Unbelievable! So, this is the honest truth, God's truth! I never received it neither in my email or spam and never opened it! They are lying! If that was true I would have had codeI never received it! I am so glad there is a Judge, who will judge everyone's actions and hidden secrets at the endI just want to let Revdex.com know, I never received the gift card for *** by mail or electronically.

I do reject the business's comments regarding paying in a timely manner and the inclusion of language in their response regarding fraudulent participants An assumption can be made that this implies I was being fraudulent in my responses to the activity and that could not be farther from the truth I also want to point out that the payment was in August and requested the same day this Revdex.com complaint was submitted The activity the payment was for was completed in good faith in March,weeks would be late May, Early June, which means I waited patiently twice as long as I was originally promised

Hello - Our participants are very important to us and and we make a strong commitment to pay them on time as it is promised. Mrs [redacted] participated in an Invoke session on November 20th 2017 and, as it was mentioned when she signed up for the study, the incentive is scheduled to pe paid in...

about 10 weeks from the date of the session, meaning January 29th 2018. Participating in an Invoke session is optional and those who do not agree with our policy can opt out.  When Mrs. [redacted] signed up to be invited for the study, our 10 weeks payment policy was clearly displayed and included in all the email communications. Also, Mrs. [redacted] did get in touch with our Suport team and they promptly responded to her (we're attaching here a copy of the email discussion). She was told in error that the payment would be sent on January 18th 2018 instead of January 29th 2018, but our team quickly rectified that and apologized for the typo. We understand Mrs [redacted]'s time is valuable and we appreciate her participation in our study. 10 weeks would have been october 9th but when I am sent invoke invitations from Quick thoughts survey panel I will opt out in the future but thank you looking forward to november 9th. smh

[The reply is totally unacceptable and what is provided as an explanation was not a situation previously experienced. Not in the last 4 years.  In addition, I find this reply unprofessional. There is no indication of any remorse or apology. Their internal technical problems are the cause of the issue which they are now trying to cover up with accepting no liability and claim a questionable policy that provides no protection to a panelist who is in fact the one they rely on for profit. Another panel that goes downhill, hopefully, temporarily. They don't care about panelists, since there so many lined up ready to fill up their survey session spots. They have no answer why their customer service did not confirm my Saturday's participation. The issue was not resolved and it was totally their choice. Huge disappointment, but kind of expected.]
