we are just at the 8 week mark and we are responding to emails from participants thru the company support email.  A third party handles paying out the incentives so they are responsible for mailing them not us.

this reward was paid out directly from the panel company last week.  if he has not received then he needs to let us know.  We have not received emails from him as a customer service representative has responded to all open emails that we have received.  As of the 7th was only 4 weeks...

not up to 6 as was indicated in his complaint above.

Email received today states the payment has already been sent, however no such email has been received and no reference of the date or time of this email was provided.  In searching my email box, there is also nothing found under Invoke Research or Virtual Incentive.   I do not believe that any payment has been sent and Invoke Research is providing false information.

As was previously explained to Ms. [redacted], the $40 reward was delivered on December 16, 2016 at 2:02 p.m. to the email provided: [redacted]. Sometimes these emails are pushed into SPAM or junk mail folders.  Virtual Reward Incentives ([redacted]) is the company who handles payments once we release funds.  On Monday, April 3, 2017, Virtual Reward Incentives confirmed that Ms. [redacted]'s reward had, in fact, been delivered to the aol email address on December 16, 2016, but she had not claimed it.  They reissued the reward yesterday because it does not expire.  Once the incentive is transferred to Virtual Reward Incentives, it is up to them to deliver the reward to the email address provided by the participant.  Again, if Ms. [redacted] is still having issues receiving the reward, she needs to contact Virtual Reward Incentives at [redacted] for assistance. Invoke has compensated every respondent that has participated in client surveys.  As we state to all participants, we strive to fulfill incentives within a 10-week period.  Sometimes circumstances occur where unavoidable delay comes into play.  We, unfortunately, also encounter many fraudulent individuals that contribute to payment delays.  However, for over ten years, we have been committed to ensuring that all, honest, participants such as Ms. [redacted] are compensated for their time.  In this case, the payment was not delayed, it was delivered to [redacted], and Ms. [redacted] failed to claim it.  She has the opportunity to claim the newly issued reward at her convenience.
