We apologized to customer for the late arrival of his purchases but it was due to issues with our carrierWe were unable to cancel order when we requested as it was reshipped alreadyWe have now sent a Rma to customer for the return of the product and once it is returned we will refund him the full amount

Hi,The reason customer has not received a refund is because he has not returned the defective item.We sent them a return label but they have not shipped it to us.Customer is stating that they would not like a refund , they only want a replacementsince they purchased a product replacement plan we guaranteed them a replacementHowever the guarantee is that they will get a replacement only if still in stock otherwise a refund would have to be sentWe cannot send a replacement if we do not have them in stock anymore.As soon as we receive the defective items we will issue a refund.We apologize for the inconvenience
