I am sorry for the bad experience but we received your application from *** *** on 5/20/when you applied to refinance a kia or hyundai with VIN of *** Unfortunately there was a bad character in the VIN and we were unable to decode the VIN On their site
you agreed to their terms and service which allowed them to forward to us because they are not a lender Also multiple inquiries in a day period have no effect on your credit score You can search yourself but here is an article from Experian talking about multiple inquiries in a day period (http://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/impact-on-credit-scores-of-inquiries... We are only an auto lender so any inquiries for auto credit will not have subsequent effect on your score in a short period Finally we have not rejected any request from you as the email you sent this morning to our feedback email, has an address that is over year old so I assume the USPS refused to forward the letter Our current address is *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** Since we received your application from *** *** and it was for a valid request of credit we cannot remove the inquiry Again I am sorry for your inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: I do understand what you were saying the reason I'm frustrated is because you preapproved me based on the information I provided on the website for certain amount only to go back and say no we only can do this amount One call Main had originally approved me for five So when I went into do the loan they told me it was lowered to seven So can you understand my frustration It would make me happy if you guys could at least lower my interest rate a small amount I believe I'm at right now if you could lower it to that would make me happier . I am sorry for the confusion but we did drop the ball. In your case the Note and security agreement (NSA) that you signed is a final document (attached to the response). However we did call and get a new payoff but we failed to get new signed documents from you, so the new amount
should have never come into play. We unfortunately issued to Exeter the lower payoff amount of $15,799.42. When your brought to our attention the mistake, we issued another check for $to CarFinance to pay down your new loan so the full $16,(which is on the signed NSA) has been paid on your account. Unfortunately your payment will be at the amount that you signed on your NSA because we have now paid the full $16,on your behalf (the checks are attached as well). The second check hasn't cleared yet but should this week. Again I am sorry for the mistake but the moment you notified us of the error we issue a new check for the balance of the payment. So everything should be whole based on your signed NSA and I can offer you a $gift card to account for the $that was shorted on your account

First of all I am sorry we were unable to help you at this time We gain nothing by starting the process and not closing a loan, so its disappointing for us as well Let me address each one of your concerns separately 1) You originally applied to us from the *** *** site

*** *** I've asked that the inquiry be removed from my credit as I did not authorize many companies/banks or give permission to run my creditThe representative I spoke with said that it had gone to four different banksIn the response, Open Roads Lending failed to acknowledge a resolution or acknowledge my solution of removing the inquiring as I did call in within minutes of noticing that it submitted and I called this morning as wellBy withdrawing the application, does that remove the inquiries? If not, I would like them removed as soon as possible, again as I did not authorize this

I am sorry for the confusion but the reason we pulled your wife's credit is because the applicant is listed as Sheila Moctezuma and no one else So technically you are not a party to this application I have attached the adverse action letter as proof we only got your wife as the
applicant If we sent you the flier then you are the one we have pre-approved based on your credit but we do not know what kind of car you have or how much money you make That is why we need to get a complete application So if you intended to apply then you can complete another application but remember the vehicle needs to be years or newer and with less than 100,miles Again I am sorry we were unable to help you at this time
