Polite and on time.

Prompt and courteous.

[redacted]. did a great job!. He was on time, identified himself, cleanly dressed. Explained what he was going to do and went to work. Explained his findings. Offered a new filter and also to reenroll in the maintenance plan so as to keep coverage. He was polite and e3fficient and friendly. Great job!!

Khalid was very helpful. He indicated helpful tips in regards to things I needed to perform for maintaining my HVAC and water heater. He provided all options available to me.

Excellent service team arrived in home and solved everything pronto

Mr. Khalid is a very nice professional in AC. He carefully checked all components and the provided very valuable advice for routine maintenance for AC.

Khalid A services our HVAC systems today. He did an excellent job checking and cleaning both of our AC systems. He is a competent, personable tech who explained every facet of the items he checked. He found and corrected a number of items that required attention, cleaned the outdoor components and suggested a number of upgrades to our system.
I would like to be able to request that Kahlil be assigned to service our HVAC systems in the future.

Seemed to know what he was doing. Was on time. Made additional suggestions that would be to my benefit.

I'm not sure why [redacted] is wording this issue in her own words BUT [redacted] (technician) and I know what conversation took place. My a/c did not work for approx. 1 month, it worked for 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. Due to my work schedule (working doubles) I didn't get to call back in with my complaint until "1" month later, which I explained when I called in. My daughter & g-baby had to stay with a friend while I suffered in the extremely hot house due to the heat wave. [redacted] (tech) explained the issues & said he could repair it but I would eventually need a new a/c. He said I also see that you are selling your house & it doesn't make sense to purchase a new a/c  & the repair will be fine. I asked how much & he said $1140. I said I can't afford that then he made a call & said can I do $847. I also stated several times that I will just go buy window a/c's. I asked if I paid the $847 will my a/c get me through the summer with knowing that I will need to replace a/c soon. He said "YES" & I will also show you how to adjust your thermostat. My 2nd question was can I make 2 payments. I'll pay $500 upfront & the difference in 2 weeks. He said yes. When he came back & completed the work, he said I did the repair & you are all good & showed me how to work thermostat & explained instead of charging you the $847 i'm only gonna charge you $500 & instead of 3 year warranty i'll give you a 1 year warranty. I had no knowledge of what him & his employer discussed. I was prepared to pay the $847. I think he stuck his foot in his mouth when he guaranteed me & realized once he started doing repair that he messed up on what he said but brushed it off by lowering the price. Nobody in their right mind will pay $500 for a repair that will only last 1-2 weeks. When [redacted] came out the 2nd time & stated what was wrong, I said that's the same thing you said the last time. He said yes.. & was quick to say you can use the $500 as a credit towards a new a/c & you can finance it. I said how much & he said a few hundred more. I later learned it would be thousands more. & that upset me. If that's not the price it's not the price but I was not "adamant" on only paying $1000. I was just "clearly" stating what I was told.
[redacted] called me on Friday July 29th apologizing for giving me the wrong price on the a/c. I told him we all make mistakes, apology accepted. However, you told me that my a/c would get me through the summer but it didn't and now I am out of $500 in addition to $400 more because I had to purchase window a/c's. He apologized again & said he was putting in for me to get a full refund of my money. I called the office today (August 1st) to follow up with our convo and they said they can only talk to Revdex.com since I reported them. Now if my story is not accurate then why is [redacted] reaching back out to apologize? I am over him quoting me the wrong price for a/c, I have now purchased window a/c's. I am NOT ok with being cheated out of my $500. [redacted] messed up & things happen but [redacted] clearly wants to make me seem like a liar. I don't want any trouble, I just want my money back.

We had an 8:00 appointment becaue we didn't want to have to wait all day for the person to show up. There was an emergency at another customer so we were told that the plumber would be here later within a time window that was rather wide--just the thing we wanted to avoid. He did show up near the end of the window. That was a bit of a negative. Once he got here however, everything went smoothly and we were pleased with the service.

[redacted] did a great job for me. He was extremely professional and courteous. Thank you for all your help!

Khalid was friendly, thorough, and answered all our questions during our annual furnace tune-up.

from the first phone call to the completion of service, sobieski's work was done well, and everyone was very professional and polite. my home was respected, and they cleaned up after the job was completed so I didnt have to do it. their prices were good and the attitude of their employees was great. I am so pleased I picked their company to install my 2 zone heating and cooling systems.

[redacted]. of Sobieski Services did an excellent job during two recent HVAC service visits. He was extremely thorough and polite. I would recommend this business.

Sobieski has been our choice for almost 10 years. Whenever we had a question or a problem the team has always been professional, friendly and responded in a short period of time. If the person on the phone doesn't have the answer they make sure they call us back with the information or the appropriate person will call back within 24 hours. Most recent contact was with Shannon O. Thanks to Shannon for your attention to detail and taking the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The team that came to our house was also great. They explained the work they were going to do and put on shoe protectors before walking through the house. When the work was done they reviewed everything and answered any questions. We are very pleased with the outstanding service from Sobieski!

Khalid A serviced the A/C at my home and my daughter's home. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he would be doing. He did an excellent job on both of the units. He did some extra things that most service personnel would not do, which was very appreciated. I would not hesitate to request Khalid for my next service appointment or if I experienced a service problem.

Had annual A/C inspection. [redacted] did a great job. Very professional and thorough and explained all that he did. Great asset to Sobieski.
