I purchased a house when I moved to Delaware from Pennsylvania that had the HVAC installed by Sobieski. I decided to contract with them for my annual inspection of my HVAC. Zach came and did the inspection. After I told him of my concerns with the humidity he recommended an installation of a humidifying system to take care of my concerns. It was installed by Zach yesterday. He was very professional and courteous and seems to have done a very good job.

[redacted] is very thorough in his maintenance service explaining all the aspects of the system he has inspected. We have been trying to get a system upgrade through Sobieski for several years with no response. [redacted] is now on the case and hopefully we can get all aspects of the request answered.

Have only gotten an estimate at this point but, Mike was on time and knowledgeable. His inspection of the work I am requesting was very professional and he was able to write up an estimate in only a few minutes. Still waiting for other estimates to be done before I select the company to do my work

I have been using Sobieski for years because of the quality of their service. A technician, Khalid A[redacted] came today for a maintanence check. He was very professional and friendly. I am a woman living alone and am not always comfortable with service people.
He was easy to talk to while doing his work-explained everything he was doing and found an easy fix for a vent problem I've had for years.
He derves recognition for a job well done

Calls to the company for service were answered promptly, call center staff quickly understood my problem, service rep arrived the next day (my call for service was made at or around 5 PM the day prior), service rep repaired what he could immediately, and once another part is available - final repairs will be concluded.

Khalid arrived on time for our annual heater service and did an excellent job. He brought to my attention various options available to enhance our heater in a non-pushy way and left all the information with me to review.

Had technician Scott B. at our residence again. Prompt, courteous and friendly as always. Always does a great job and goes the extra mile.

Very positive experience with Sobieski. Matt and Andy came to the house to repair a leaky pipe in the basement. While on the job they noticed a leak from a shut off valve. I agreed to have both valves replaced as well. The work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price which was quoted to me before the job was started. Keep in mind that plumbers are not inexpensive but they arrive on time, with a fully stocked truck, and are ready to start your job.

Josh D[redacted] was very professional and helped me understand my system better. He pointed out different things I could do to help my system run better and last longer. At the first sign of trouble I will request to have him resolve the problem.

I have always had a positive experience with the team, especially the home technician "Zach" who has assisted me with both AC and Heating issues.
