We sincerely apologize for this delayThe order was shipped and there was an issue with ***, that is why it is delayedThe item shipped and is in transit - Expected delivery date is 8/22/But we have issued a full refund to make up for the delay

We apologized to customer that a return label was not created so we provided a rma and a prepaid label for the items to be reshipped/refunded

because:
I waited until the end of the day to file this because as expected the package did not arrive, but I thought once again I would give them the benefit of the doubt, if you will notice they say delivery is "scheduled" today; however they purposely fail to provide a tracking number, and I guarantee you that they do not have a valid tracking number to provide, this was simply another effort to stall this processAnd unless they can provide me with a valid tracking number (which I have already requested once and received no reply hence why I have filed this complaint.) I will accept no less than a full refund from this companyI am starting an additional complaint process with the New Jersey office of consumer protection as a feel this company is very deceptive in its business practices and needs to be taken to task over it, a cursory review of their website via any search engine will yield a multitude of negative complaints and stories concerning this company

I am deeply sorry for this bad experienceWe generally ship our orders very much on time! This specific order was part of a batch that I was personally communicating about with our contact person at DHLThey had CONFIRMED with us that they received the original package that was sent out on 12/6/- but they could not trace the package, because it was not scannedWe reshipped the order on 12/17/- before you requested a cancellation of your order.Estimated delivery is now showing on 12/26/- I can assure you though, that many times orders are delivered earlier than expectedPlease email *** as soon as the order is delivered so she can start the return procedure for you immediately

Apologized that they received defective item and we offered a rma and a shipping label for it to be returned and then we will refund the full amount
