Dear Ms***,
This letter is in regard to Ms***’s membership with It’s Just Lunch (IJL)She purchased a membership on 12/20/This membership entitled her to six months of active membership time for a cost of $2,000.00.
Our memberships are intended to introduce single people to other single people using the qualities discussed in each client’s interview as a guidelineWe arrange the date for our clientsWe start by calling the client and describing the potential date to themWe ask for the dates and times they would be available to meetAfter we continue this process with the other party, we find a date that works for both clients and schedule a dateThen we contact the restaurant to make a reservationAt that point we contact both clients to give them the details about when and where they will be meetingWe have been successfully doing this for the past years
Once the date has happened, we contact the client, or the client can contact us, with their specific feedbackThe feedback is used to guide the matchmakers in the matching process
On December 30, 2013, she gave feedback regarding her first introduction, PremShe stated he was, “OK, not her typeHe travels two months at a time, she cannot,” also that he was, “socially awkward, OK conversation but strained.”
On January 3, 2014, she gave feedback regarding her second introduction, DavidShe stated, “It was good, very nice, and easy to talk toHe was not her style but interests were similar.”
On January 17, 2014, she had a date scheduled with her third introduction, GeoffShe has not given us feedback about this date
On February 10, 2014, she gave feedback regarding her forth introduction, RickShe stated, “OK, nice guy.”
On February 10, 2014, she gave feedback regarding her fifth introduction, JeffShe stated, “OK, not a match, was quieter and not attracted to him.” She thought he was a good conversationalist and asked for someone more educated and career oriented
On February 13, 2014, she gave feedback regarding her sixth introduction, BrianShe stated, “OK, he’s really nice but not at all her typeNot attracted, too religious, too judgmental.” During this call, she stated she was upset about the men she was being introduced to She was then transferred to her matchmaker, ***During their conversation, they decided we would focus our efforts on finding men who were active, fun, fit, had a good sense of humor and were interestingUsing these focus points as a guide, *** told Ms*** about one of her clients, Vince and encouraged her to meet himThe call ended with Ms*** stating she wanted to think about moving forward and she would call us back to discuss on February 20,
On February 15, 2014, Ms*** filed a complaint regarding her membershipShe is asking for a refund of her membership fee
Ms***’s feedback does not really specify that the men selected are “dismal”The feedback appears that she just has not yet been attracted to one of her datesShe is early in her membership and still has months to date with usOn February 10th we received her most constructive feedback regarding the direction she would like us to take with her matchesWe are more than happy to continue working on finding educated men who are career focusedIf she would like to set up a phone consultation with a matchmaker, or her coordinator, to review her preferences we would be more than happy to set that upWe know that from time to time dating can be difficultWe are hopeful the next man we introduce to her will result in a successful date.
Ms***’s membership agreement states IJL does not offer refundsWe have provided Ms*** with matches per the agreement and can continue to do so. For these reasons, her request for a refund is being denied
We would like to continue working on finding more dates for Ms***At the time, we will be providing Ms*** with weeks of hold time and will be placing her membership on a complimentary hold while the Revdex.com helps to resolve this matter.
We are looking forward to working with Ms*** in the futureUnless we hear differently from the Revdex.com, we will start coordinating dates for her on 4/27/

We find this complaint very confusing given that Ms*** is claiming she has received no service from us when in fact we have been working closely with her and have been providing the service to her as contracted for the last monthsMs***'s month membership has reached its expiration at this point, so in order to continue her service, she would have to extend her agreement
We will reach out to Ms*** to clarify any confusion and offer her her options to move forward with a second membership

My complaint is they sell the service as something other than it is- they pretend they are an upscale matchmaking service that knows how to match like individuals and that they have thousands of available matches when in fact they are nothing more than an online dating service- they took 3200.00dollars and gave me matches in months- really? Each match was so off it was extremely uncomfortable and I asked for a refund a couple weeks into it because I quickly realized what a scam- I also know from talking to the people I metThat I wasn't the only person that felt this way- these people need to be put out of business

We want to re-emphasize that our team worked diligently to select gentlemen for Ms***, unfortunately, she chose not to meet all individualsWe encourage our clients to take every introduction our team selects for them, in an effort to maximize their membershipWe find that clients who trust the process and the experience of their matchmaking team will usually have more success
I know that in the dates that Ms*** did have, there was at least one gentleman that she really liked, exchanged phone numbers with and would have seen againOf course we cannot guarantee that our clients will find love through this process, we certainly were attentive to Ms***'s feedback and did our best to find her a great match

I really love IJL because I get to meet great women and try some fantastic new restaurants at the same time! The service is wonderful, and personalized to the type of women I am interested to meet They even send confirmation e-mails to help me keep my calendar straight with the abundance of dates I am very happy that I joined!

whichever comes lastThe following day March 14th she was contacted to welcome her aboard and start the process and followed up with again march 15th at which time she was welcomed and started working with her matchmakerHer Initial Dating Coaching session was scheduled for March 17th at 12pm and her first match was presented the same day she was welcomed, March 15th March 16th her first date was scheduled for March 28th with ***IJL attempted to contact the consumer at the scheduled time multiple times and the call was not answeredHer session was then rescheduled for March 21st
Her date was also rescheduled from March 28th to March 29th on March 18th The consumer did not attend her scheduled Dating Coaching session which based on her membership agreement signed when she initially joined IJL forfeits the sessionIf she would like to reschedule there is a fee surrounding a reschedule of this appointmentIJL has provided the services under the terms of the consumer's membership agreementWe are currently in the search and select process for her next match and will contact her once her next match is availableWe look forward to working with the consumer and providing a positive dating experienceThank you

Mike was scheduled to call me on March at noon and did not call as I stated in my original complaintThat was to be my first contact with himI was also scheduled to have a coaching session with Sheri after the call with MikeI did not receive a call from Sheri either
I received a scheduled call from Heather on March at 5:30pm via FaceTime at which time my photograph was taken and I showed my driver's license to the cameraAfter this call I received a request from Heather to fill out a feedback form regarding our callIt was filled out by me as all positive
My date with Allan was originally scheduled for March 21, not March I rescheduled for March There were no unreturned calls from me to IJLIn fact, I initiated most calls and complained to Mike that he does not return calls
I initiated a scheduled coach dating session for 9:15am with Sheri on March I requested this coaching call from MikeSheri did follow through
I have documented communication between me and IJL employees providing evidence that my statements are all correct I will gladly forward them
IJL has not responded to my complaints regarding my and Allan's incorrect profiles which they posted
IJL did not respond to my request to Mike regarding whether or not Allan was Jewish
IJL did not respond regarding my email to customer serviceI received an email from customer service saying I would receive a phone callI did not get a call
I am amazed by the statements and disregard related to some of my complaintsShort of actually accusing me of misrepresentation, IJL's lack of professionalism and integrity in response to my very clear complaints convinces me even further that this is a company to avoid As I stated previously, I have correspondence I can forward validating my complaintsThe best outcome will be cancellation of contract effective immediately and a full $refundI cannot put my trust in a company which operates in this manner

I've been with IJL for about six monthsMost of the dates I've been on went well and the women were decent people unlike the people you meet on all of those free sitesI may not have meet the right person yet but I had a good time going out on the dates

My roof was replaced by a local contractor in who purchased shingles produced by AtlasThose shingles did not seal properly despite all required conditions being metAtlas paid for a complete package of new roofing material, which was install in Recently (2016), a severe storm tore a few shingles from the roofWhen the local contractor came out to replace those shingles, he noted that all the shingles were wearing an an accelerated pace for 30-year shinglesAtlas' new policy is that contractors cannot file claims on behalf of their customers; the customer has to fileMeeting the requirements to file claim were extensive, but reasonable to ensure Atlas was not being subjected to a scamA few of the requirements were difficult to meet due to the time period involved (the original supplier business was under new ownership and name, records were not kept by the supplier nor the contractor more than years)However, sufficient alternative documents existed and found acceptable to AtlasOnce all claim requirements were met, Atlas representative *** ** *** agreed that the wear was excessive and immediately issued a pro-rated check IAW the stated warranty

ILJ is a great opportunity to meet people with similar goals and valuesTheir service is exceptional with working to find quality matches and making all the arrangements to great locations, including handling any times when you need to reschedule a dateWhile I have not met my true match yet, I look forward to hearing from them as they continue to explore additional potential matches and I continue to meet people

Everyone at It's Just Lunch-Milwaukee has been friendly and supportive throughout this new journey! I appreciate their responsiveness each time I call the office Diana and Kelly are wonderful!

My experience with It's Just Lunch, Washington DC was very positive Everyone there from the matchmakers to the date coordinators was highly engaged and committed to a successful outcome for me I am a believer in their processThey responded well to feedback and over time the more information I gave them to work with, the better my dates becameThe caliber of their clients is also impressive A big shout-out to my matchmaker Patti, to Nicole who coordinated many great dates for me, and to Chelsea who coordinated my last and best one!

I would highly recommend any single person to join IJL The best part is not only having the opportunity to meet new and different people but that IJL does all the work for you and you just have to show up They coordinate a date that works for both individuals, make the lunch/dinner reservation, email a confirmation and you just go and have fun The staff at IJL is so friendly and upbeat and honestly want to make every meeting a positive one for singles They work hard at achieving the ultimate goal of finding the right match by finding out as much as possible about your wants and needs and reach out for feedback after each date It has been a pleasure to be part of IJL and I wish you all the best of luck in finding the perfect match!

I have to say it took a while but I met y wife through It's Just LunchMy matchmaker told me it would only take one person and she was rightWell worth hanging in thereI wouldn't want to date any other way because online was really horrible

We regret any dissatisfaction the Consumer may have experienced. However, we wish to correct the statements that Consumer provided in her comments.The Consumer claims that there are no matches in her area, which is not accurate. In fact, the Consumer has attended one date and
received two other matches. TheConsumer provided positive feedback for the date she attended.With respect to the matches the Consumer received, each date was carefully selected per IJL standards, was well coordinated by the dating director and, met many of the key parameters the Consumer discussed with IJL. IJL truly hopes our clients will connect, however, personality and attractiveness are subjective to eachindividual. IJL works to introduce its clients to other IJL clients and participants, who based upon IJL's interactions with each, IJL believes is a good matchAll of the matches IJL presented to the Consumer, are very good matches for her.IJL has contacted the Consumer to resolve her concerns and will assign a new dating director to handle her membership
