We do not accept returns, this order was placed 4 months ago. We took it back and replaced it as a courtesy. According to the reasoning of this customer, the headphones won't pair but we clearly advertised them with this description: urBeats built-in mic lets you talk hands-free on your HTC...

I am rejecting this response because:The position that Apple cannot tell if a product is real because it was from "outside USA" is ridiculous. Apple is a global company that manufactures and sells products everywhere in the world. Also the claim that the product is real but doesn't come with warranty is also a clear sign that the business is trying to hide the fact that this is a fake productI believe this business' practices are illegal and anti consumer and they should be held accountable.
