We emailed customer to resolve the issue and we are confirming the defect first.

Order was sent regular mail on 9/25 and unfortunately was not received. We have offered the customer a full refund or a reship.

Hi,The reason customer has not received a refund is because he has not returned the defective item.We sent them a return label but they have not shipped it to us.Customer is stating that they would not like a refund , they only want a replacement. since they purchased a product replacement plan we...

guaranteed them a replacement. However the guarantee is that they will get a replacement only if still in stock otherwise a refund would have to be sent. We cannot send a replacement if we do not have them in stock anymore.As soon as we receive the defective items we will issue a refund.We apologize for the inconvenience.

It seems as though the carrier may have lost your order. We did ship it out and there is a possibility it may still arrive. In the meantime I have refunded you in full.

As their statement is...

"technically" correct, I will accept.  However; This company was fraudulent on many accounts.  Providing fake shipment numbers and giving false information, they took my money immediately and did not ship out the products.  When contacted they continued to lie with no intent on sending me the last two pairs of headphones.  It wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com and escalated the situation that they FINALLY shipped, ONE of the headphones.  They did give me a refund for the last pair of headphones - because ironically, a month later, the "product wasn't available".  I would HIGHLY recommend consumers to stay FAR AWAY from this fraudulent company.  This is a very poorly driven company that does not care about their customers.
