Jet.com reached out to the police department in Mr***’s town and was informed that as long as Mr*** has a tracking number that shows the package was delivered, a police report may be filedIf Mr*** reaches out to the local police department with the tracking number and is told that he cannot file a report, Jet.com requests that Mr*** provide the name and number of the officer he spoke with and Jet.com will reach out and confirm thisOnce Mr*** has filed the police report or has the name and phone number of the officer he spoke with, he may reach out to Jet.com’s refund department with the police report number by email at *** ** ** *** ** ***

Unfortunately, the $promotional code that Ms* *** was trying to use is only valid on first time orders (which is stated in the promotional advertisement)Ms* *** had already placed two previous orders (*** and ***) on Jet so we are not able to apply
the promotional code.Ms* *** is correct that our minute cancellation window is not currently stated on our websiteJet is actively working to update that informationWe have also added a notice to the bottom of every confirmation order email that states if changes need to be made, the member must call our Jet Head team within minutes (see attached). Because this was not explicitly stated at the time of Ms* ***’s purchase, Jet has refunded the entirety of her order and Ms* *** is not required to return the purchase

We apologize that Mr*** feels that Jet’s Member Savings are somehow deceptive or misleadingMembers can see the amount of item savings at any time in their account by clicking on the “Show Price Details” next to the item purchasedMembers can also see total saving amounts for

Jet.com does apologize for the experience Ms*** has had with her orderJet did attempt to contact our trusted retail partner that was fulfilling the order twice to try to receive proper tracking for the orderOn May 27th, 2016, Ms*** was refunded the amount of $Which
unfortunately was for the wrong item, but on May 26th, 2016, she was offered a JetCredit to make up the difference between the itemsMs*** told the JetHead that the credit was sufficient and she would accept that as a resolution. iI am rejecting this response because:I finally received my refund weeks later, but this company is still advertising a product they do not have and sending customers a cheaper product This is called bait and switch This is costing customers undue cost Because you can only ship back by *** They need to take these items off their websiteThey need to advertise the real product they are selling This dollar credit does me no good because I already told them I would not order from them again due to their bait and switch techniques and their unprofessional dealing with a problem

*** *** placed the order for the 3D Robotics Solo Aerial Smart Drone on February 14th, On the 15th of February *** *** reached out to Jet.com once asking if the package could be expedited and another time asking for the item to be canceledJet customer service explained that Jet.com
does not offer expedited shipping and orders can only be canceled minutes after the order has been placedOnce that widow has passed an order cannot be canceled*** *** then contacted Jet.com on October 11th, asking why the price of the item had dropped and provided a link to a drone that he wanted Jet to price match, but the link he sent in was not for the same drone model he had purchased back in February On October 14th, *** *** contacted Jet.com claiming that the drone is faulty and is no longer working properlyJet informed *** *** that returns cannot be accepted for items that are past the 30-day return window and was provided a link to the manufactures warranty policy to see if the manufactures would be able to replace the drone. Jet.com would like to apologize to Mr*** for the inconvenience of the incorrect item received, and the return processJet.com began investigating the return once the return tracking information was provided to us on 12/15/Jet.com then contacted the direct merchant to verify if they
had received the item backAs of 1/5/15, Mr*** has been refunded for the *** Sunglasses in the amount of $Per Mr*** request, we have removed him from all of our promotional offers and emails

Jet did experience a higher than anticipated volume at the launch of our new site which did cause delays in some of our members ordersJet feels terrible about this as this is not the experience we want for our membersJet cancelled the order at Mr*** request. When an
order is placed on the Jet website, a few pending authorizations that add up to the total order amount can be placed on a members card until the order shipsOnce Mr*** order was cancelled, Jet immediately released the pending authorizationsUnfortunately, those authorizations can take anywhere from 4-business days to fall off depending on the financial institution of the memberThe pending authorizations for Mr*** were removed within business daysMr*** was offered a credit for the inconvenience from one of our Jet Head’s but he turned that downOur intention was never to aggravate or frustrate Mr*** and Jet is very sorry that he had this experienceMr*** was in contact with our executive level Chief Customer Officer for final resolution of his concerns

the refund was processed on 12/28/ This is business days from the time the return was received Depending on *** ***'s financial institution, he will see the refund posted back to his account within 2-business days of processing *** *** also used a promotional code on this order, and Jet has added that back to his account so he may use it on a future purchase

We sincerely apologize about the incorrect tracking information Mr*** receivedAfter we were informed of the incorrect tracking, we contacted our trusted retail partner asking for the correct tracking informationOnce we discovered that the new tracking information provided was incorrect
for a second time, we reached back out to the trusted retail partner regarding the same issueThe merchant then reached out to their warehouse to find out what was happening with the orderWe did not hear back from the merchant the following day, so we called them againThey stated that the refund would be processed because they had come to the conclusion that the item was delivered to the wrong addressOn February 16, 2016, Mr*** was refunded in full ($399.99) back to the card he purchased the TV onThe refund can take 3-business days to appear back in his account, depending on his financial institutionAgain, we apologize about Mr***’s experience and any inconvenience this has caused himIf Mr*** has any further concerns, he is welcome to contact us by phone at *** or by email at ***

If you are going to close this than don't end with Jet.coms new lie rebuttalI want to add AGAIN that I never received tracking for this itemAs I stated, on Tuesday instead of getting tracking, I was told the rep was "able to see" it would be delivered WEDNESDAYA police report can be filed by *** not the person who has never seen the packageThese people are liars, please warn others. If THEY want a police report filed, it has to be filed by *** not meI paid for this item and I never received itThis website is irresponsible and should have asked for a signature! I was at home wasting my time ALL WEDNESDAYThey gave NO PROOF it was delivered or of trackingIF this scam artist website has tracking that says it was DELIVERED, then *** has to compensate them by the insurance they put on the item not receivedTHEN *** WOULD Either FILE a police report or notBoth *** and Law enforcement say the same. These people want my money and the compensation from *** tooI should have realized they are ghetto scammers when my Bank flagged themNever again! and I have already put reviews in to warn others
