I am sorry we were unable to help you but we do not admit we ran your credit unnecessarily. We first try to see if you qualify based on your credit. Once we do, we validate that your vehicle fits within our loan to value guidelines. In your case, we validated that your credit
profile was sufficient. Next we validated the amount you owed which was almost $11,but the value of your vehicle was only $5,200. The Loan to value was over 200% and our max is only at 160%. So unfortunately were unable to help you out. If you were able to pay down your loan then we could help but the current LTV is too high for our programs

I am rejecting this response because: After almost weeks, I haven't received a bill for an auto loan that was advertised with 98% customer satisfaction, and it turns out a simple search of the mystery company that now has my loan shows that over 90% of customers are unhappy and they have given me no way to pay a bill that is still accruing interest!!! They have owed me a refund for weeks because I made a payment before the loan was paid off, and I had to file a Revdex.com complaint to make them recognize this. They lured me in with the idea of a speedy process and money savings, and almost months later, I am having to fight with these dishonest people just to get a bill and contact from the actual lender! This is totally unacceptable for such a "reputable" organization.Why are you advertising a bank (***) with an "A+" when over 90% of customers are unhappy???Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:As stated, I had asked ***, the person assisting us with the refinance, if we could register the vehicle on April 6th and still meet the deadline for all of the paperworkShe said yesShe informed us on the 9th that that was not the case and she was incorrect previouslyHad we been informed correctly by your representatives, we would have had the refinance completeThis error has cost us to not be able to save close to $10,This was why we directly asked her if we could register the car on the 6th and still have enough timeYour employee's negligence and inability to provide accurate information caused this

Nothing disputed since last filing other than Mr*** doesnt accept our side of the story We received his application from *** *** and he gave them permissible purpose to pass on the information and have us pull credit His dispute should be with *** *** on sharing his information

I rejected because my personal information got compromise, open road lending share my personal information with RoadloansAn agent with the name of *** *** *** call me telling me than they had approved my loan and they will be sent me paperwork in a second e-mailmy question is how come this company roadloans got my address and social security numberin this case I am blaming the company Open Road Lending for sharing my personal information without my authorization

This may be true that the consumer has had consistent employment over years but with several employersGiven his current credit situation (low fico, tradelines, etc) job stability is importantOur requirements for this credit tier must have a minimum of months consecutive employment so he is welcome to reapply in more months of employment with his current employerI am sorry for this misunderstanding

I am not sure what the complaint is as we have you approved for a loan that is almost 3% lower than you currently are paying and you dont need $21,as your car loan is for less than $18, We have spoken to you about going forward with the loan but we are waiting for *** *** (your

So in other words screw me and my wife's credit, I applied for your company not agreed for YOU to send my information all over the place and run my credit multiple times (or in this case my wife's)That the inquiries are not going to be as hard on our credit; that's YOUR PERSPECTIVENO ONE GUARANTEES ME THATYour partners are running my credit multiple times, calling me because I TRUSTED YOU WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATIONAnd all I get from the company is too bad so sadIf you don't want to remove your inquiry that's fine, but your partners you should because if I wanted to apply with them I would'veThey are running my information which they have no authorization or permission because you have them that right as soon as I trusted your company with my information

I am sorry we didnt handle your situation with the utmost professional attention. Most people state we dont communicate enough so I apologize if we did too much. Your email has been removed and your loan application has been withdrawn. We cant delete data for audit and compliance
reasons. In fairness, we approved you for a rate that was 14% lower than your current rate so our agent was a excited to save you money but we will address how they handled your situation. Also we have funded almost $billion dollars in auto loans so I can assure you we have more than people and take our Revdex.com rating quite serious. I am sorry for your poor experience

Responding back to Auto Refinance, The phone number that I called was ###-###-#### and it says to hit opt I called doing that and not doing opt and it would send me to the same peopleThey would not give any names, very rude and would hang up every time I called I’m still bothered that someone out there has all my information on my car loanIf you need the flyer that was mailed to me let me know, I have it Thank you for responding back

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** distinctively told me that he has worked for your company for years and this buffer policy was only in use for part of his time there. I have contacted my state dealer association and that is not common practice. I contacted a bank, a credit union and a auto finance company and it isn't something they do eitherBoth you and I collect funds to payoff vehicle accounts to obtain title so we aren't necessarily apples to oranges. *** *** also distinctly told me that he was SHOCKED that the interest rate was higher because of $430.00 The adjusted value of the vehicle with the options and the CORRECT miles is $10,and over $12,for retailAnother huge issue I have is the fact that this is the only way I get any response form anyone at OpenroadI left messages and sent emails to both the the person handling the contract and the comment email address. I was not rude or mean for a single second when *** *** was trying his best to explain. Honestly, as nice as he was I am sure he was frustrated with the basic generic answers he had to offer. It's not the 1% or the $that I have the issue over its the fact that no one bothered to tell me prior and no one responded after I questioned it when receiving the paperworkIt is also an issue that there is no written documentation showing the remaining balance of the $will be returned. Of course I would love to save thousands of dollars and I would love to refinance with a lower payment but I am sure you can understand my concerns

After telling you that I did not agree for my information to be shared with another company and you agreeing to that, my credit was run by other refinancing companies. I did not apply for ANY OTHER one that the Pre approve offer you sent. My credit score has gone down points. ALL of my car information is public record. This could have easily been looked up before sending a pre approved offer. I was sent information, then my credit was run by other companies after you agreed it would not be done. This is not legal. I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General with this record showing your agreement that my credit would not be shared and show my current credit report to find out what legal recourse I have against your company

So two things in response 1) we cannot be responsible for you putting your wife's SSN in. That was from our perspective and the credit bureaus perspective a valid inquiry. 2) the effect of multiple inquires in a short period time (less than days) is not that big. Here is a link to Experian's website and you can check out others which state the same thing. Auto inquiries in a relatively short period of time hurt your credit score way less than negative information (http://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/2009/03/01/impact-on-credit-scores-o... Again I am sorry for your bad experience
