The contractor, Travis M. worked hard and efficiently, and a nice person to work with. He is also knowledgeable.

In response to the other company's findings, the General Manager requested the homeowner to provide the invoice stating the diagnosis and payment.  The client would not provide a copy.  There is no evidence to support the complaint.  However, in good faith, Sobieski agrees to submit a reimbursement check in the amount of $105.00 to the client as requested.  The request will be sent for approval today, 02/19/16, and the check will be mailed to the client once approved.  The checks are processed weekly, and may take 7-14 business days to be approved and generated.

[redacted] of Sobieski Services notified me of his pending arrival ahead of time. He was very efficient and got about installing a new part for my A/C condenser. I asked him questions as he was working and he was very friendly and answered my questions as he continued to install the new part. He finished the installation and then did a completion check to insure that all was OK. Then he completed the necessary billing paperwork and the job was completed. He also provided additional information on my HVAC system that was very informative and useful.

Khalid came out today for annual fall inspection of my heat pump. I found him punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable, about my system. Very good at explaining how the system runs. Great service!

We signed up for the annual heating and cooling maintenance program.
Second year. The same technician came both time, which I liked.
Technician arrived within the time frame given, was very professional and knowledgeable.
Provided heating and cooling tips to keeping our home in the proper climate and keep cost down.
Recommended accessories.

I did have areas of concern in the past with whoever was scheduling appointments but was ok this visit

On time, clean, courteous. The appointment was easily arranged and I received a reminder call a couple of days before as well as the morning of the appointment. Josh arrived right on time and explained what he was about to do (winter HVAC system check) and set about to do the job. He spend considerable time--well over an hour--checking everything out. When done he explained the checked off items on the extensive checklist. All was okay, but he did mark an item to be watched for the next time. He suggested re-upping my contract for the next year which still had two months to go. I re-upped. Good service and peace of mind!

Khalid, Was so very kind and nice. Showed me how to install the filter in the right way. Had so many questions and he took his time to explained everything. Such a great and kind man.

Easy to make an appointment for service.
If you have the lifetime warranty, your service calls are much cheaper.
Friendly staff.
They answer their phone versus you having to leave messages for service.
Have been happy with their work thus far.

Khalid A. did a very thorough job of explaining what he was doing in terms of maintenance on our heating system. He was on time, conscientious of keeping his work area neat (wore booties over his shoes) and explained thoroughly different things we can do to ensure the efficiency of our HVAC system. Definitely recommend this service technician and his company.

Service Rep arrived on time and was professional and polite.
Examined our HVAC unit. No problem found.
I was informed how to best run my zone heating and cooling system taking more advantage of it and hopefully reduce our monthly cost.
I was informed of other offers I could take advantage of.
I have a maintenance agreement with the company and plan to continue with the agreement.

Very professional. Travis did a great job!! He was very thoughtful and every time he left and came back into the house he put the covers on his shoes. He was very informative as well. Let me know things I should look out for and what things that were important to my system.

As always Sobieski delivers. Easy to make appointment, Technician arrived right on time, Josh was very polite and seemed very knowledgable. He was very quite in performing the annual maintenance on my heating system and after he was completed, he let owe know his findings. I have been a customer with Sobieski for several years now and never have had a bad experience, would recommend to all.
