect the ranking of the business listing and we do everything that we can to overcome these issues but it ultimately just takes time Our services are available on a month-to-month basis and this allows business owners the flexibility of making decisions to continue or discontinue with our services each monthIf a client does not call in and cancel services, we continue to work on their account because the services and products have been paid forOnce a client cancels their account with us, we discontinue all work on their accountThat being said, Ms [redacted] called in to cancel services in August and work on the account stopped at that pointThe money that was billed to Ms [redacted] for the four, 4, months of service that she received was paid to Internet Local Listings to continue receiving the products and services that were provided each month and this is why a refund was not warranted upon Ms [redacted] cancelling servicesWe understand that there was a statement about a refund made by one of our customer service representatives, Terrence, and we apologize for the miscommunication as our customer service representatives do not make decisions on behalf of the billing departmentAs previously stated, if a client chooses to cancel services, work on the account stops meaning that all progress on the account also stops, which is why the business listing was not found on the front page of Google one month later In closing, Internet Local Listings would like to issue a formal apology for any misunderstanding that there was in regards to a refund being warrantedUnfortunately, a refund is not warranted because all payments made to Internet Local Listings by Ms [redacted] were to secure products and services that were provided to the account each monthWe understand the frustration in not seeing the business listing on the front page of Google but we do not sell the front page of Google, we sell the products and services necessary to hopefully find your business on the front page of Google and these products and services were provided to Ms [redacted] each month that we received payment for services

Internet Local Listings apologizes, again, for any inconvenience that this occurrence may cause the client and ask that the client be understanding of the fact that, as a company, we operate off of the signed agreements that are thoroughly explained in the contract (again attached for review) so as to keep a completely transparent business relationship with our clientsThe contract explicitly states that the client will receive a push in billing, which the client did, until the business is ranking for or more keywords on the front page of Google and Internet Local Listings ensured that this was applied for the clientThe client is also ranking on the front page for residential moving, furniture moving and commercial moving - all keywords that were included in their marketing campaign in accordance with the clients chosen keywords (selected during the on-boarding process when Internet Local Listings obtained all business information) and keywords chosen by our expertsThese actions are clearly stated in the contract on Page as follows: "Internet Local Listings marketing experts will select keywords in accordance with the client’s specific services and/or products and their websiteInternet Local Listings may also change these keywords from time to time in order to drive more traffic to the client’s website." "The client may contact Internet Local Listings at any time to go over the progress of their keywords or to change or modify them(See the “Guarantee” section)And email was also sent to Mr [redacted] by one of our reps in December that included a list of the keywords that were being used for the Internet marketing campaign - At that point, Mr [redacted] could have elected to change the keywords being used if he'd wanted to use different onesAs previously stated, Internet Local Listings takes all reports seriously and we are further investigating the issues with this account to ensure that we continue to better our serviceInternet Local Listings does not relinquish log in information upon account cancellation as it is part of safe business practice however we are able to provide the Twitter log in information and did so for Mr [redacted] Below is the contact information for Google Support in which you can go through and verify your business listingInternet Local Listings cannot claim a business listing unless the business owner approves it, verbally, over the phone with a representative from GoogleGoogle Support phone number: [redacted] Contact Us - Google My Business SupportEither URL above will provide the client with the information needed to gain ownership of the Google My Business listing associated with the business.In closing, as Internet Local Listings has followed the guidelines of the signed business agreement, we have done all that was promised and agreed to, at this point, to carry out the relationship with the client

As previously stated, we take all issues from clients seriously and thoroughly look into each matter to ensure that we better our client care and promote Internet Local Listings in the best ways possibleThe Contract was sent to [redacted] via [redacted] - a secured gateway for our clients to approve the Contract through so they are well aware of all that will be provided during the time of serviceThis Contract was sent to the Email address submitted with this complaint, [redacted] , signed and returned to Internet Local ListingsIt is not assumed by Internet Local Listings that someone other than [redacted] has access to the email account provided as his ownA representative of our Provisioning Department sent the Contract and received the signed Contract back from [redacted] while on the phone with him the day he signed up for our servicesInternet Local Listings would also like to point out that we do not offer a trial version of our services but can understand that that may be confused with the Month Contract and apologize for any misconception there was at the point of signing upOur goal for every client is to have them ranking on the front page of major Search Engines like [redacted] , ***! and Bing for the city they are located in as well as surrounding areas but we do explain that this takes timeWhen creating the [redacted] Places Page, we are able to enter the zip codes and they should rank in more than the city they are located in over time, again as explained in the ContractAfter only one month of service, the business listing is ranking for keywords in the city that the business is located in which brings great attraction to the zip codes listed in the [redacted] Places PageTo explain in simpler terms, it's like a seed that is planted - once its' roots are firm in the ground, it will start to grow and branch outWe promised the services and products explained in the signed Contract and delivered them within a one month periodAt this point, we are still providing work on the account even though the due payment has not been made so, in other words, we are still working to provide the business listing with even better rankings even though the client has not made the agreed to paymentPlease see the Contract for all stipulations about an account that has entered the Failed Payment statusAgain, we are more than willing to work something our with [redacted] to end the business agreement in good terms but cannot warrant a refund as all promised services and products have been providedInternet Local Listings was paid to deliver these products and services to [redacted] and, as a business, cannot provide a full refund for time and work spent on an account [redacted] was communicating with a member of our Billing Department, [redacted] ***, and will continue to be contacted so that both parties involved can come to an agreementWe hope that [redacted] can understand why a refund is not warranted and ask that Internet Local Listings be able to successfully contact him to resolve this issue

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that you may have experienced due to our phone callsWe pride ourselves on providing second to none customer service to all of our potential clients and current clients and take these reports seriouslyThis has been thoroughly investigated and any people involved in the phone calls that refused to add Ms [redacted] to our Do Not Call list have been reprimanded as it is company policy to ensure that anyone asking to be added to the Do Not Call list is granted their request At this point, the phone number provided in this report has been added to our Do Not Call list but we would also like to provide the following URL: http://www.internetlocallistingsinc.com/do-not-call-list This URL will provide Ms [redacted] with an area where any phone number that she would like added to the Do Not Call list can be added personallyThese phone numbers automatically enter our Do Not Call system and will not be contactedWe would also like to point out, however, that there are several companies that provide the same services that Internet Local Listings does and we cannot be held responsible for these companies contacting youA lot of the messages provide the same information, if not very similar information As far as the money paid on September 16, 2014, the transaction never went through and was voided at Ms [redacted] 's request the same day that the payment was initially madeMs [redacted] never received a receipt for the transaction because it was voided before it was processedA copy of this voided transaction has been sent to Ms [redacted] to clearly show that we did not take any money from her and have not held any money from her We, again, sincerely apologize and thank you for your time and hope that this has resolved any issues that you may have had

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] This resolution does not solve my complaints I was only notified of the initial payment and was told that I would receive bills on a monthly basis, but I never received anything I also never received a contract or statement of any sort explaining what services would be provided Local Listings took it upon themselves to continue charging my debit account monthly with out my knowledge and did not perform any services what so ever I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue only to be asked for more money And further more I have bank statements from February proving they charged my card which is when I then requested my account to be closed There is no way in which a potential customer can find my business when doing a search for Fresno window cleaning I have received no new clients or business as a result of their claimed webpage since it is not as easily accessible as they stated it would be

Again, we would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that has been pressed upon Mr***We have no reason to not add someone to our Do Not Call List as it is not our intention to continue calling and spending time trying to get the business of a potential client that is not interestedWe have been experiencing some technical difficulties with our marketing efforts as we utilize a third party company to transfer phone calls to our Sales ExecutivesWe have contacted the company that we work with to ensure that the phone number provided in this response by Mr***, [redacted] , has been manually added to the Do Not Call List to ensure that the number will no longer be calledWe would like to share that we added the phone number to the Do Not Call List by methods provided to us on February 20, 2015, February 27, and March 9, The issue should no longer persist and we are further pursuing follow up action with the third party marketing company that we utilize to ensure that these issues cease immediately

Internet Local Listings would like to, again, apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused Mr [redacted] and would also like to state that contact was made in order to attempt to resolve these issues with the clientThe date that our response was filed, May 7, 2015, we spoke with Mr [redacted] on the phone to go over the transfer of the domain and hosting so that he could be provided itDuring this phone call, we notified Mr [redacted] that we were not able to purchase the originally selected domain as it had been purchased - at which point he explained that he had purchased itIf a selected domain name is already taken when we attempt to purchase it and set up the website, we make the next best selection for the client and for ranking purposes, which we did at that pointwww.fixyourfloorsphoenix.com is up and live as one of the promised services to the clientWe have also spoken to him several other times past that in order to reach a resolution in which he spoke with members of our Customer Service team as well as our Accounts Receivable departmentThe response written to Mr [redacted] was shared with the Accounts Receivable manager after he told representatives that we promised him a full refund which was not stated in the responseWe would also like to address the matter that has been brought to our attention that we charged Mr [redacted] more than what was agreed to through the contractThe contract has been attached again for review - On page 4, the purchase price is outlined as follows: "Set Up Fee: $& Monthly Fee: $followed by: Total Paid Today (date): 4/29/- $USD charged to account..." MrDombrowksi signed the bottom of that page, as well as all other pages, to acknowledge understanding of the entirety of the contractWe have only charged the client $and have refunded the $that was technically overchargedWe apologize for the inconvenience of charging the extra $and would like to ensure that Mr [redacted] understands that we have only charged him what he had agreed to in the contract that he signed that dayIn closing, although the contract does make the cancellation fee clear, we have agreed to void out the cancellation fee technically owed to us, and agreed to, by Mr [redacted] as a courtesyThe account will not be sent to collections and can be considered Cancelled, owing no further money
